Was feeling a little hungry and decided to wonder to the food court at Flatirons. Came upon this place and the menu looked good. It also looked very light. Ordered the cafe crepe and it was absolutely delicious. I love the lightness of the crepe. This is the way to go if you're looking for something not too heavy. our food was really good! Veggies were cooked perfectly, browned just right, in my savory crepe. my kids (4 and 7) had the lemon traditional and the fruit crepe with strawberries - they finished them! The only thing that would make it better would be reusable metal utensils (for cutting) but I love the bistro tables and secluded area in the mall. Great meal! read more

This is a tiny crepe stand in the food court of the Flat Irons Mall. The crepes are surprisingly really good! I don't think there is anywhere else in the Broomfield area that does crepes. They offer sweet/savory and a gluten free/friendly crepe base for a little extra. They also offer egg-based breakfast crepes that you can get anytime of the day. We came on a Sunday morning to get breakfast and do a little shopping. It was a perfect COVID date! read more

This place was amazing! For around $6-8 each, they offer quite a few sweet and savory crepe flavors, right in the mall! The staff was very nice and it only took about five minutes to cook. I thought mine was really good! Got the Strawberry Shortcake and it was very sweet and delicious. They have a variety of pizza flavors and lots more to try! read more

Walked up.....guy with long blond hair and glasses said " be with you in a minute " Some broad walked up and HE STARTED HELPING HER!!!! I said we were there first! I asked my kids to leave and they still wanted a crepe...UGHHHH!!!! Asked for GF crepes...said they were out...then he said he could make one...gave to one of my kids, ending up with a STOMACH ACHE!!!! Good prices, tasty crepes. Service is on the slow side but it is worth the wait. If you are burnt out on basic food court offerings, this is a really nice alternative. Prices are extremely appealing and I have enjoyed both the savory and sweet options here on several occasions. This awesome place has an amazing attendant named Dawn. She was incredibly awesome with her hand hygiene, changed her gloves and washed hands as needed to not cross contaminate. She appears young and made an exemplary crepe for my family, while running the entire food station by herself without help. Whoever management is needs to give this lady recognition and a raise. I had the Fancy Florentine and it was delicious. The crepe was properly cooked and made on the spot. All the ingredients were fresh and tasty. I did feel that it could have used a little more of the sauce, and he probably would have put some on top if I asked, but I ate it as is. The boy that made my food was a wonderful kid. Very nice and personable. As I was leaving I saw him chopping up more strawberries for future orders It was delicious. I would recommend it. Fancy Florentine was good and would have it again. $9 including tax gets it done. Enjoy your food court fix here! Watching it being made in front of you is the best part. The employees were nice and proud of their creations. Here's the thing, this the best and most fresh option in the food court next to maybe Tokyo Joes. Eating in a food court is like being captive to eating in the airport. You know the food is going to be mediocre at best and over priced which is why this gets a 4 star by virtue of comparison. My family had slice of pizza and a cheese steak which was painfully bland and awful quality at the same price. I watched a family have a birthday party with all of their daughters friends. A great idea! Everybody gets to feel like they got what they wanted while not everyone will be a 100% happy. And there's your metaphor for life read more

Crepes are my all time favorite treat. There is nothing like a good thin crepe with powdered sugar and nutella. Cafe Crepe was quite a disappointment. Please cook the crepes more. They should be golden and kinda resemble a pancake in color (since they share the same heritage). The crepe I got was undercooked and doughy inside. To the owners and cooks of the creperie - google crepes and see for yourselves what they should look like. Then try and reproduce it in your kitchen. read more

Milk chocolate and strawberry dessert - yum! Lots of chocolate and just the right size. Whipped cream was a nice added touch; skipped the powdered sugar. Quick friendly service. They even came and wiped off a table for us that clearly was outside of their immediate restaurant area. It's great to have a Crepe place back at the food court in Flatiron Crossing. The old one closed about a year ago after some intermittent operations. Apparently this one opened last December but I rarely come in this entrance and had not planned to get a snack there once the old crepe place closed. One of the former problems has actually been solved by the ongoing food court remodel. Since part of the center seating area is closed, they have moved seating around the corner, much more convenient to the crepe eatery. The traditional, basic crepe I had was quite tasty, butter, sugar, lemon. I will try a more inclusive ingredient savory crepe next time and see if it is worthy to take it up to 4 stars. I hope so because I often could use a snack here and not much else in the eatery selection appeals to me. read more

Crepes are a family favorite of mine and if anyone has ever made crepes, you know that it takes forever to make a few crepes where everybody in the family can be fed and satisfied. Crepes are a food that takes patience but are a deliciously delicate variety of pancakes. You can put almost anything in them it can be savoury it can be sweet it can be fruity. So when coming to this place you need to have a little bit of patience, because the crepes are made fresh right in front of you and they may take a while. Think about it this way if your crepe takes 3 to 5 minutes to make and you have 4 people in your family you're looking at a 20 minute wait. They can be so worth it though, these crepes are really well done and all of the ingredients that you can put inside the crepes are delicious and fresh. Unlike many of the food court options where it is buffet style you pick they survived you do have to give it a longer wait for this location. They have great ingredients, I perfer the breakfast crepes, because it has a lot of flavors with meats, eggs, and some savory cheeses that are just delicious. The only reason why I am giving this place 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because I wish that they had a little station where you could put some different toppings on your crepe. For example I got my daughter the fruit crepe and it's pretty bland without something like whipped cream or powdered sugar dabbed on top, not a lot but just a little. They do have Nutella that you can add as topping or other toppings for 50 cents each and they tend to put way more than what I want on the crepe. I'd prefer something like powdered sugar, cinnamon, or little bit of whipped cream that can just be dabbed then I don't have to pay $0.50 for just a couple shakes. Make sure that you walk around and read all three menu option board it is kind of a unique shape and you might miss something if you don't walk all the way around. The register area only has one part of the entire menu and so you don't get a fully see all your options. read more

They say on their sign that they are gluten free or have gluten free options. I came home with a huge stomach ache. The employee used the same grill as non-gluten free. I have a gluten intolerance but my son who is celiac would of been extremely sick if he ate here. Don't advertise gf if you can't back it up!! The Monte Crisco was average. read more

For me it is truly hard to judge a places food unless I get adequate service. That is why I'm giving this place the lowest possible ranking. Went here on a night and the employee could not figure out how to take his earbud out of his ear and could not stop talking to an employee from another kiosk. We were essentially ignored the whole time except when it came to taking our money. We were not even sure the place was open because the employee was sitting at a table with another employee talking and did not notice us until we had grabbed two drinks and stood at the register. read more

After reading some of these reviews I'd have to say I was pretty satisfied . I had never had a crepe before Monday evening. The lady working was so incredibly friendly and helpful. She even gave us a super small sample to make sure we loved it. Mmmmmm. So good! Glad she talked us into it. With staff like that around. I'll definitely return . So I use to come here several times a week after the gym, but I think they sold the company and totally revamped everything and fancied it up a little over a year ago give or take. I'm glad I'm still able to get a benedict crepe here though, except today they ran out of the hollandaise sauce so I asked what they have and the guy said a dill. It was ok,but a bit too tart for me, like goat cheese. It seems hollandaise is the icing on the cake that I'm in love with. I also got a Florentine, which has chicken and the dill sauce too. This place does make really good crepes, but you'll always be waiting as perfecting a crepes take time, but I don't mind, cuz I get several things to much on while I wait. My li'l one loves her brie and/or nutella ones I on the other hand am more of a savory girl, not sweet by nature. My favorites till today are both the Benedict eggs over easy & Monte Cristo. Those are deliciously da bomb, but I do try to branch out every now and then. ;-) read more

I used to LOVE this place! I am Gluten Free, not by choice and I walked up to the counter today to order and they told me "we are too busy to serve Gluten free on a weekend, and it will take 5-6mins longer and there are people behind you in line." I do not appreciate this response as I was trying to give them by business! Last weekend they were serving Gluten free with no problems! Very sad they chose to be so rude!
