Truly as good as it gets. I rented a 20' ocean container, brand new - never used, to store our…read morehousehold furniture for five months while we did a rehab of our home. We purchased moving blankets off the web rather than rent them. The driver came with the container on a ramp truck and placed with the precision of surgeon exactly where we wanted it and just inches from a 10' driveway lamp. It was 20'-30' away from the house and with the sea-seal rubber gasket on the doors, this thing is dry in a Cat 5 Hurricane; and we got to test it a few times with torrential driving rain and everything from our piano to our mahogany desk was snug as a bug in a rug. It was close if we needed to add or remove something and it was a lot of cubic feet. We had looked at pods but even the larger one was not as big cubic foot wise as the container which also was half the price of a pod. With steel walls and sealed doors the new container was just perfect. I really can't say enough good things about this very progressive company who I have since learned have tons of different sizes and buy them new and bring them in like Russian boxes; all nested inside each other. So whether you're storing a lawnmower or a 2 ton truck; they have the size to fit. We called and left a message on Sunday that we were all set and they could retrieve the again empty container any time and they showed within 24 hours and happily and SKILLFULLY plucked it up and took it away. I cut an 8x8 landscape timber into four sections and put one under each corner in an attempt to save the grass under where this sat from August until January. Worked like charm! Again the driver was so helpful in positioning the container exactly where we wanted and needed it. If I could give them 8 stars I would; they were that good for us! Thanks MiniWarehousing!

I called back and was then told I would find my answer on the website. This is on their website from the CEO Joe Margolis: We will be delaying any auctions and are encouraging stores to be lenient on fees during this time. We will strive to live our company values and do the right thing by our customers. Corporate is encouraging lenient storage fees. So corporate is not advocating collecting rent, the managers are apparently. The manager told me corporate sets the monthly rates. But the CEO says it's the managers who set the rates. Now is the time to work together, not raise prices and take advantage of people

The two movers that were scheduled arrived on time (with a call ahead of time) and were quickly able to assess the scope of the move. They carefully repacked anything in boxes/bags that didn't meet their standards to keep items safe during transport and were able to expediently move all items to a 3rd floor apartment in town. I honestly don't know how they did it with all those stairs, but they were tireless and extremely efficient. All items being moved were placed in the correct room upon arrival and they were extremely careful in navigating the tight stairways and hallways to prevent damage to both locations. On time, extremely professional, followed COVID procedures. I would highly recommend using Patriot Relocation Services for your next move. I definitely will.

The guys arrived promptly, prepared to work, and they had a clear leader-driven workflow -- not haphazard at all. They had been prepped by the pre-move visit person and knew what they had to do well. They got everything in the truck and out of the truck efficiently and in record time. There was the inevitable accident, and the move leader communicated it in real time with the bosses. They took care of it, as they and all moving companies should but rarely do, and I am very pleased. The pricing was on par with middle of the road estimates from other companies but much better service, more services included, and tremendous follow-through. I'd use them again for moving or relocation services and likely not call anyone else.

Ugh. If you are a student, you pay storage charges up front for a summer or a semester, so if you…read morego over the storage time by even a day you end up paying double what you intended to pay. But that's not even the issue, since that is in their fine print. The issue is that these people are impossible to reach by phone. They picked up my son's belongings in May, but on their website there was nothing listed as being in storage for him to get back. The office was closed over Labor Day weekend, which is a very busy move-in weekend for students at the local universities, and they had a phone message saying nobody would be in their office answering their phone and that you should text this other number. Texting that number produced no results. Honestly, the best option for storage is to rent a storage unit and bring things to it yourself so that you don't get overcharged and jerked around by OnDemand storage.
