I tried Mexican chocolate, red velvet, peanut butter chocolate chip, and Funfetti. The cookies are baked fresh, and it was about a 10 minute wait. The wait was so worth it! The cookies come out piping hot. They were crispy on the outside and deliciously chewy in the middle, and each cookie had a distinct flavor. My favorite was the Mexican chocolate chip, which was cinnamon sugar, dark chocolate chunks, and a little bit of spicy cayenne. My second favorite was the peanut butter cookie with peanut butter and chocolate chips- just a really good peanut butter cookie! The Red Velvet and the Funfetti were a tie for me. In addition to made to order cookies, Boulder Bakes has cupcakes, cake slices, ice cream, coffee, cookies cakes, and tomato soup/grilled cheese.
