All the salty and tangy notes were hit. I don't love the bread choice personally, but to each their own! I just think it would've been even more flavorful on the Ciabatta roll. Now I'm a little biased because I grew up in the Häagen Dazs world. My family owned two shops until I was 18! While I realize stone ground mustard is tangier, this sandwich was overcome by the strength of the onion and stone ground mustard. You don't even notice the apple and Brie. Just an overall miss for me. Last, if you happen to be dining in, you can use a bathroom (with a code) but it's a block away in a parking garage. I'm not down in Boulder super often, but I'm likely to skip a return visit. If I were to return, I'd try the chickpea and avocado sandwich instead and hope for better luck.

Small for me as an experiment in taste and quality. Medium for my husband who wanted warm and filling.i am so glad it's so easy to customize leaving off flavors I do not want, like garlic and green peppers, both of which are difficult for me to digest.
