Guy Fieri was here! Or so the menu says. I'm not certain of the specialty dishes as their menu didn't depict what Guy Fieri thought. The menu simply portrayed a DDD designation simply saying that Guy Fieri was there to endorse something. I ordered a spring vegetable walnut salad... it looked like the bag of from the Box stores were emptied into the bowl and served as is. Yes, I asked for dressing on the side but the dressing had nothing really to do with the overall being of this salad. THE BREAD!!!!!! Home made bread everyday!!!! Didn't feel (texture wise) like home made that day... it felt like another something out of a bag from the grocers. The slice was just too perfect to have been baked that morning and sliced ... The service as less than mediocre but it's okay. It's a college town I'm guessing as the servers did appear to be young and student type (not profiling mind you, it's just what appeared to be) Truth be told? I'd probably give it one or two stars but I'll lave them with the third star- Third star for effort and location; location being central in that part of town Terry says no bueno

The service was very good the workers were attentive and brought out food out very nice. It seems like a good place for pictures because it reminds me of a hole in the wall place. The crepe was not good as it was very soupy and made our stomachs hurt after. The potatoes were kind of hard and the eggs Benedict were not as good. Other than that everything else was great!

Don't be foolish and go anywhere else for breakfast! We stopped in on a busy Sunday and the place was packed. We were able to get a seat right away and the service was super quick! We were seated on the balcony upstairs and will warn you that the tables are quite close together. The menu was pretty extensive with several veggies options. I ordered the veggie bagel with potatoes and it was awesome! The portion was no joke and perfect fuel for our hike afterwards. Additionally, I loved the art on the walls + in the bathroom, gives you something to talk about if you run out of conversation! The waitress gave us a 15% off coupon at the end of the meal which if we lived in Boulder would have definitely used. Overall, definitely recommend stopping into to this brunch spot.

Foolish Craig's Cafe is an outstanding breakfast & brunch spot on Pearl Street in Boulder. They were *packed* and rightfully so. The service was fast & friendly, particularly considering how busy they were. The atmosphere is Boulder hip, this is a fun spot and worth the wait (if there is one.)

The place is a little small, especially when you walk in. Tables are close together in the front of the restaurant a little roomier past the host/hostess section. We got seated in the front part right by the window in the far corner. We went here because it was featured on Tripple D Nation. I asked my husband how his Chorizo Benedict w/Cheesy Grits (as seen on Tripple D Nation) was and he said enthusiastically "It was good"! My son had the same thing as my husband, but with potatoes, and he enjoyed it as well. My daughter-in-law had the Breast O Pesto Crepe. She said it was good and had a lot of chicken in it. She did say however, that the pesto tasted like Costco pesto. I had the Corned Beef Hash (as seen on Tripple D Nation). It was so good. Chunks of tasty, tender Corned Beef mixed with peppers, onions and Home Potatoes. It was one of the best I have ever had. My over medium eggs were cooked perfectly! This place is definitely worth visiting!

A decent Boulder brunch spot. It was pretty busy on a Sunday brunch time and we were seated upstairs. The place is like a classic diner style brunch place. Tried the corned beef hash (kinda plain and dry) and chicken and waffles (felt like frozen tenders and standard waffle mix) and it was alright, nothing that great.

The Café is the cutest mom and pops type place. Inside has low lighting easy going vibes. The place has been around a while and it shows. They weren't mentioned on Guy Fieri "Diners Drive-in's & Dives" for not making a name for themselves. The service was excellent, we were very indecisive and the server was very patient with us. We dined on the patio, the weather was perfect. I ordered the crepe and they nailed it. The portion was gigantic but I smashed it. My friend got the biscuits and gravy and was pleased as well. We added an order of French fries... because why not. They were a 10. Price was very reasonable especially considering portions. Highly recommend.

Late breakfast today on a sunny patio at Foolish C! We shared corned beef hash, eggs with cheesy grits, toast, bacon and pancakes! Yes it was a feast for two but with a leftover for snack later on! The coffee was steaming, the patio inviting and the delightful service (by Karson B - senior CU student - Go Buffs!) The food was delicious but the corned beef hash was the standout! Our dogs was also invited, given water and included in the fun! if you haven't been to F.Craig's in a while you will love the roadside patio setting!

Nice neighborhood brunch spot. They have all the usual brunch items like omelettes, eggs and bacon, pancakes, and waffles. Did you have an interesting crepe menu as well. We went for the fried chicken Benedict. It was pretty tasty, The chicken is the same as the chicken tenders they use I believe. For some reason I assumed it was a juicier fried chicken. We also went with a crepe that we didn't love the crepe skin, but it was well cooked and overall tasty and very filling. I couldn't complain about the portion size of it. Our server was very nice, checked in several times, and seated us in a booth on request.

$-$$ A bright and airy, yet small and cozy eatery on Pearl Street in Boulder, Colorado. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and the food is served hot. There were a couple of snafus during my order, but my server was amazing and made the corrections quickly. As I sat here updating quite a few of my yelp reviews, my server came by just to make sure everything was OK and then said that I could stay in my little corner here as long as I wanted. The noise level is minimal, and you can hold a conversation quite easily, even though there are many people and quite a few tables. There is outdoor seating as well. All in all, a great visit to this place and I'm so glad I found it. Surrounded by chain establishments that also serve breakfast, I'm super glad that I walked into this one. As always, make some great memories and safe travels.

First time here and I loved everything!! The potatoes are amazing a d the breakfast tacos were great and the Mexicali blues omelette was amazing! Our whole table loved our food.

While this place was incredibly packed on Sunday morning, the food was just okay. I didn't get the hype. Perhaps I ordered wrong, but their breakfast burrito was on the list of house favorites. The menu described the burrito as smothered in pork chile verde, but I had about 2 shreds of pork. I don't feel it lived up to the description. The inside was dry, nothing to write home about. Maybe I needed to be hungover?

What a groovy place, came up to see my dad for Christmas Eve and we all decided to stop in here because my uncle had heard such good things about it. The food was delicious, the wait staff was great, I really loved the atmosphere. I am definitely hitting these guys up again the next time I'm in Boulder.

And they do a damn good job of it! The cool thing is that it's a sandwich shop AND a Häagen Dazs ice cream store rolled up into one. Has to be one of the only places in the country of its kind! Savory or sweet, you'll find something you love here. The menu boasts sandwiches, soups, salads, breakfast, kids meals, and of course the full Häagen Dazs menu. Italian Stallion // ham, pepperoni, salami, provolone, lettuce, tomato, red onion, balsamic vinaigrette, yellow mustard & mayo on marbled rye. The Italian American favorite. All the salty and tangy notes were hit. I don't love the bread choice personally, but to each their own! I just think it would've been even more flavorful on the Ciabatta roll. Now I'm a little biased because I grew up in the Häagen Dazs world. My family owned two shops until I was 18! They have some unique flavors on hand that I haven't seen in store or other brick and mortars. I loved the selection they have on site here. Plus, the employees will happily sample whatever flavor you want to try! Huge store with lots of space to sit. Easy ordering process for either the deli or the ice cream. And seriously, some of the most friendly employees I've seen in a hot minute. For something quick and on the go, Lindsay's Boulder Deli gets my stamp of approval. And if you're lucky enough to run into Lindsay herself, you're sure in for a treat!

We ordered to eat there, but they still packaged our sandwiches to go. The staff didn't call out the order loud enough for us to realize they'd been prepared, so I think they sat at the counter for a while. My son was happy with his chicken pesto though he commented that it could've used a more generous application of the pesto. I kinda suffered from order regret. I chose the Turkey & Brie. The moment I unwrapped it, I was overwhelmed by the onion smell. Even after removing some of the onion, its presence lingered. My bad, I ordered it after all. The turkey and Brie comes with apple slices, and two kinds of mustard - a honey mustard and stone ground mustard. The honey mustard is what caught my eye. While I realize stone ground mustard is tangier, this sandwich was overcome by the strength of the onion and stone ground mustard. You don't even notice the apple and Brie. Just an overall miss for me. Last, if you happen to be dining in, you can use a bathroom (with a code) but it's a block away in a parking garage. I'm not down in Boulder super often, but I'm likely to skip a return visit. If I were to return, I'd try the chickpea and avocado sandwich instead and hope for better luck.

Looking for a save at that corner we decided to give Cheba Hut a try. We had never been to one even though there was one in the Hill years ago. It never looked or smelled inviting. But I had read positive reviews of this new one on Yelp so given that it was not packed with students, we gave it a try though disappointed not to have one of our longtime favorites. Even so, we had a decent meal. I could have something as light and small as I needed yet get something fresh and with a toasted warm roll. I appreciate the various sizes too. Small for me as an experiment in taste and quality. Medium for my husband who wanted warm and filling.i am so glad it's so easy to customize leaving off flavors I do not want, like garlic and green peppers, both of which are difficult for me to digest. I got the Magic Mushrooms, like a sweet little salad on a warm roll. The dressing was fresh to taste, all veggies came through and even the mushrooms were fresh not sautéed as I had expected. Will be even better in the summer though maybe not on a winter day that this wasn't, on a very mild week. My husband had the meatball bomb, warm and saucy with melted cheese and marinara. It was more than twice as big as mine. Good to know if you are hungry. I was able to make my custom tea blend at the self serve soda counter and please to do so. Cute cups too. There were plenty of takeout orders being made so it took a few minutes to get ours. But the bar was half full, the lift doors to the large patio closed so it was still quite comfortable inside. Amazingly more clean than the old one on the Hill from what I could see back then. There was music and screen to entertain but not overpower. I did not see any desserts I would eat but we headed back down the mall afterwards towards a favorite place. I have to say, for a place we did not intend to go, we really had a decent dinner and I would go back again in a warm day and try the patio when the sun is shining. It's a long time classic sub shop, more modern and clean than expected.
