Been seeing this place a lot throughout social media and the one thing that has stood out a lot was the saying "better than in n out" in the ad. So I had to check it out for myself. This place is an outdoor seating type of dining area and I'm for it! There are fans alll over the dining area to keep you cool and with the way it is laid out the air flows well through the dining area keeping you cool as you eat. There were a lot of choices on the menu ranging from a cheeseburger to a teriyaki bowl. For now I got the cheeseburger to test it against an in n out burger and I also got a breakfast burrito because I love breakfast burritos. First off I ate the cheeseburger and I will say it was pretty good, will I say it's better than an in n out cheeseburger maybe not because I'm undecided. I have to have an in n out burger while eating the key cheeseburger but again I will say it's not too bad I enjoyed! It had lettuce cheese tomatoes I think and a nice grilled burger patty with their sauce inside. The really winner for me was the breakfast burrito! It was pretty darn good! It had bacon, eggs, sausage, hashbrowns and what I liked about it Most is that it had the hot sauce or salsa inside already it wasn't over bearing and it was just the right amount. You could ask for some hot sauce on the side if you want I think I didn't so I'm only going off from what I saw from someone when they ordered too. I think overall this place is a great little establishment that can offer a lot of choices for food to eat and decently made burgers and burritos. I for sure want to come back here and try their teriyaki bowl as I am a fan of that too and also I would like to try their signature burger, fish and chips and their take on the western burger that Carl's Jr has. The lady who took my order which i think she's the owner was nice and helpful! For me I give it a 5 star! Definitely a place you want to grab food for a good lunch! :)

I wish I knew about Key Burger sooner and so glad to have found this delicious burger and sandwich eatery. Key Burger is one of the best and better burger and sandwich places out in the San Fernando Valley. This eatery provides excellent customer service along with delicious sandwiches and burgers. Stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon and picked up their Signature Burger, Pastrami Sandwich, Chicken Sandwich and Fries. The Signature Sandwich contains double cheeseburger with avocado, bacon, pastrami, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles and thousand island dressing on a sesame seed bun. The burgers were tender and not overcooked. It was perfectly grilled medium well. The Pastrami Sandwich with pickles and mustard was tasteful and plentiful. The meat was tender and not over cooked. It was yummy. One of the best Chicken Sandwiches in the San Fernando Valley definitely goes to Key Burger. The grilled chicken breast were plentiful and delicious with whatever marinated sauce they used. Along with mayo, tomato and lettuce on a french roll. Also enjoyed the crispy fries. We can't wait to go back to Key Burger and try other items on their menu.

This place is awesome. Get the pastrami burger -- it's the best! This is a small family-run business with just great burgers. There are a bunch of different options but I think the pastrami burger is the best. I think they grill the pastrami to give it even a bit more flavor. There's a new outdoor dining area that's surprisingly clean and comfortable. Definitely check it out.

This place isn't far from my home, but it's a half mile past my usual turn off towards Hansen Dam, but it was recently on some posted list of Best burgers around LA, so I had to finally take the 10 minute drive to check it out. Honestly, I really expected the quintessential greasy-spoon looking joint, bur I was immediately taken aback by how clean and well-maintained everything was, including the small strip mall that it is located on the outer corner. It didn't come across as a greasy spoon at all, but at its heart, I'd say it's a passionately cared for greasy spoon experience! Their limited hours limit the time I can come, but I just happen to be around on this Saturday and decided to run down. They definitely maintain a line of people, so even though they are a hidden Jim to some of us, others know of its existence and have been longtime customers. They treated everybody with professionalism and expeditious service, and the line moves through the process fairly efficiently. Once you get to the window, you realize how even the back of the house where the kitchen area is located, and you can tell that the cleanliness and professional professionalism follow through from the front of the house to the back of the house. The pick up window is on the outside/street-side of the building and you will notice that everything getting prepared for pick up is being intentionally prepared well and not just slapped together, another sign of an owner who cares about every aspect of their business. Since it was my first time, I just ordered the standard cheeseburger and onion rings. If you wanna know how greasy a greasy spoon actually is, the onion rings are a good indicator and even mirror moments after he handed me the bag and I reached inside the onion rings were not any greasier then they needed to be (being cooked on hot oil and all) and they were cooked perfectly. I enjoyed both my burger and my onion rings, and there were a couple of fries, accidentally attached from the basket and I'm not sure that I would like their fries too much because they seem more like Five Guys fries which are a little limp; I'm sure you could ask for extra crispy though. Overall, it was a nice trip down the road to try someplace new and I got a decent meal for my effort. Honestly, my favorite part was just how much the owners care about how the place looks and is run and I will support that work and business ethic any day of the week. Kudos.

I've been coming here for years. I don't even like chili cheese fries, but I do right here. They're so delicious their burgers taste so authentic and delicious. My favorite is the beef and chicken bowl. The pictures do not do it. Any justice so delicious.

Hadn't been here in so many years for no reason in particular but I'm glad I decided to return, not disappointed at all! Outdoor seating is limited I recommend pick up orders unless you find a good spot with shade. Got the cheese burger it was good 7/10 Chili cheese fries 10/10 Onion rings 6/10

Was here last week, man all I can say, what a hidden gem in the san fernando valley area. Located in pacoima, saw this ad in fb, I said to myself I got to try this and never regreted going in there. Their burgers were amazing! The patties and pastramis were cooked right, and perfectly seasoned. super soft buns with the right amount of veggies and sauce. Fries was cooked to perfection too. Had the signature burger and the one with the chilli and pastrami and they were bomb! Place is clean enough. My only complain when you eat there, because it's an open air seating, are the flies. They Could have used fly fans in each of the table. Service was pretty fast. Pricewise very reasonable considering the quality of the burgers you are getting! Will definitely come back here!

My buddy and I came here on an off chance cuz initially went to Key Burger but it was closed and we stumbled upon Carnitas Don Cuco. Also, just the right amount of fat and lean meat. Not overly greasy compared to other carnitas I've had. Beans - great flavor of beans. Not from a can. Great seasoning on it. Corn tortillas - real deal fresh pressed and homemade style corn tortillas to go with our carnitas. This was definitely the highlight of the entire pack and put it all together. We're not from the area, but we grew up in the San Fernando Valley, so we definitely know about the hype surrounding Queens Burgers. My husband had actually been here back in his younger days, but this was my first time. It was July, over 100 degrees, and incredibly humid, so we were honestly debating whether to just eat in the truck because we had to get back to LA. My husband went inside first and came back saying, "We can eat inside." So we decided to give it a try. Walking in felt like stepping back in time. This place has that true old-school burger stand feel. The classic benches and tables, the bars on the windows, and that nostalgic atmosphere you just don't find at modern burger places anymore. Now, full disclosure: it was HOT inside. There's no air conditioning and not much ventilation, and with the temperature outside being over 100 degrees, we were sweating like crazy. We ate pretty quickly and headed out. If you're visiting on a scorching summer day, just be prepared for the heat! But the FOOD? SO GOOD. I ordered a chili cheeseburger, something I hadn't had in years, and it brought back so many childhood memories. I honestly didn't think I was going to finish the whole thing... but I did! It was that good. My husband and my son each got a combo as well. My son had the regular cheeseburger, and he really enjoyed it too. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you want from an old-school burger spot. And even though the place was packed, with people constantly coming in for to-go orders and every table being occupied, the service was excellent. The staff was attentive, friendly, and quick. We had barely walked in before someone greeted us and took our order, and our food came out surprisingly fast. Would I come back? Absolutely. Especially for that chili cheeseburger and the nostalgia factor. Just maybe not on a 100+ degree day. If you love classic, old-school burger stands and want a taste of that nostalgic San Fernando Valley-era burger experience, Queens Burgers is worth the stop!

I had a pretty frustrating experience ordering from For The Win today, which completely defeated…read morethe purpose of ordering ahead. I placed an online order through their website, and it quoted about a 25-minute prep time with a ready window around 2:56 -3:06 PM. I planned accordingly and even arrived earlier so I could pick it up fresh and avoid waiting. However, just five minutes after placing the order, I received a text saying it was already ready. That immediately raised a red flag, because if you're paying $13+ for a double burger, you expect it to be made closer to your arrival time, not immediately. When I arrived, the burger was already cold. When I brought this up, the employee I spoke with repeatedly said "it's not my fault" and pointed to someone else, instead of taking any ownership or even acknowledging the issue. It was a really poor way to handle a simple customer concern. Eventually, after some back and forth, the burger was remade, but I had to wait another 10-15 minutes. And ironically, it took longer to make it this time than it did after I placed the online order. But then now I wa stuck waiting defeating the whole purpose of ordering ahead. A manager eventually came over and was polite, but by that point the experience had already been frustrating. They also threw away the original burger instead of offering to let me keep it, which felt wasteful. On top of that, when I asked for a couple cups of water for my daughter, I was told I'd need to purchase a bottle, which felt pretty tone-deaf given the situation and didn't even think to offer me any anything for the misunderstanding and having to wait extra time now... The bigger issue here is the lack of coordination and communication. If you're going to quote customers a pickup time, especially for hot food, the order should be made accordingly--not immediately after it's placed. Otherwise, you're guaranteeing that the food won't be fresh when the customer arrives. Between the timing issue, the lack of ownership from staff, and the overall handling of the situation, this was a disappointing experience. I usually like the food, but the service and process today really need improvement.

Poor customer service and the burger was just a nondescript smash burger. $15.80 for just the burger, including the tip which clearly was not earned.
