They only have a small menu up front where the cash register is, so when there is a line, you cannot figure out what you want until you get up there in front to order. Maybe it was annoyance that we paid with cash and coins the first time, and second time because they were overwhelmed with how busy it was. The hot banana latte was not too sweet and really impressed me with the taste. It wasn't artificial and was very comforting on a colder day. I also tried the oolong tea cheesecake. The texture was moist and the perfect density for a cheesecake. While the tea flavor was light, I would get it again.
