I left a former stylist at another salon after 10 years. He has taken me from basic to chic & my hair is getting healthier each time we meet. Dennis introduced me to Baliage which I've never had done before, creating a beautiful look. His own personal style is perfection and I love chatting with him. Dennis is totally focused when working on any client's hair. He ensures I look my best as I leave the salon, in fact his blowouts last me 4 days. Michelle does a great job with my nails, though I will say sometimes she's a little rough with the Dremel. I will admit the nails are slightly imperfect in shape, but to me that makes them look natural. In fact, that is one of the main compliments I receive - besides the design. And yes, they are a little thick (as one reviewer complained), but that makes them durable. I don't know how many times I have caught a nail or smacked them into something, but not once have I cracked or broken any of them. And the finish stayed flawless! I avoided it like the plague, especially now, during Covid, so I haven't had my hair cut since moving back to Michigan from Northern California. It's been over 8 months! Today, however, was very different for me. I was referred to Linda and as I drove to the charming Village of Franklin, I was so pleasantly surprised. The salon is cute, quaint, very clean and I felt very safe. The products she uses are like none I have ever seen/used before...The aromas are so natural and pleasing. Linda is a great listener and a true "artist" with hair. I felt truly pampered when I was there and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I left with a great haircut/highlight and felt great.
