Firstly had bit of sticker shock why is a single cheese burger 9 dollars secondly they only come with grilled onion and there sauce they charge 50 cents for lettuce. Free fries or shake with honest review, score! I ordered a single cheeseburger and my friend got the double. We both thought they were very tasty. I really liked the sauce that came on the burger, so much so that I ordered an extra side of it. The fries were crispy and hot with the perfect amount of salt and tasted really good dipped into the sauce. We also got a side of ranch, but didn't care for the ranch at all. Came here on a Friday around 8 pm. There were a few spots in the medium sized parking lot of the plaza. There were a good amount of people inside but most already eating. I've been wanting to try this place (the original location at least) for a while since it was voted best burger in LA! I decided to get the cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato and our group also got fries, sweet potato fries, and Brussels sprouts to share. The food was ready within 5 minutes or so. We took it home to eat and the fries were still crispy and delicious! It helps they serve it in an open container so the fries don't end up steaming themselves. There was also more fried than I was expecting. The Brussels sprouts were fine, I was a little disappointed. Not a lot going on and they were slightly overcooked. I just wanted a veggie option, probably wouldn't get it again. It was honestly a delicious burger. A bit on the pricier side and I wouldn't pay the extra money for the tomato and lettuce again. The best burger ever? Probably not, not mind blowing. But very hearty and not too filling if you get just 1 patty. Very good but pricy smash burger with some customization options but it needs a better bun. The fries are decent and I often have to decide between the regular and sweet potato. The service is friendly and the interior has limited seating as is typical of most smash burger spots I've been to. The parking is a shared plaza so it's decent enough. My two biggest gripes are the lack of fountain drinks and that it's SO HOT INSIDE. Just sitting there feels like 77 degrees and the employees have it way worse behind the counter... Why? The food is decent but I don't appreciate overpaying for a can/bottle of soda while feeling sticky when dining in. FOR THE WIN is located in a decent-sized center almost at tue northwest corner of Sepulveda and Sherman Way. The parking lot is big and free and we very easily found a few available ones. There was no line to get. No line to order. But the cashier was taking an order on the phone so I put in my order on their self-order kiosk. Easy peasy. Got the plainest thing on the menu which was the Cheeseburger. It didn't tale long hefore I got my burger. It was delicious! So glad they opened a spot near me! Been wanting to come here for weeks, finally made it out here today. This location is in a strip mall with other businesses and the parking can be hard to find but luckily I was able to find a spot right out front. Service was good and very quick. I don't like that they charge extra for everything like jalapenos shouldn't coat 0.75 like I don't even want a lot I want like 1-2 on my burger I'm not paying extra for that. I didn't get the fries this time but definitely will next time. I got the double cheeseburger and my friend got a cheeseburger. I got my double cheeseburger with everything and had the fry sauce put on the side. I'm glad I did that because I am not really a mustard fan and the sauce has a tasty amount of mustard. It's good , but it's a sauce on the side for me. Fries were hot. They have condiments, located by the register that included, mayo, ketchup, mustard, and plenty of napkins. Customer service was nice. No complaints. Place was cute with about 7 or so tables and a high countertop table looking out. ***The only thing I would suggest is instead of putting the fries directly on the serving tray it should be put with a plate underneath them because I don't want my fries touching the tray. The food options here constantly changed, this one specifically replaced a gelato shop we went to years ago. This whole spot is great for eateries! I tried this place for a Yelp elite experience. And it is definitely one of the best smash burgers I've ever had. Smashburger was very crispy. Pickles sauce. Cheese were great very nice soft bun as well. Fries were very good. They reminded me of old school McDonald's french fries the guy working at the front counter was very nice. We ordered two burgers, one a regular hamburger, and mine a double. When we received the burgers after a wait, I really could not tell the difference between the single patty and double patty burgers. While the burgers were delicious they were quite small! On our drive home we discussed the small meals, two burgers (single and double), a single order of fries, and one can of soda was not a great deal for thirty one dollars. The patties are indeed super thin and crispy, it comes with pickles that cut the greasiness, great sauce (reminds a little of Big Mac sauce) and the classic American cheese.
