I feel compelled to balance things out! We escaped a vet that just saw dollar signs and not our cats. We are devoted to our kitties and want the best for them and when the last Vet said--I don't know about those kind of cats but we should do an ultrasound, I had had it. Four Corners doesn't immediately jump to the most expensive option available , they take time to listen and get to know you and your pet. The front desk staff and the doctors were so caring and interested. I'm just so grateful to have found this practice and can't see ever needing to change again. Thank you Four Corners for being good folks.

Dr. John has been our Vet for Sadie. The entire clinic was kind and thoughtful when her time came. I picked up her remains today and again the staff were very kind and thoughtful. And, the presentation was nice: everything in a nice bag - a cedar chest within a velvet bag, a sincere card and a paw print. I bawled on the way there remembering out little girl, I continued to cry upon the thoughtfulness and caring way her final adventure was handled.

    Lost dog

Today around 6:30pm, my boyfriend and I were driving to the dog park with our four dogs, when we had seen two loose running dogs running across the road. We had pulled over to try to capture both of the dogs, to prevent them from getting hit by a car, which they almost were several times. We had called greenhill and they could not take the dog in because they were closed, we had been called animal control, and was put on hold for 45 minutes, when they finally answered they told me that there was no officers on duty today. We then had no idea what to do with this dog. Without knowing his behavior around other dogs we didn't want to risk putting our four dogs in danger and wanted to get him home to his family. We were then right next to four corners veterinary clinic, and went to their front door while they were closing. The front desk people told me to shew and go away because they were closed. They began to ignore me and act like I wasn't there. A few minutes later a vet tech came out and I asked if they had water that I could give this overheated dog. They told me that they didn't have any water, and that they had nothing to put water in. come on really?!?! Where is your love for animals four corners veterinary clinic?!?! I'm not happy out all with how they treated me, and how they proceeded to act to this poor dog that went who knows how long without water. You're a vet! How could you not have water. I don't care if you have to put it in a old soup container or pour water out of a personal water bottle! Where is the love?!?! I don't recommend this place at all. There desk people were beyond rude and disrespectful and the vet tech was also being demeaning. Not meaning to be a Karen. But they truly do deserve this review. On the other hand my dogs go to echo hollow veterinarian clinic and the ark veterinarian clinic... highly recommend echo hollow!

    My cat

I went to this vet because they're right by my house. I took my 15 year old cat in for losing weight. On the way there the carrier came apart and he started freaking out jumping around in the car. I ran into the office asking for help and the lady went with me, and by then of course it was raining. She stayed with me as I tried to pull my cat out from under the seat. I was so afraid he was going to jump out and run away and get lost! but with her help we got him in to the carrier. Next came the exam. The doctor spelled out all the options of treatments and cost and how would it affect my cat. This helped me clarify for myself, how much I would or could do and spend. Here's his picture:

Four Corners Vet Clinic is for those who will not settle for second best for their pet!

I just love the sensitivity vibe at Bush Animal Hospital…read more There are pheromone diffusers and towels for nervous cats and dogs. I had to put my beloved Tuxie Darby cat down last week, not all of the sudden, I mean he was 16ish years old. I found the entire experience designed around my emotional needs. Mr Tux made it a quick Irish manx goodbye by developing heart disease and evidencing it only for his final week. He had stopped eating and we went in to see Dr Newman to see if perhaps he had megacolon or something fixable. When we got the bad news, fluid on his lungs and body mass loss, the entire staff was very well spoken and supportive. Tuxie could not have received better care!

I wish I had paid closer attention to the negative reviews before allowing them to provide services…read moreto my little girl (my cat). The self-proclaimed manager/ owner of this establishment is either absolutely clueless and devoid of any knowledge of finance and business (e.g. pricing points, knowing whether she is making a profit or not, etc) OR she is deliberately deceitful in order to mask the true costs of the services provided. BACKGROUND: I wanted a routine dental cleaning for my little girl. I was fine with the possibility of dental extractions, as my angel is a little bit older, and I know eventually it is inevitable. I have taken each of my cats into a vet - NOT THIS CLINIC (I moved from out of state) - in the past, and felt comfortable with the procedure. What I did not know is that, unlike other clinics I have have had great dental cleaning experiences in the past, the owner/ manager of this clinic DOES NOT KNOW and REFUSES or is incapable of understanding her business' "Dental Plan" financial structure. WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU as a client: (1) You will be gaslit into accepting random pricing without justification. There was even an attempt to convince me that I should be happy they clipped my cat's nails for free while under anesthesia, versus the $50 they normally charge (that was the only itemized charge they disclosed to me). Ironically, during the previous visit, the veterinarian had commented that I "did a good job" clipping her nails. And nail clipping at ANY other vet has never surpassed $12. (2) You will not be able to submit a full insurance claim (ALL insurance companies require an itemized list of the pricing associated with the services provided). It would be like grocery shopping, seeing a total bill of $900, and never being able to verify WHY that total is what it is. ADDITIONALLY: The client to staff communication is horrible. Horrendous. The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. I have been told 3 different things (price-wise, procedure-wise, practice-wise) on the same day that have nothing to do with an adjustment of a quote. poorly managed organization. Ultimately, I am not complaining about price (I can't refute it - the manager can't even explain her pricing), but LACK of QUALITY OF SERVICE. Virtually EVERY single visit was an "OOPS!" FINAL NOTES: I am happily with a new clinic, which I transferred to the day after my sweetie's appointment with this absolute mess of a clinic.
