And the menu selection is fantastic. However, the drinks left a lot to be desired. We drove right by our local Starbucks wanting to give a local place a shot this morning. We ordered an Americano and a Chai Tea Latte. We unfortunately were not impressed by either, quite frankly having a tough time finishing them all. I hate to support major chains, but I have to admit Starbucks always has us sipping those drinks down quickly because of how tasty they are and we were hoping to experience the same. I do hope to see this place prosper in the coming months and would be willing to give them another try.

If you're into third-wave coffee, this is definitely a spot you should check out. They have really great medium roast espressos, and it was fun to compare the different flavor profiles. I also got a latte that was lightly sweetened with vanilla, and it was so good. I honestly would have had two if I could, but I had to pace myself for the rest of our coffee stops. Overall, this is a place I would highly recommend. I'm really hoping to make it to their roastery location next time, but even this visit alone made it a standout stop on our coffee tour.
