    Passion fruit donut

This bakery had the best curry bun I've ever eaten in my life! My family drove up from Colorado Springs just to eat here and it was 1000% worth it. This has to be the best Japanese bakery I've been to. Every single item we tried was delicious and perfectly baked, but the standouts were the curry bun (incredible flavor!) and the chestnut cake (light as air!). The custard was so delicious, the buns were all so light and fluffy, and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. I can't say enough good things. They even had panko you could take with you for free (which we baked with the next day). Just a fantastic experience all around and well worth the trip!

Clyde, or doggie on a carrot cake

This is a wonderful small business. We ordered a cake with the face of our doggie that recently passed away. The work was wonderful. The top of the cake looked just like our little baby Clyde. Carrot cake tasted fantastic. The decoration made my hubby cry. Thank you for our special birthday cake. We won't forget it.

Got a 6 inch cake and it was perfect in presentation and taste. It was their Japanese chocolate, and it was delicious-- chocolatey while being light. Every baked item we've had there tastes great and is high quality. Lots of love behind every bite. Love their bento days as well.

Enchanted oven has wonderful baked goods. I particularly like their curry buns and the sando bento box. Their bento boxes used to be offered just on Wed but now you can get them Wed-Thur-Fri. It's best to order in advance.

I love their bento Wednesdays. Every Wednesday, they have different menu Bentos for lunch. Curry bun is also great. I am a huge fan of all of their sweet or savory croissants. It's definitely worth the drive from Denver. Service is ok. Cute bakery atmosphere with 4 tables to dine in.

It's a small place that's quite easy to find. I saw the reviews and had to try it. The workers didn't seem to know textures, I asked whether the cakes were sponge-like and the employee looked at me like I'm crazy, and kept repeating sponge? What do you mean sponge? I mean... that is how I'd describe the texture. It's not an unusual world when describing cakes. Anyway, the tiramisu slice was pretty good, the coconut mango was meh. The strawberry custard pastry was very good. Unfortunately upon chewing the tiramisu slice, I came across a piece of plastic. Legit, hard plastic. So when chewing, make sure you chew well.

This place is small but offers a nice selection of cakes by the slice (and you can order one for a special occasion), croissants sweet and savory. The staff (maybe owners?) is super friendly and welcoming. I had a slice of the mango coconut cake, Japanese-style, lighter and less sweet than what we are used to, which I like. I also got a tomato and mozzarella croissant, very flaky and flavorful, perfect for a small lunch. Give them a try if you are in the area!

Japanese Jiggly Cheesecake, Strawberry Vanilla Cake, Matcha Tiramisu! Fave was the strawberry vanilla cake!

I was so fortunate to be able to try three of the cakes here: Japanese Jiggly Cheesecake, Strawberry Vanilla Cake, Matcha Tiramisu! Each were great but I absolutely loved the strawberry vanilla cake! They were all so moist and you could taste the high quality of the ingredients and mastery of the craft. Wish I lived closer as I'm in Aurora but I definitely will stop by when I'm in the area! Must try more!

This place is adorable! Although it's small, it's perfect for you to make a quick stop and pick up some pastries or a slice of cake or three. They also have fresh coffee, so it's great to come for breakfast or an afternoon pick-me-up. This place reminds me of a smaller version of the Tokyo Premium Bakery in Denver. If you've ever been there, you'll probably know they have a bigger selection of Japanese pastries and buns. This one, though, has a much bigger selection of cakes -- and they're good as hell, too! I was even surprised to see they have the jiggly cheesecake. I'm honestly impressed we have an authentic Japanese bakery in Broomfield. So if you're in the area and are craving Asian-style cakes or pastries, this is definitely the place to get it!

This bakery makes some of the best cakes I've ever had. They really remind me of the cakes I had when I was younger. The cake is light and spongy like angel food cake. The frosting is whipped and not so heavy on the sugar and filled with fruit in between the layers and on top. We love it so much we've ordered from their multiple times. Their strawberries and cream cake is like a light strawberry shortcake. The spring fling chantilly is filled with an assortment of fruit. They also have other baked goods, cake by the slice, and steamed buns that they offer at the bakery that are so delicious as well.

This bakery is absolutely delicious! Should be everyone's go to for baked goods. Their croissant breakfast varieties are superb and beyond anything I've ever tasted. Very fluffy, flakey, and delicious. I plan to try their entire menu and know I'll definitely be ordering all future party desserts and birthday cakes here. 10/10 Brookfield's little secret gem that everyone needs to know about!

Between the pastry case that looks like it belongs in a museum and croissants so perfectly golden brown they almost appear artificial, every item seems to have been crafted with an almost unreasonable amount of care. I ordered the breakfast croissant, a black coffee, and a blueberry muffin. Now, I firmly believe a bakery's coffee should be judged the same way a singer is judged performing acoustically: no fancy tricks, no backup dancers, nowhere to hide. If your black coffee is excellent, everything else is built on a strong foundation. Thankfully, La Belle passed that test with flying colors. The breakfast croissant somehow managed to be both delicately flaky and impossibly soft at the same time. Every bite left a trail of evidence on my shirt that I regret absolutely none of. I'm fairly certain the croissant received more quality control inspections than my first apartment. The blueberry muffin was equally impressive, striking that magical balance between homemade comfort and professional craftsmanship. But if I had to describe La Belle in a single word, it would be love. You do not create food this visually stunning and effortlessly delicious unless the people behind it are deeply passionate about what they do. Every pastry, sandwich, dessert, and loaf of bread seemed to radiate the kind of attention to detail normally associated with Swiss watchmakers, NASA engineers, and grandmothers preparing for a family gathering. I've had plenty of delicious meals before. What stood out here wasn't just the flavor - it was the unmistakable feeling that every item was made by people who genuinely care about their craft. The passion wasn't subtle. It practically walked out from behind the counter, introduced itself, and insisted I try another pastry. By the time I left, I had already started recommending La Belle to friends. Between finishing brunch this morning and writing this review tonight, I've probably talked about this bakery more than any reasonable person should. And honestly? I regret nothing. 10/10. I'll absolutely be back.

We finally decided to check out the shopping and dining district. Rheinlander was our final (and best!) stop. The bakery dates back to 1963 and is now on the third generation of ownership. The quality is certainly being maintained at a high level. This is a traditional, German bakery with a huge variety of authentic European cakes, cupcakes, sweet and savory pastries, pies, cookies, coffee cakes, and the only reason I think a German bakery should exist--strudel! Strudels are available whole, half, or by the slice. The usual flavors are apple, cherry, blueberry cream cheese, cherry cream cheese, and Boston cream. We bought slices of the apple, cherry, and blueberry cream cheese. These were perfection and absolutely delightful. I was totally focused on the strudel case (yes, there's a lot of strudel on offer), but I believe there are eight huge cases of treats, each one looking more enticing than the next. Quite a few gluten-free, sugar-free, and dairy-free options are available, so if that's what you need, this is the place for you. The bakery was moderately busy during our visit. There was plenty of staff and they were all friendly, helpful, and very efficient, so purchases moved swiftly. Lots of coffee and drink options are available. There's nice outside seating if you can't wait to take your goodies home. It's a long drive for us, but we were really impressed and we'll find a reason to visit Arvada so we can stop back soon. Yum.

She has celiacs and so I am always super cautious with baked goods I buy for her so that they're safe for her to have. Crestone was one of the first (and highest rated) bakeries I came across that were specifically catering to the gluten free world. I read through a couple reviews and was almost immediately sold - the hype was great and they weren't too far from me to stop in before making my drive. Crestone is nestled in a pretty large strip mall area, and is right next door to another baked good shop. There is plenty of parking, so finding a spot was very easy. Right when I walked in, I was surprised by the sheer quantity of items in the storefront; there are several refrigerated cabinets, glass cases, shelves, and tables with various items on display. You can kind of see into the back when you walk in, and there are a number of people bustling about. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the folks in the front I assume were the owners. The wife (I think) offered to answer any questions I had, and was very obviously knowledgeable about all the items and nuances with the various recipes. I explained I was there for a friend and that she has had a tough time finding gluten free items that both lasted and tasted good. I was guided around the whole storefront and given several recommendations for items that would be good to try and also hold up for the few hours of driving I had in front of me. After perusing for some time, I got several items: a loaf of sandwich bread, sugar cookies with buttercream frosting, apple fritters, and a soft pretzel. I don't usually shop for gluten free items, but the variety of product at this place is super impressive. I don't see quite the level of diverse products really anywhere I've ever been before, to be honest. This rivals the chain store bakeries in terms of the different types of goodies, in my opinion. All items held up super well during the drive, and the couple of cookies I saved for myself the next day were just as delicious as I expected. My favorite of the bunch had to be the fritter... I LOVE apple fritters normally but I have to say these were probably better than any I've had before, gluten free or not. My friend absolutely loved everything and said that it was by far the best gluten free option she has had to date. That being said, I will definitely be back. There are so many things I'd like to try!
