Great experience for my move with quality outfit and professional pre-move and follow-up (and follow-through!). The guys arrived promptly, prepared to work, and they had a clear leader-driven workflow -- not haphazard at all. They had been prepped by the pre-move visit person and knew what they had to do well. They got everything in the truck and out of the truck efficiently and in record time. There was the inevitable accident, and the move leader communicated it in real time with the bosses. They took care of it, as they and all moving companies should but rarely do, and I am very pleased. The pricing was on par with middle of the road estimates from other companies but much better service, more services included, and tremendous follow-through. I recently moved from a house with items in the basement, on the first and second floors, and in the attic. The two movers that were scheduled arrived on time (with a call ahead of time) and were quickly able to assess the scope of the move. They carefully repacked anything in boxes/bags that didn't meet their standards to keep items safe during transport and were able to expediently move all items to a 3rd floor apartment in town. I honestly don't know how they did it with all those stairs, but they were tireless and extremely efficient. All items being moved were placed in the correct room upon arrival and they were extremely careful in navigating the tight stairways and hallways to prevent damage to both locations. On time, extremely professional, followed COVID procedures. I would highly recommend using Patriot Relocation Services for your next move. I definitely will. read more

I have moved with companies before and I am happy to say that the Patriot team was 5 stars all around. The customer service and the level of professionalism was out standing from start to finish. This was a very difficult move for my family, but Patriot made it as stress free as possible. The communication with the office staff prior to my move was quick, responsive and very friendly(something you don't always get now and days). I am giving 5 stars for the movers. They were excellent. Professional, courteous and just amazing in how well they took care of my belongings and kept them safe. I was highly impressed with the moving crew. Even warehouse manager was excellent when picking up boxes and helpful tips for not making boxes to heavy. The rest of my of my experience was just ok. They were quick to give me a quote but all other communication was slow. Took 3-4 days to get responses from them. Which made me very nervous when also dealing with buying and selling a house. The owner is lucky his movers are so good or I am not sure I would recommend them. read more

My primary contact coordinator was Kara who was great in arranging everything and was always so patient and helpful with my many phone calls and questions regarding my move. The actual movers were also great as they quickly and efficiently packed and boxed all my belongings. Once my things were delivered to Boston, they also did a great job unpacking everything for me, and everything arrived intact and safe. I would give a zero star if yelp allows, we recently relocated from MA to CA. They sent two movers to our apartment to pack things and move on the truck, at the end they were short of packing materials (or they were just want to rush to get off work). They bring the stuff with them and said they will wrap the furnitures properly on their site. Three weeks later, when we got our items at CA, we discovered that nearly all the boxes were slightly open because when they first packed, the boxes were not properly taped so the gaps on the boxes were open. As for the furniture they said they would properly wrap for us? They just pack it with insufficient bubble wrap and put all our furniture at the same sofa box, so when we opened the broken sofa box here, we saw our cabinet, table, shelf, shoe rack all broken and damage inside! Really sloppy job, don't use them! read more

We hired this company to help two customer's of ours - sadly they did not perform well yet want full payment for poor work. We won't tell anyone not to use this company but we now believe they do not stand behind their work. At one time, Patriot Relocation Services would have gotten many stars but this experience just goes to show that they invoice but they do not perform. read more

I have a move coming up this weekend and so far have been extremely impressed with PRS. Colin came to our place at 7:30 on a weeknight to give us a quote. He gave us a lot of information that I was valuable regardless of whether or not we chose his company. We have had boxes already delivered (free of charge). I fully anticipate the move out of state going very smoothly. I will update once the move is complete. UPDATE Our move went very smoothly. The guys were great, packed the storage unit very full as I had underestimated how much room we needed. They even were able to find a bike wheel that had gotten misplaced in some packaging and mailed it back to us at no cost. I would highly recommend this company. read more

I will never use another company if these guys are available. They are as good as it gets, and one of the most affordable services out there. Colin was courteous and helpful, and worked around our schedule to give us a quote, then later to drop off free boxes to us. Their quote was a "not to exceed" quote, and was already cheaper than most of the other movers that we got quotes from, too. Although there was a little bit of disorganization on the day of, I chalked it up to this being my first move and I didn't communicate with them well enough (for example, they weren't aware we needed packing paper, so we had to run out and get it). Lesson learned, but the guys were super friendly and efficient, and, true to his word, the end price didn't exceed what he had originally quoted us. I've recommended them to a few friends and I know they have had similar experiences. We used them this past spring, and now we have to move again in a few weeks and I've already reached out. I literally called them three times wanting to hire them for an upcoming move and never got a call back. The woman was the least helpful person I've dealt with at any company ... Seriously. An update. As it turns out, we moved again a year later (unexpectedly). Once again we got PRS to do the job, and once again they came through. Fast, thorough, professional, courteous, and not a single item damaged. You could pay twice as much and get half the service elsewhere. Patriots movers were awful! My delivery was scheduled for a Thursday and Friday and was promised it would be completed within those 2 days. They showed up both days after noon. On both days the truck was not loaded full and as a result my move only completed the following week. On the Friday at 4:30 they advised me that they would only deliver my remaining belongings earliest Tuesday of the following week. I was missing beds, furniture, clothes dryer... Only after speaking with the manager did they agree to be there Monday. My belongings had many damages, I was missing items... They did not have an inventory list when they arrived so I could not check off boxes as they brought them in. Overall it was a terrible experience and would never recommend them.
