8 corner pizza with triple mushrooms.
    Frank M.

For those that like deep dish Detroit style pizza, this should become your new "Go To" pizza place. Unlike some pizza lovers, I like thick crispy crust and Jet Pizza has just what I like. Because it's baked in a deep pan and they cover the entire crust from edge to edge with cheese you get nice chrispy browned cheese all around the edge. If you like corner pieces, order their 4 corner or 8 corner pizza. The 4 corner version is baked in a square deep pan and cut into 4 pieces. The 8 corner version is simply two 4 corner pizzas but at a little bit lower price than two 4 corner pizzas. People that know me know I have this thing about round pizzas cut into triangles and put in square boxs. JET makes mostly square or rectangular pizzas, cut into squares and put into square or rectangular boxes, that's the way it should be. Their app has changing special offers so check it out for yourself.

It's always exciting to have a new pizza place in the neighborhood. Jet's Pizza fit the bill. I've never been to their other location so it was totally new experience to me. I can't say I'm normally a fan of of the thicker Detroit type pizza but am always willing to try something new. Their 4 corner pizza caught my eye since I like the edges on the pizza. Even more enticing was the grand opening offer of a free 4 corners pizza! So we ordered 1 with pepperoni and 1 with anchovies. We also ordered a small Greek salad. I really enjoyed the crisp buttery crust. The sauce wasn't bad but nothing outstanding. Best part of the meal for me was the salad. The ingredients were all nice and fresh and plentiful. The small salad was enough for the 2 of us to share. Though I wasn't crazy about the Greek dressing. it had a bit of a sweetness to it which I could have done without. Friendly helpful service topped off the visit. Overall worth the stop. I'll be back to try their other pizza options. 2022-52

Updating my review ... today I ordered a single slice and Jets bread with ranch online. My order was ready when I arrived. I was greeted by an upbeat person which I love and when I left both the cashier and man working back with the food told me to have a nice day. I'm always a fan of great customer service! The slice was great. That funny taste I couldn't figure out with my last review wasn't there so it was just a great slice of pizza. The Jets bread is dangerous! I couldn't stop eating it! And the ranch was good and they gave more than enough to eat with both the pizza and bread (don't judge me!). My son is enjoying the Jets bread as well and loves it. Well, guess I'll have to try again next year for my summer bod!!!

With fast and friendly service I received my pizza.I ordered a large eight piece Detroit style, deep dish with green pepper and the turbo crust .It was so tasty with the right amount of sauce and cheese.Lots to choose from regarding meats, veggies, crust style and if you like thin crust, gluten free or seasoned Cauliflower pizza.Plenty of parking in the plaza lot.

With speedy service and a smile I ordered the large cheese and peppers pizza with the turbo crust and Detroit style. The pizza was hot, very cheesey and the sauce was delicious. Lots of toppings to choose from meat or veggie and even gluten free options.Lots of parking in the plaza lot which is a plus.

When I arrived, my order still had 15 minutes left (I had just ordered from up the street). I thought I would just sit at a table, and I think there were two tables, but it was cold in there. I wouldn't recommend planning to eat there during the winter. Also, like I said, it's small with limited seating. It's more of a take out place; no ambiance to speak of. I would plan to order takeout rather than meeting up with people to eat here. So I left and came back. The gentleman working packed my items very nicely. He asked if I wanted a bag and I said yes and he bagged for me. We both forgot I had a 20oz with my order so I came back again and then headed home to give their food a try. Appearance wise was good .. both the pizza and wings had that nice reddish orange look to it. The wings came with Ken's blue cheese and carrots. The wings were good. Average but satisfied my craving. They have what I considered the good old fashioned medium sauce .. that classic flavor you would expect back in the day, before came a million varieties of everything. I have no complaints really and appreciated that I asked for them crispy and they were! The pizza I wouldn't order again, but I would be willing to try the regular crust (I ordered the thin crust option and wasn't into it). Maybe the regular crust or even just a regular sized pizza may be tastier to me. The sauce/cheese ratio was just right! I would totally have their wings again and maybe try a different pizza option than the personal thin crust.

On the menu for this visit: Panzanella Salad, a half-pepperoni/half-sausage pizza, and Affogato. The Panzanella was beautiful in presentation and tasted just as good. Firm, fresh tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, red onions, crostini, and dressing that all complemented each other perfectly. Refreshing and delish! The Affogato...AffoMazing!! I took my son there for lunch the other day, and we were warmly welcomed by the owner, who as it turns out, I knew from his previous restaurants stops. I was surprised how good the San Franco pizza was! I also had a bowl of Pasta Fasola which was outstanding. I live in the city of Buffalo between Delaware and Elmwood and there are many pizza places around here, plus, I grew up on Bocce on Bailey pizza. However, the Forno Napoli pizza now ruins all others for me. I have never been to Italy, but I imagine this is what pizza is like there. Authentic and fresh. I'm taking all 3 of my kids back there tonight. Trying their salads and pasta as well. This place was very busy on a weekday at 4pm, so it is not a secret. It is also not cheap. I am so glad I didn't do the usual 33 because I discovered Pesci's Pizza on the cusp of Clarence and Williamsville. Going through some of the smaller towns, we were watching for pizza places to stop for take home. Often not spotted before passing, I decided I wanted a place seen early enough to obviate turning around. Shortly before Transit Rd, daughter said "There's Pesci's!" pointing to my left. I said "I like Joe Pesci," checked mirrors and swung into the left turn lane. Kismet. First thing to notice as I pulled into a parking slot in front of the business was how busy they were. A good sign. The entry door is between ... two storefronts? on the left is Pesci's Pizza & Wings, lots of smaller signs for specials and notes of interest. On the right... all clear glass window where you can watch all these people making pizzas. After we'd gone in and placed orders... and noticed how young the cashier and order taker were... we went back to wait in car-- only then noticing how young all the pizza makers were. I experienced the sensation of watching an ant farm in action. That sounds silly now, but I was stunned watching how each person had their function, how they operated as a team, how efficient and productive the overall operation appeared. After I got home and had a chance to examine the box and its contents (which, btw, was one of the best pizzas ever), I saw how they had messages all over the box, no wasted space. Pesci's was apparently started by "two yutes," possibly from Brooklyn? Google suggested a "yute" was slang for "youth." Ahhh. Well, alla dem yutes make some bodacious pizza. Well, they were on the list of Yelp Buffalo's top places to eat in 2025, so of course we had to give them a try. The space itself is really beautiful. Nestled alongside a river with a cabinesque vibe. Stone exterior, with wood floors, exposed brick, and large fermentation tanks on the interior. It's really quite cozy. As for food, our table shared one of their tasty dips - the elote one to be exact. Elote is delicious on its own, but in dip form with pickled red onions, fire! I could eat an entire bucket of this stuff. When it came to my main course I ordered what I call the basic girl dinner, a caesar salad and fries... but here I went with the tater tots because I was told they are heavenly. My salad was a good portion size and exactly what you want when you order a caesar. As for the tots, the amount you get is insane and they were in fact, fried to a crispy perfection. They definitely hit the spot. Overall, I really enjoyed my meal and I can see why Yelpers in Buffalo rate this spot so high. If I lived nearby I would definitely be a frequent flyer.
