Although slightly difficult to find owing to their unconventional location and makeshift setup, it's more than worth any trouble. Amazing burgers. I had the Hawaiian with bacon, bbq sauce, jalapeños and pineapple. Outrageously good. Also got the triple with nothing but the meat and cheese. Proved their beef is top-shelf in flavor and quality. Planned to eat mine in the comfort of my home but made the mistake of taking one bite while driving and that was it. I literally licked the container clean. LOVED these burgers. I got mine the way they make it. Just a single, since I usually have to finish his or toss it. Also grabbed the fancy fries. Hands down, best smash burger I've had. The buns are crazy good--soft, no sesame, maybe from Chicago? Reminds me of Five Guys but better. The burger was cooked perfectly. Not burnt, but I'm sure they'd crisp it up if you asked. Mine came with onions, pickles, special sauce, and cheese--nailed it. And the fries? Cooked in beef tallow. Rich, crispy, and just right. Incredible prices too. Burger was around $8, fries $6. They had a cheaper option as well. These kinds of spots are hard to get off the ground, so if you're anywhere near the Valley, make the trip. Try the burger. I love that they don't use any seed oils and I can taste the difference in the quality of the meat. The sauce is WOW!! After having a double burger, I don't feel excessively full or weighted down. The service is impressive . They listen to how I want my burger prepared and it always comes out the way I want every time.
