I am very unhappy with my experience. It took almost 3 hours to get a full set and a pedicure. The…read moresalon was not busy, so this time was spent actively receiving service, not waiting. After working all day, sitting for over three hours straight was extremely exhausting and uncomfortable. Within four days, the polish on my nails has already started coming off, which is unacceptable for the time and money spent. During the service, the nail tech repeatedly messed up the shape of my nails. I asked for square, but several nails look coffin-shaped, and the shape is inconsistent across my hands. I spoke up during the appointment, but each attempt to fix it made the shape worse instead of better. Additionally, both of my big toes look completely different. I asked for them to be made to look the same, but the issue was never corrected. Overall, the quality, attention to detail, and time management did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, I would not return.

At some point while my hands are being serviced. The man says something to a young lady. She took my bottle of polish behind me and kneels on the floor, where I can't see her even when I looked over my shoulder. And spends roughly a minute and a half doing whatever. After sitting there in full of confusion, I decided to ask the guy who's working on my nails. Why did she go over there with my polish? All of a sudden there is a language barrier, and he doesn't answer my question as if he did not understand. This is a very distasteful action. My nail polish should have never left my site. This would be the first time it was opened and used. There was no reason for the Lady, who was not servicing me to take it, especially when no one asked and I couldn't see what she was doing. Lastly, If I would walked out of there with one of their items the police would have been called. How dare they behave this way to a paying customer. And act as if it was normal. To Son: I don't care what machine you're speaking about when your staff did not ask! You don't get to make that decision for me. I'm 100% sure you do not mix every bottle of polish in your salon. Why would a brand new bottle need to be mixed. I never even seen you mix the bottles you have in the salon during service. The issue is that I wasn't asked and I'm left in the dark. Reassurance, therefore, after is irrelevant. And to the claim that it will apply better. Now , a week after getting my nails done, I see weak areas.

For $60, I expected way better -- I usually get 3-4 weeks out of a dip manicure, not a few days. While they looked nice at first, the quality was terrible, and I have zero interest in going back.
