After a long absence, ordered from Daglas last night... via DoorDash since driving wasn't advisable. Long ago I've come to grips that my favorite option, Combo #6, is no longer available and has to be built piecemeal but now I find that my other favorite, Pastrami Grilled Cheese, seems to have been discontinued. Dang... The cheeseburger was okay but seems smaller than I remembered. Tasted good but visually underwhelming for $8.20. The pastrami burger, albeit quite expensive, is a taste sensation; really liked it. The pastrami seemed a bit dry but on a burger that is okay. The funniest part is my dining partner's reaction to the fries. His first comment was quizzical if not a bit disgusted, "why is the bag so brown; is that grease?" and then followed by surp[rised satisfaction and joy. Drove by countless time finally decided to try Daglas today. All around solid burger shack. Ordered a pastrami, bacon and cheese burger, gyro sandwich and chili cheese fries. I enjoyed the burger and fries the most. The fries were freshly cut, well seasoned and savory. Plenty of crisp bacon and tasty secret sauce in the burger. I was a little disappointed with the pastrami as I had high hopes after reading some of the reviews. The gyro was alright. Overall a good alternative to chain fast food burger joints. read more

This spot has been around for years and the quality is still the same! The pastrami sandwich is so good and loaded with lots of meat. It comes with seasoned fries and a drink. Definitely a valley gem. They have indoor and outdoor seating (limited space) but most people order to go. They also have parking in the back ... small lot but as long as it's not crowded parking is never really an issue. read more

To order, you just walk up to the window. You are greeted and asked for your order. I typically get a double cheeseburger with fries here, of sometimes, I'll get the pastrami with fries. Something about the fries though.. twenty years ago, they were bomb, now every time I go, I don't even want to order it with fries anymore because the last few times, they were not satisfying at-all. The pastrami isn't as good neither, but the burger is still solid. I've been coming here for roughly thirty years, maybe something about their parents? The chicken was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and grilled to perfection. I loved the chopped lettuce and the soft, toasted sesame bun -- everything tasted fresh, with just the right balance of chicken and condiments. The only drawback was how messy it was to eat. I always get the large size, because it's a VERYYYY generous portion that's good for 2-3 people (and it's less than $10!).
