The salad was very flavorful and the rice tots were delicious! I also tried the salmon bowl that my husband ordered and it was very good. The service was very quick and after a particularly active day, I enjoyed the casual ambience and the healthy options they had on the menu. Highly recommend this to anyone who is visiting Boulder area.

I loved the salmon bowl with slurpable broth (coconut-lime flavors, with jalepeno and sweet potato slices and a bit of rice in the bowl). Don't sleep on the desserts/treats - both of the cookies we tried were gluten free, with a chewy texture, unique flavors that were not too sweet.

The café is beautiful, cozy, clean, and just has a really warm atmosphere. There are so many pastries to choose from that it's honestly hard to pick. Everything we've tried has been fresh and delicious. You HAVE to try the crème brûlée and the éclairs- seriously, both are incredible. The éclairs are probably my favorite so far. The coffee is also very good quality, which I really appreciate. It actually tastes like good coffee, not just something you order because you need caffeine It goes perfectly with the pastries. The staff is friendly, and we always feel comfortable here. It's definitely become one of those places we keep coming back to as a family.

Sweet, flaky, and light. Also friendly and fast service. Note: You order at the counter and seat yourself. They have indoor and outdoor seating. I found the ordering process easy and fast, it was ideal because I was in a time-crunch.

Ordered their BREAKFAST BURRITO in a BOWL - also a first... thinking it might be a little lighter than the burrito... It was Gorgeous and GIANT, and still came with a tortilla on the side (which I would have told them to hold off)... OMGOODNESS, this was fluffy yumminess from the get go. I should have asked for a box 1/2 way through, but I'm No Quitter! All I can say is come hungry, and go often, their food is delicious

I ordered an Iced Coffee, the Jalapeño Biscuits and Gravy and a side pancake. I would want the jalapeño gravy to be wayyy spicier! The side pancake was okay but I would've liked more fluff. Overall, everything was tasty, and it was extremely affordable which is definitely refreshing these days. I will definitely be back as this is super close to our place!

But the flavor was off. Coffee was strong and bitter. I did come alone. When I entered the hostess asked where I wanted to sit and I said a booth would be great. They weren't very busy for a Saturday at 12. She said, oh no, I can't do that, we can seat way more than 1 at a booth. I was then seated at the bar. At one point, one of the employees sat at a booth and wrapped silverware in napkins. It was nearly impossible to get anyone's attention for more coffee. There are so many people working here but besides the cooks and hostess, everyone else is doing a great job doing nothing. When I finally caught the attention of the young person who took orders to ask for more coffee, he said okay. Then I watched him go on his phone for a minute, pick up the coffee carafe and walk outside. He never came to me. I got his attention again and asked for coffee and he said, yes, getting more coffee for you right now and then could not have taken more of his sweet time. WILD behavior. Unfortunately they leave one of the doors open on the staff side so there were so many flies all over the restaurant. I also watched them use the microwave to heat food that was sent back from another table. Honestly, Gordon Ramsey would have a lot to say about this place.

Ratings: Food: 2/5 (ranges from bad 1/5 to ok 3/5) Service: 3/5 Ambiance (patio): 4/5 Ambiance (inside): 2/5 Value: 2/5 First visit. I ordered the steak sandwich, it was OK, not nearly as good as what you can get cheaper at other places, but not actively bad. I'd recently had french dip at Blackbelly Market which was cheaper and significantly better. The rest of my family ordered other things and no one was impressed. Dessert, which we ordered to share, was bad. I took one bite and then said others could have my portion. A month later when our extended family invited us back we were not excited. But we didn't want to be rude and hoped it would be better on a second visit. I decided to go with a burger as did my wife and daughter, seemed the safest choice. My son ordered fish and chips. The burgers were awful, 1/5. We all ordered medium-rare and what we got would have been overcooked for an order of well done - black on the outside, dried out, small patty with no flavor. It was awful, worst burger I've had in years. Fries were OK. My sons fish and chips wasn't much fish, but it was passable, 3/5. The outdoor patio is nice, the drink selection is decent. Service was poor to OK. Noisy inside if you like that, not my thing, but you won't have to worry about being overheard.
