Y'all know I'm a HUGE fan, and I tried to reach out to Francos for some help, but nope, so here we go...ordered yesterday a pizza sub, with garlic sauce and banana peppers, on top of course cheese and sauce....this is what we got! Totally unacceptable and to have no one reach back out to me is crazy. I praise them when they great, so they will get dinged when they not, and yesterday they were not. Received a sub roll with a few pieces of pepperoni on it, that's it, no cheese, no sauce NOTHING!!!! Guess everyday can't be great, on wait but it should be!!! read more

This is my go to pizza place for grabbing a pizza for a hang out with friends. The pizza is always delicious and fresh. If you look online you can usually find some good deals as well. I took one star off just because every time I go it feels like they lose my order and I have to wait for about 10 min while they find it. I usually order online so I wonder if it's better to just call it in. However, I think it's worth the wait! Just plan a few extra minutes if you're picking up. read more

I so love their wings. They are fantastic, and made fresh! Their pizza is also dynamite! Just can't go wrong!! There is a mistake in their Yelp menu. The 10 wings do NOT come with fries. read more

We just got this personal pizza and boneless wings w/ fries and the quality of Franco's isn't what I know it to be. The pizza didn't have the usual amount of cheese or pepperoni, 2 slices out of the 4 are missing cheese and pepperoni. And the order of fries were disappointing because they literally gave us 8 pieces of fries and I was starving so we didn't even bother to wait ask them to fix it. We called in, they told us it would be a 20min wait....we waited 40 minutes for 4 slices of pizza and boneless wings. I hope they do better because we usually love Franco's but we did not enjoy this visit at all. read more

Ok, so I'm home alone this weekend so I ordered a personal pizza with pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms. I picked it at exactly the time they said it'd be ready and I think it just came out of the oven! Got home and it was steaming hot! The crust is nice and crispy! Love the sauce! Plenty of sausage, mushrooms and pepperoni! Delish! The personal pizza was plenty big enough for me! read more

Today marks the second time in a span of three weeks that Franco's left off the pepperoni on our pizza. This time I called to complain. The manager apologized and asked me if I would accept a refund for the missing ingredient. What can I say. Incidentally, while I was paying, the customer next to me told one of the check-out workers that he had been given the wrong pizza. PS : We never were credited with a refund as promised. PPS: We will never return. read more

Francos has great wings. I usually get a pizza. They even have a personal size pizza for $10. It's all great!

I will NEVER order from Franco's again. This is the third time they messed up ONE wrap. One order for myself. 2xs chicken Caesar made incorrectly. When I called, they sent me another one. Still wrong! Ordered a chicken fajita today, waited a half hour for order and they gave me steak fajita. No more! read more

I go to this Franco's location every Tuesday. I love the food but the best thing about this location is Cody the manager. When I come in he remembers my name, what I like and is incredibly personable. I can't say enough about the food, location and Cody. read more

Ordered pizza for delivery, and very happy with both the classic white pizza and Philly cheese steak pizza. Spices on the white pizza are especially satisfying, impressive for one with no meats. Crust has excellent flavor and texture (nice and thick how I like it), tasty sauces, fresh toppings, and plenty of cheese. Loved the flavorful garlic bread. We enjoyed the white pizza the best fresh, and the Philly took the win for cold pizza breakfast. Salad used higher-end lettuce (not iceberg!) and was obviously freshly prepped. This was the best salad we've ever had from a pizza place! Five stars is "above and beyond" and this salad bumps the review into solid five star range. Cookies are the soft style and I prefer mine crunchy, so that's the only thing I would skip next time; they were good, just a preference thing. Pizza arrived very hot and the delivery person was personable and friendly. This place clearly cares about their food and service. I will happily order from here again. read more

The family and I LOVE Francos on Kenmore. Here let you know they are not just here for pizza, which by the way their pizza is amazing, always consistently good! There subs are just as good as the pizza. This place never disappoints. Even the front desk staff is always cheerful. Their subs never skimp on the meats and fillings. You get exactly what you pay for. They always have awesome order on line promotions as well! read more

First off, i absolutely love the food here, hard to get a bad pizza/wings ever. However, maybe the absolute WORST walk in service and set up of anywhere I have ever been. Every time i walk in to get a slice or 2, it's a mess. They totally forget about it. I ordered 2 slices of cheese pizza, waited about 10-15 minutes (sitting directly in front of the cashier/counter. Literally someone else walked in and ordered the same, and had his slices within 5 minutes. I almost think I heard them legitimately say they weren't waiting on 2 more cheese slices - that I had ordered 10-15 minutes prior. I walked out and will hopefully get my money back, since I asked calmly if they had my order in, they did not. As I waited another 10 minutes, it seemed likely that they forgot it again. They would have let me sit there for an hour with zero acknowledgment, even on a busy time, totally understand that. But I will never order here ever again. read more

Food is delicious, the service is great and on time , I just have one issue about this location. The employees on break take up all the seating for customers so sometime sitting down and eating isn't an option. read more

We ordered Franco's for the superbowl and were impressed with the quality of the food! Super Bowl Sunday is definitely a highly sought after day for pizza and wings, but we had smoothe service from Francos with our order! There's no shortage of delicious pizza in the 716, and Franco's happens to be one of the better slices I've tried in the area. We ordered takeout here for dinner on a Friday night and I'm so glad we did! Franco's features a pretty standard menu as far as pizzerias go, but I really loved that they offer their specialty pizzas in personal sizes. My boyfriend and I each got our own personal pizza since our tastes differ a bit. I opted for the Chicken Wing pizza and it was so good. They top it with wing sauce and their house made blue cheese which are both excellent, the blue cheese especially. My boyfriend got wings and a barbecue chicken pizza -- he absolutely loved both. We will definitely be adding Franco's into our rotation of pizza joints. Prices are fair and the food is delicious! What more could you ask for? read more

Great pizza. Bit of a wait, but it's a very popular place. The GF cauliflower crust is not made in-house.

Kennore Ave location, went in for a couple of quick slices, was told one would be "a minute". 15 minutes later I'm having an argument with the twit at the front, and asking a mgr if it's normal to wait that long. Ultimately had it voided. Will never go there again, even though I just moved 0.1 miles away. Avoid that place. I see Just Pizza in my future read more

I've always considered their regular pizza very so-so. The crust is very good, always fluffy but crunchy, but toppings leave something to be desired. That being said, I will return to Franco's over and over for their chicken finger pizza. They do it right. It might be the best in buffalo (for me, it's tied with imperials chicken finger). read more

I recommend Franco's despite the increasingly outrageous pricing, because the product is really consistent. I might get mad about the few dollars more than another place but I am usually disappointed in what I get from other regular buffalo pizzerias. With Franco's, the pizza, fingers, fries and subs are the same every time and the staff follows directions well (I am sort of specific about what I order), and they do it right. It's honestly worth it to just pay the premium and have a consistent, not-messed-up delivery. They are fast and well trained and pleasant enough to interact with as well. No issues there. Only one problem - wings are too varied in size. I feel like Franco's orders multiple wing SKUs and put some jumbo and some smaller wings in an order. It's always like that. DON'T DO THAT. Just charge what you need to charge to serve consistently big and crispy wings. I know that's an industry "trick" to lower your cost - but it's bad for your business and people aren't stupid. They know what you're doing and it makes the best wing places stand out that much more and makes you stand out that much less. You lose a star for those shenanigans. read more

I haven't gotten food from here in a very long time, but since I ran so many errands today & I was getting hungry, I thought I'd treat myself to a couple slices of Za. I went in & got taken care of right away. The woman at the counter was super nice. The Za was a bit pricey, but the pieces were quite big & simply delicious, so it was worth it. (I should've just gotten a large pizza tho) They had 4 or 5 pizzas ready for ppl to order slices. I was impressed . It ended up costing $7.14 for 2 pieces, but like I said, it was amazing. I recommend Franco's for pretty much everything. read more

Got a large cheese and pepperoni regular pizza to go and it was wonderful. Had the pepperoni cups on it that catch the grease. Just like I like it. Great pizza. We had a family event and ordered several pizzas - everyone really enjoyed it.

Love Francos for their steak hoagies... I think I am quite the aficionado when it comes to hoagies, and this one is one of my favorites in the WNY area..They are one of the few that offers cherry peppers as an optionThey use quality steak and they chip it up fine... They are very consistent with the way they make them time after time... What's nice about Francos is that they will put you in their computer and your specialty orders... That way when you call in they already have it so you don't have to repeat yourself. For instance mine is on wheat fried onion , sweet and cherry peppers, and mayo... This hoagies are also large.. If you are not active thay day this would probably be the only real meal you'd need all day, lol... I have gotten their pizza which in also made consistently and with quality ingredients... Their Buffalo chicken pizza is one of the better ones I've had. read more
