That I told him too late I didn't want mayo in one of my FOUR combos. Fine! But why LIE (even said that one would be marked) and send me off my way saying my order is the way I requested it? (He hated when I said that). HE went on and on, finding excuses on how this was my fault. "Fine, did you bite the burger?" -he asks- before checking. I had the steak breakfast burrito with extra cheese. Inside is hash browns, steak, egg and cheese. Well there isnt anything wrong or bad. There is a lot of hash browns which I dont mind. I wish they had put more cheese in the burrito. I felt the burrito had more hash browns than anything else. Like 2/4 hash, 1/4 steak 1/4 egg. Theres very little cheese. The burrito is large and properly priced at $11. They have 2 salsas. Both are delicious and not too hot. I preferred the red. The staff was friendly. They said the burrito would be done in 5. After living in the valley for almost a year and going to Queens Burgers a few times I have to say. I really enjoy the place! Good old fashioned Mexican/ American Greasy food done right! I got the breakfast burrito with bacon and eggs with cheese and a large Diet Coke because you know you're not an obese American if you don't complete the greasy meal with a Diet Coke hahaha! Anyways when I got that bad boy man every bite was ethereal! The bacon and sausage action just completely changes the game! It's a pork on pork crime! Not to mention it's riding on delicious potatoes and gooey cheese binding it together making a delicious turf party that's being snuggled by a warm tortilla! Gotta love breakfast burittios! The guy helping me was great! Inside was full and vibrant with people eating and enjoy themselves which makes sense because this place is great! i remember eating there with my mom a year ago mid day, a homeless man, went up to to the restaurant (to ask for food im assuming) and the workers were completely rude and shut the door before the homeless man could even speak! i get it, maybe you don't want to hand out food, but your completely forgetting that he is also human. For more than 20yrs I see that this establishment never disappoints from breakfast to dinner as I work across the street. My favorite is the grilled chicken salad and the pastrami sandwich. Some food is greasy which is not my cup of tea. Service is fast but as years go by, their food is becoming expensive. $15 for a chicken salad. I stopped by here this morning to get a breakfast burrito. I looked at their menu beforehand on their website and instagram page. So I knew I wanted a steak breakfast burrito. They were not busy at all and I was able to park in the front, just know if you do park in the front then it might be harder to exit because Osborne is a busy street. I ordered from their outside window since it said to order there. The older man working took my order and asked if I wanted chesse. I asked if it was extra and he said it's included so I did. It didn't take long for my burrito to come out, like maybe 5 minutes. When I got home, I ate it and thought it was okay. There not much flavor to the steak and the salsa wasn't my favorite. I had Pico de gallo at home so it helped out a lot to making it taste better. You also get more potatoes than steak in the burrito so maybe next time, I'll try their burger instead since my friend speak highly of this place. read more

My parents used to walk here when my mom was pregnant with me. They lived close but not close enough to walk there. My parents had just moved from Mexico and didn't have a car so yes they would walk there anytime my mom was craving a burger. Eventually I was born and they'd take me there to eat. To be more honest I've only tried their burgers. Regular cheeseburger- you can't go wrong with a good charbroiled burger. Chili cheese burger...good but not enough chili comparing it to Tommy's where they overload your burger in chili which I prefer. Fries are ok but let me tell you about their chili cheese fries...fully loaded. Perfect amount of chili, cheese and meat...! The small size is just the right portion to satisfy the craving. Their fried zucchini is very good too but it's so much for one person so I suggest getting that to share. The service is a hit or miss depending on the day, time and who's working. I've came on days where I've gotten my food right away and other time where I've had to wait close to 30 mins. One time I didn't notice they had missed my chili cheese fries until I had gotten home. I came back and they were able to fix it but to their defense it was busy. Yes I was annoyed but they fixed it no problem. Plenty of parking up front, street and in the back. Nice location right across the street from the police station. For me as long as the food quality and taste remains the same and as long as Queens is open they have my business. read more

When ordering the food at the little window, I seen a bunch of cold fries in the corner just stacked up and for some reason I knew they were gonna give me the cold fries and sure enough when I went home to taste the hot food. I can taste stale, old, cold fries. The only thing that was hot was the chili. The cheese was cold. The burgers had a bunch of white lettuce it was whack I'd rather go to McDonald's at this point. Alert check your food before leaving. Service was not to bad but for four burgers and two chili cheese fries they gave me two bags of yellow chilies. I went and ordered 2 cheeseburger combos a cheeseburger by itself and chili cheese fries and onion rings even after the total was 55 or 60 I don't remember but I know it as around there which if you ask me ridiculous. But I loved it and didn't mind. I placed a phone order and was told to go in 15 minutes. I went in 15 minutes got home in less than 2 minutes (I live around the burger spot) and my burger was ridiculously cold! I called and wanted a new one and the same person I placed the order with answered and he then said "you lagged it tho, yeah you straight lagged it" and I couldn't believe he said that to me. So unprofessional. And I said no I didn't "lagg" it I went in 15 minutes he then said "yeah you right you right" went got the new burgers and they were still cold. They don't taste the same. With the prices gone up you'd think they'd have better ingredients and better quality now. But no it's not the same and the customer service is ghetto. read more
