I would say it's a little hard to find parking. Plus it look a little rundown on the outside to be honest. However I gave 5 stars because the food was actually really good. It's my first time order since I have to be at Good Sam's for the day and I was just expecting it to be mediocre since it around college kid area. I order N3 Beef Stew Noodles and V1 garlic Bok Choy. They both were very tasty. Plus the host was very sweet, she remembered to put in some extra chili cause since I want them more spicy. Def recommended!!!

Quality hand pulled noodles with hit or miss flavor and very slow service. Pros: The noodles themselves are AMAZING! Cons: One staff for all tables and online orders. Some meals have no flavor. Party of 6 dropped by to a half full restaurant. We go our seat and waited 15 min for water. I think the owner was the only staff on hand besides the cook. She did everything service side and it caused HUGE wait times. I think it was 30 min before we dropped our order, 20 min till our food and 20 min before I just walked the bill up to the counter (run by the same server). The food I got was amazing. Cumin lamb noodles with bold flavors and spices and a pig ear appetizer that I think they do better than anyone. The lamb felt more like beef but I could be wrong. The friends however all got the Dan Dan noodles and they were bland. Everyone needed additional sauce added. Three stars if I go back and get a third meal to judge good taste, four stars if they hire two more front room staff. Total bill for two w/ tip 50$ Rating 5/10

We came here for dinner on a Thursday evening, street parking is easy, but the maximum parking time is 30 mins. I end up out coin to get the first 30 mins then paid another 30 mins on app, then coin again for the last 30 mins. The menu and food is very authentic, we ordered chili sauce chicken, pig ear, Dan Dan noodle, and Chengdu double cooked pork, also the hot & sour squid. All delicious, the best will be the chili sauce chicken and chengdu double cooked pork. Highly recommend. Will come back again, but need to figure out the parking though.

Wow I'm so happy I found Fortune Noodle House in Clifton I was looking for a Chinese restaurant for a work lunch called and spoke to Rachel the owner, so friendly and happy to help our group. I stopped by yesterday afternoon to check out the restaurant, which is very clean & welcoming inside. Rachel greeted me and was happy to explain how she loves making healthy, fresh food every day in the Clifton neighborhood. I enjoyed the hand made noodles with veggies & chicken, everything made fresh to order. They have spice level 1-3, so I went in the middle with level 2, my food came out of the kitchen a few minutes later. Delicious & what a generous portion, I ended up talking more than half home. I also enjoyed a delicious Passionfruit iced tea, which went well with the meal. Today I enjoyed my leftovers and even better. I also found out the noodles are made fresh daily such a cool place right across from UC & Hughes High School some of the best food I've enjoyed in Cincinnati!

I live a simple, gray, dull life. Boring job, boring friends, boring day-to-day activities. My life was dark and dreary until I stepped foot in Fortune Noodle House. One bite of their Homestyle Tofu and their Stir Fried Egg and Tomato dish, I saw color for the first time in my life. I heard birds chirp, rainbows shine, and my taste buds came alive. In all seriousness, Fortune Noodle House is THE best restaurant that this region has to offer. If you have not been then you must go as soon as you can. Rachel and her husband are the warmest and nicest people that you will ever have the pleasure of coming across. The food is fresh and delicious. Don't just take the food to go, sit and stay a while. Please visit Fortune Noodle House. Look At the photos that I attach and ask for those dishes when you arrive.

Very yummy!!! One of my favorite places to go for take out and for in restaurant food. I usually go with something spicy like a Dan Dan noodle but the orange chicken here is also really good. It's small and local and always super tasty.

The bowl of ramen I left at the table after eating only the bok choy.

Last year I raved about my Vegetable Noodle Bowl. However my experience today with both the food and service was enough for me to refrain from patronizing this establishment ever again. The broth was bland and the noodles were undercooked. My little guy, the ramen expert doused his in soy sauce to add interest to his but I cannot afford that amount of sodium intake. I expressed my dismay to our server and her response was, "Have you ever been here before? Our recipe hasn't changed. I will pass the feedback on to the cook." She then departed and took 25 min to return to the table with the bill. Instead of offering to make things right (i.e. boiling the noodles more or offering a different dish), she proceeded to tell me that she was unable to take the noodles off of the bill, but could take off the egg rolls? I paid the bill in full and left hungry. I do not recommend Fortune Noodle House. As I see it, this place has become a place of convenience for those around campus but certainly not a foodie destination. Pictured are the bill I paid and the ramen that remained on the table after I ate the bok choy from it. What a heartbreaking experience.

First time dine in with friend at Fortune Noodle House. We got a table quickly but we had a long wait to order food. The restaurant is understaff (only one lady works on the front). We ordered lamb cumin noodles and Dan Dan noodles. The lamb noodles taste really good but the Dan Dan noodles is bland.

Got takeout from here today and it was great!! Super fast and they got my whole order correct even though I had a couple special requests. I have wanted to try Dan Dan Noodles for forever and they did not disappoint!! Crab Rangoons were the typical, but amazing as well.

    A18 House made scallion pancake

I've been wanting to come to Fortune Noodle House basically since I learned of its existence, and I'm so glad I finally made it out. We came around 2:30 pm on a Saturday to miss the crowd and were seated right away. Having studied the menu online in advance, we quickly placed our orders: hot green tea, a scallion pancake, Dan Dan noodles and the cumin lamb with noodles. The tea arrived quickly in its own little pot, which, quite frankly, I love. Nothing special about the tea bag inside but it was hot and a great compliment to both the rain outside and the feast to come. The scallion pancake showed up not long after and too hot to handle right away. We'd each gotten about one bite in before the main courses arrived. The noodle dishes were both divine! The Dan Dan noodles are thinner (I think maybe they are the knife cut ones) and come with a generous dose of sauce plus cucumbers, cilantro and a sprinkle of pork. The meat is more like a seasoning in this dish and it works just fine. The sauce is rich and a bit spicy, though I recommend adding a dab of chili oil to take things up a notch. The noodles with the lamb were thicker and chewier, and had been pan fried along with the meat and vegetables. There were plenty of big pieces of lamb along with onIon, scallion, bell pepper and dried chilies. Oh, and lots of cumin. If you've had ~those noodles~ at Xi'an Famous Foods, the taste is very similar. Spicy but with complexity and a slow-building burn. Yum. The scallion pancake turned out to be a great palate cleanser throughout the meal. Simultaneously chewy and flakey, it had a mild scallion flavor and came with a sweet dipping sauce perfect for cutting the heat. While all the dishes we had were great, I don't think I'm done exploring the menu. Next time I want to try dumplings and one of the noodle soups!

The food is pretty good but a bit salty and I ordered takeout today, and the sauce container couldn't take the heat of the sauce and ruptured making a mess. The service is okay it's pretty fast but the lady rushed us when we went in last time. it's a lot bigger than it looks and the seating is comfortable making for good ambiance.

Heard this place does hand pulled noodles so just had to check it out. Had the Chongqing Spicy Noodles (very traditional) and the Shredded Pork & Jalapeño noodles and both were amazing! We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!!

We planned to order off of their lunch menu, and split a bowl of noodles for her birthday. Chinese tradition is to eat noodles on birthdays, so we asked the server what she recommended. She told us they actually offer complimentary birthday noodles! We were so surprised; we'd never heard of anywhere doing that before. We ordered the Twice-Cooked Pork Lunch, Fish with Chili Bean Sauce Lunch, and the Birthday Noodles. With lunch, we were allowed to select an egg roll, egg drop soup, or hot and sour soup. We both opted for the hot and sour soup. Even without the complimentary noodles, this meal was incredibly well-priced at $10.99 per lunch special. High quality dishes with plenty of meat and fresh vegetables. The noodles were simple but larger than expected, well-cooked, and delicious. My mom raved about this place. She hasn't had quality Chinese food at that price in a long time, and is telling all of our family members that we should go back when they're in town. It wasn't very busy, but we hope it was just the weather. Hopefully lots of people are supporting them! We can't wait to go back.

Ordered green tea, a Jade Dynasty cocktail and pot stickers to enjoy while we perused the menu (including the picture book!). The pot stickers were delicious! More like meatballs inside, served with a I-don't-know-what-this-is-but-it's-delicious sauce. We ordered and were pretty quickly delivered our mains: How Fun noodles (level 2 spice) with chicken and Pepper Beef (level 3 spice). Both were outstanding! The sauces on both were savory and delicious. The noodles were great - not slimy like they can sometimes be but firm yet delicate. The chicken was tasty. The pepper beef was tangy and tender with a nice balance of peppers and onions. Serving sizes big enough for lunch the next day. Vibrant decor made the place really feel alive and servers were friendly and efficient. We found street parking but I assume this part of Covington gets busy on weekend nights so allow a few minutes to find a spot. First off, the place has a fun and playful vibe with the kung fu theme, especially when you're greeted by a Shaolin Soccer poster. The service is also A+! Extremely friendly and attentive. The portions are also generous. However......... my tastebuds are baffled. We ordered a hot and sour soup as our starter and it was extremely sweet. It was basically hot sugar soup. If we hadn't put our full order in at the same time as the app, we probably would've paid after the soup and left then. However, we did order and got the szechuan beef, general chu's sesame chicken, and the how fun noodles which we were all okay. Not memorable. I'm leaving one star because the staff and atmosphere were great. I've never been compelled to write a bad review, but I could not get past the sugary hot and sour soup. For $55, I'd really expect more flavor than just sugar and chili oil for all of the dishes.
