The drop off & pick up process was rather seamless and I will say in terms of dumpsters this one was less gross looking than most of the other ones I have seen. The reason for the four stars is the first time I ordered they forgot to "place" the order. I called on the delivery date & they had no record of it but they were able to quickly delivery the next day.

Be aware of this company. They will scam you with the pricing. Then, when they pick up the dumpster, they charge you without telling you anything or providing proof of why they charged you extra. I ordered a dumpster and figured out it was going to be too small. I didn't want to put in more than the allowed amount, so I ordered a second dumpster. When they took the first one, they charged me extra after leaving. I called to ask why, and the guy said, "Oh, it was over the weight," but he said he was going to waive the extra charge, which he never did. I told him to let me know about the second one because I didn't want to pay extra. Knowing that, I made sure not to put more in it, but they charged me triple what they charged for the first one, even though this one had less stuff in it. I called again, and he said the same thing. I asked for documentation showing how much weight I had and the pricing. He sent me an invoice that had nothing to do with my name or my address. When I said it didn't include anything showing my service, he said, "Oh, this is from the landfill, sorry." You can see his text to me. You have no way of finding out how much weight you put in their dumpster, so they will charge you whatever they feel like without proof or your consent. Find a trustworthy company, but not Rhody Disposal.

Not only are you gonna pay 100 bucks more than any other company…read morearound but you'll have to listen to a bunch of lip from Cheryl on the phone after she tells you "if you need the dumpster longer then call us and let us know otherwise we're gonna pick it up after the 2 weeks you paid for are up" then when you don't need it any longer because it's clearly a 2 week rental period and you expect them to come pick it up, they never do. When you ask Cheryl why they didn't pick it up she's gonna go hard on you telling you she's been dispatching dumpsters for 25 years and "knows what she said and that i was supposed to call to have it picked up". Then you find out their charge for extra days is 10 dollars a day. Doesn't sound like much but CL Noonan charges 5 dollars a day when you go over the time limit. Oh by the way when you finally start to see their game going on and tell them to come pick it up ASAP, they tell you "we need 2 days notice so they get you for an extra 2 days no matter what. Also, beware that they don't care about the damage their dumpster does to your driveway, they refuse to bring any wood with them to put under the wheels of the dumpster. Place is a complete joke, wouldn't recommend them at all.

This time they required the fourth check and I refused. one month later, they send me a bill. I called back to this company. but the front desk and boss were both so rude. I complained the case, but they don't care. and several years later today they send me another bill plus 2% monthly later fee. It's more than thousand bill again. this company is really trash company. if there is a zero star review, this company owns it.

He showed me a couple pieces he thought were interesting then loaded all I'd chosen to purchase into my car, some of which he'd shown me, as I paid inside. While I was there Kailey, who I've decided is the queen of AJT Supplies, also helped me with every aspect of selecting 3/4" river rock for my new garden project, which I will be ordering bright and early tomorrow.
