Turkey with turkey bacon on pita!
    Mariam M.

This is our second time coming. We like having late breakfast or early lunch here Sunday's after the breakfast rush. The people here are nice but not in your face or phony. The cheese grits are yummy and the chicken quesadilla my boyfriend got looked delicious but I was too full to try any. They also have turkey bacon! Yummy!

If you're looking for a quick meal that's inexpensive, Pete's won't disappoint. Decent food fast service. In and out breakfast on the run.

I was told to order the #4 or the Vodka Chicken Parm hero. Ended up walking out with over $350 worth of food because I was so blown away. I'm not really sure where to begin: first of all as an Italian, walking into the restaurant already felt like home. I was blown away from the fresh made pasta's, various sauces I could take home, Arancini's (rice balls), and then how could I say no to the desserts. I was in heaven. I had a great conversation with the fabulous ladies behind the counter. I'm pretty sure everyone behind me picking up orders were like "can this guy leave already?". But I just had to continue chatting with everyone. The ladies helped me get everything from around the store that my heart desired. And then I remembered, I was supposed to come in and get a sandwhich. They showed me the screens mounted on the walls which clearly had a custom ordering template built out from the store with all the modification elements to add/remove toppings as needed. Blown away again. I'm a technology salesperson and that part hit a different satisfaction for me as they had this down - and quite honestly the Italian market/pork store is not where I'm expected the highest level of technology lol. Just blown away. Lastly, I told them about my fiancée and how her family owns DelFiore's pork store down on Long Island. At that point they grabbed Fabio, the owner, and we had an amazing conversation as I learned he knew exactly what DelFiore's was and even offered to help give us advice if we ever want to get into the family business. I was supposed to go in and get a rocking $25-$30 sandwhich and I walked out with $350 worth of food because I was being assisted by some of the nicest people I've ever met in the food industry. Just the most genuine caring people. Mind you, I had to schlep all of this back to Brooklyn NY in a Suburu Outback rental. And if you are wondering if everything stayed in the trunk on that drive back, fughetaboutit. I'm popping arancini's like candy on the Taconic home (no small feet with those turns). These people are in the food business because they care about making people's days and giving them the best possible food. Protect these people at all costs. This is a Mecca for quality Italian provisions. I'll be grabbing my fiancée and heading back up so we can continue chatting with everyone and not holding the lines up. 11/10 experience I'm blown away if you couldn't already tell. Just take my money, I can't pay enough for such enjoyable days. That drive home sucked at rush hour, but they all made it worth it. I like to think I gave them all a little enjoyment as well :). Bigger than the OG location and they have seats to eat inside. They also have more options such as pasta and pizza. The only complaint is...it is pricey lol.

After we walked in one of the waitresses informed us that we can sit wherever we want. I instantly felt like I was inconveniencing her with my presence by the way she said it. Didn't take it personal just yet. What appeared to be the hostess came over a few minutes after we sat down and handed us menus that were very dirty. I looked at my husband and said I am ready to walk out of this place bc I am starving and it looks like they are too short staffed right now which is understandably out of a businesses control sometimes. But wait, instead of the waitress coming to our table to bring water or ask us if we would like a drink, she went to another table with a man and a child that she obviously knew well, and started eating their french fries and talking. That's when we decided to leave and spend our money elsewhere. So unprofessional. That couldn't wait? I hate to leave a review like this, but if I was the owner of this business, I would not want someone like that working for me, representing what seems to be a great place.

They have a short tap list on a chalk board over the bar area but a massive bottle and can list. Truly a beer enthusiast paradise. Prices vary but pretty much run $6-$9 per beer. Outdoor, Indoor and bar seating available, and the option to seat yourself. The vibes are perfectly set, cozy interior and chilled out tunes. Servers are fast and always kind. Definitely my new go to. Signed, The Happy Hour Huntress
