We just got this personal pizza and boneless wings w/ fries and the quality of Franco's isn't what I know it to be. The pizza didn't have the usual amount of cheese or pepperoni, 2 slices out of the 4 are missing cheese and pepperoni. Crust has excellent flavor and texture (nice and thick how I like it), tasty sauces, fresh toppings, and plenty of cheese. Loved the flavorful garlic bread. We enjoyed the white pizza the best fresh, and the Philly took the win for cold pizza breakfast. Salad used higher-end lettuce (not iceberg!) and was obviously freshly prepped. This was the best salad we've ever had from a pizza place! Five stars is "above and beyond" and this salad bumps the review into solid five star range. Cookies are the soft style and I prefer mine crunchy, so that's the only thing I would skip next time; they were good, just a preference thing. My boyfriend and I each got our own personal pizza since our tastes differ a bit. I opted for the Chicken Wing pizza and it was so good. They top it with wing sauce and their house made blue cheese which are both excellent, the blue cheese especially. My boyfriend got wings and a barbecue chicken pizza -- he absolutely loved both. I recommend Franco's despite the increasingly outrageous pricing, because the product is really consistent. I might get mad about the few dollars more than another place but I am usually disappointed in what I get from other regular buffalo pizzerias. With Franco's, the pizza, fingers, fries and subs are the same every time and the staff follows directions well (I am sort of specific about what I order), and they do it right. It's honestly worth it to just pay the premium and have a consistent, not-messed-up delivery. They are fast and well trained and pleasant enough to interact with as well. No issues there. Only one problem - wings are too varied in size. I feel like Franco's orders multiple wing SKUs and put some jumbo and some smaller wings in an order. It's always like that. DON'T DO THAT. Just charge what you need to charge to serve consistently big and crispy wings. I know that's an industry "trick" to lower your cost - but it's bad for your business and people aren't stupid. They know what you're doing and it makes the best wing places stand out that much more and makes you stand out that much less. You lose a star for those shenanigans. read more

I went in & got taken care of right away. The woman at the counter was super nice. The Za was a bit pricey, but the pieces were quite big & simply delicious, so it was worth it. They are very consistent with the way they make them time after time... What's nice about Francos is that they will put you in their computer and your specialty orders... I love Franco's!! We get their pizza all the time and it is consistently very good. It is served square cut, and I think it's really the epitome of buffalo style pizza. I love the cheese layer on top, it's everything. Also, their garlic breadsticks are the bomb. I don't know why they are so good but they really are. The wings, subs, wraps have always been good as well. They recently added these "cinnafolds" to the menu that make the perfect dessert- get the apple variety, it's heavenly.
