I love Franco's!! We get their pizza all the time and it is consistently very good. It is served square cut, and I think it's really the epitome of buffalo style pizza. I love the cheese layer on top, it's everything. Also, their garlic breadsticks are the bomb. I don't know why they are so good but they really are. The wings, subs, wraps have always been good as well. They recently added these "cinnafolds" to the menu that make the perfect dessert- get the apple variety, it's heavenly. I love their personal sized pizza. Sauce is slightly sweet without being cloying. Edges are crispy and don't take up half the slice.

Got a large cheese and pepperoni regular pizza to go and it was wonderful. Had the pepperoni cups on it that catch the grease. Just like I like it. Franco, my dear, I don't give a damn. This is the location in Kenmore. I liked Peter Cetera and especially Kenny Loggins... Peter was great, but I liked Kenmore. I'm a huge fan of Franco's, in fact they have some of the best, juiciest, wettest, sexiest, sloppiest, richest and most savoury Buffalo-style pizza in Buffalo. However this location is not my favourite. I've had a few issues here with burnes slices, and them taking forever to serve me, or forgetting to give me the slice I ordered. The Eggert/Bailey location is my "jam", and this one is more convenient for my friend in Kenmore, but it's still not quite at the level of the othes, so I'm giving it a 4. Make no mistake, though, Franco's Pizza is a 5 overall. The slices (and pies in general) are square, the sauce is piping hot and delicious and plentiful, the cheese is thick and gooey, and the pepperoni is delicious and greasy. The crust is really nice too, albeit spongy, heavy and wet. Franco's is among my top 5 slices in WNY, and WNY has some of the best pizza in the country. But if you're trying it for the first time, head to Eggert for the best experience. This location is, though, better than the NF Boulevard one. read more

Tonight we picked up subs from Franco's for the first time. We ordered a steak hoagie and a chicken finger sub so we could see what we liked. I feel that Francos is a bit more expensive than our usual pizza place, which unfortunately is closed due to the corona virus. Steak hoagie- the roll tasted very fresh! The steak itself was dry. There was just the right amount of sautéed onions, peppers, and mushrooms. Could have used more cheese. I asked for mayo and I didn't see or taste any. Chicken finger sub- the roll was also very fresh. The chicken I ordered in medium sauce- it could have used more sauce and more blue cheese.. to me it wasn't "wet" enough. The tomato and lettuce was fresh. The raw onions were cut too thick for my liking so I ended up taking those off half way through. The cheese slice was nice and thick. I think I would definitely order the chicken finger sub but not the steak hoagie. Perhaps I will try the normal steak and cheese sub to see if it's any better. I just waited 50 minutes (20 of those IN the store despite arriving when I was told to) for a VERY simple order of 20 wings and potato wedges. Are you kidding me? And no apology. The food is pretty good though. I do love the buffalo chicken pizza. The garlic parm wedges are really delicious, but they can get a little soggy with all that butter. That probably depends on who prepares it. I do love that they're open late on the weekends to feed you when no one else is open. But this service?! I couldn't understand a word the motormouth on the phone was mumbling when I called to order, and I got the runaround about my missing order just now. The last time I was in, there were some really obnoxious and inappropriate conversations happening behind the counter for all of us to hear. I have mixed feelings about this place. It's been a little over a year since I first tried and fell in love with Franco's Pizza and it just keeps getting better. I ended up ordering a meatball pizza and a 6" chicken finger sub to go on Sunday and it was the best choice I could of made. I placed the order around 5:30 and it was ready to go around 6! The staff was all super busy and had to deal with one customer who kept yelling about his slices being done (seriously, if you can't act like a grown adult in public try staying home 24/7 instead) so kudos to them for being professional and keeping cool. The pizza was thick and delicious like it always is and the sub was fantastic! Overall, this was a fantastic overall meal and a great first trip to the Kenmore location! read more

Food is good but very inconsistent, this is pretty much for all their locations not just this one but my experience below was at this location. I used to come to this location all the time. I do like the food and I would have considered myself a regular. One night after work I came in to get some slices to go. I placed my order with the girl at the counter and she said it would be a few minuets for the pizza to finish so I sat down to wait and she went back to work on what ever she was working on. I sat and waited for over an hour while the other employees served everyone else their food. During that hour the employees that were on break were up at the counter talking and joking round with the people working and it made it very hectic in there. Finally the girl who took my order resurfaced and saw that I was still sitting there waiting and was really confused. Eventually I got my food and my money back (which I tried to decline but they insisted) and I left. I did email them and management did get back to me but it was too late at that point. read more

This is one of our "go to" pizza places. The pizza is generally delicious (we have had a burned one or two) but overall it's a great standby. The only issue is that the delivery fee is high...however, delivery always occurs on time and as promised, so you get what you pay for. Overall you won't be disappointed. read more

Had Franco's pizza for the first time in a long time yesterday. It was always in my top three for pizzas in this area but since they don't deliver downtown I get it sporadically now. My how it's changed. Ordered extra sauce but it was still thin. The quality has definitely declined from the past, did they change pepperoni? I guess that's the way of the world these days. All the pizzas are square/rectangular in shape. The crust is always so crispy crunchy and not overly doughy and they do not lack in the cheese department either!! Also ordered bbq wings that were cooked and sauced perfectly. They have a heart-shaped pizza option available all year long! Ordering online they advertise that pickup online orders take roughly 30 minutes and delivery between 45-60min. I've only ever done the pickup and no matter what time I have arrived my order has always been ready. I regret not taking a picture of if, but I ate it too quickly to do so ... the gluten free sub rolls here are such a treat!!!! I'm not sure who their supplier is, but I was really impressed. I haven't had pizza from here for years; in fact, I haven't ordered pizza out for years since I always make my own. But today was the day for a breakfast pizza early on a Sunday morning. This was the best pizza I've ever ordered out, and better than my home made versions. My favorite thing was the dough which was thick but also light and airy and did not overstuff you, unless you couldn't stop eating, which is entirely possible. Toppings were generous and delicious. I also got a steak and three cheese pizza and had no complaints about it. Next time I'll get more traditional pies with tomato sauce and cheese. Can I substitute a different topping for the broccoli on the veggie pizza, I wonder? One of my friends whose last name is Franco must be a distant relative so I am sure Franco's will gladly share their dough recipe with him which he has sadly, lost. Right? read more

Every time I come to town, it's the first place I go to get massive # pizzas and wings. Their crust is delicious and ask for barbecue sauce on your wings too- outstanding! Ordered one of their Fish Fry Dinners last week, and it was excellent. Incredibly large piece, batter was very crispy (just the way I like), fish was moist and came with fries, garlic bread sticks, tartar sauce, lemon slices, ketchup, coleslaw and potato salad. Is it hands down Buffalo's Best? No. BUT, when you're not in the mood to go to your favorite Fish Fry restaurant and wait on a Friday, Franco's is a great choice. Shout out to all the fellow Bill's fans who had to miss the first half of the game today because Franco's on Niagara Falls Blvd took more orders than they could possibly fill. As we waited outside in line to pick up our order that was supposed to be ready by 4:15 we were flanked by 30 people who found themselves in the same situation. Everyone was polite and maintained a self of humor. I must start by first saying that I was NOT a fan of pizza. I've lived in other cities, and have eaten at several different pizza shops because it seems to be the Go-To food in North America, so I've been "stuck" eating pizza while it has not been one of my favorite foods. One day, my daughter and I stopped by Franco's because she loves pizza. For the sake of convenience, as I was already there, I also ordered a slice of cheese pizza for myself. I was AMAZED at how good their pizza was!! The plain cheese pizza was hot, crispy and so cheesy, it made me a pizza fan for the first time ever! However, I've only ever ordered the plain cheese pizza because when you find something you like, why change it? Suggestions: if you call ahead, a medium pizza will take about 20 mins and cost you about $12, so it's best to order in advance if possible. The only thing that could use some improvements would be their parking. There aren't too many spaces to begin with, and if you're lucky enough to get a parking spot in front, you'll be stuck backing out directly on to a busy main street (Kenmore). So minus one star for parking. Otherwise, their pizza is THE BEST in town (and maybe in all of north America too)!!! read more

One of my all time favourite spots. It's near my home and a little bit further from my workplace. But still I order from here. From the pizza to the subs, I've got to say that they really know how to quench people's hunger. The pizza is always done perfectly. Lite and sweet sauce on top of the slightly thick dough covered with a great amount of cheese on top. Yeah that's all I eat cheese pizza. Also I took a chance and ordered myself the mild chicken finger sub. A 6 inch wheat bread with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, oil and mild oven baked chicken finger. Oh man, I was not disappointed. The mild sauce was actually mild and not hot at all, unlike some places that have mild that taste like it's hot. After getting that awesome sub, I was able to order during lunch time again with my workmates and they absolutely loved it. This time I ordered the grilled chicken taco, with a side of fries. I wasn't really a fan of it. Want seasoned enough and the chicken tasted dry. They put way too much lettuce in it too. So I won't be ordering that again, but the fried were good. Wasn't oily. So I think I'll stick to ordering pizza and subs from here. Maybe try chicken pizza next time. Overall, a great place with good service. The only downfall is that they don't delivered to our work area, so we had to pick it up. read more

Terrible delivery experience. I ordered delivery. First, I waited over twice as long as they said it would be because they apparently gave the delivery guy the wrong address. Next, I realize they gave me half a sub instead of a whole when I paid for a whole sub. Also, I asked for no tomatoes and they give me literally a plain sub with nothing but turkey. I got a salad to eat for lunch tomorrow, and I look at the dressing. It's separated and looks weird, so I look at the expiration date. It expired two months ago. The absolute worst customer service. Every time I order I say to myself when waiting, "this is the last time I order, I'm never going back". Extremely poor customer service, every single person in there was waiting well over the time-frame their pizza was due to be ready as all of us were talking amongst each other about the per usual poor service. And then they make you wait for example, 25 minutes over your order time for me today and don't give ya a free coupon, knock off 10% etc. is there ANY management in this place? Or is it all 18-22 year olds who could care less about the job and move at their slow pace?
