It did not disappoint :) We ordered a sweet potato latte and black sesame latte with a double shot of espresso in each since the drinks were default non-caffeinated. They both tasted super yummy and you could taste the sweet potato and black sesame in the drinks. I also loved the latte art as that was one of the reasons I chose this place. I'm usually always a fan of asian coffee places, but this place was a disappointment for me unfortunately the menu sounded exciting but i didn't realize that none of them came with coffee so we added coffee to them to make them an actual latte. Kind of misleading in my opinion because in my head a non-coffee latte is just flavored milk. Our total came out to $20 with the shot of espresso and tip included which is LA expensive when our drinks came it looked like straight up milk and tasted like milk after we mixed it so I asked the worker and he said our drinks only included one shot of espresso. a standard latte typically includes a double shot of espresso so we paid 1.50 for a single shot. Eventually, we paid for another shot in each of our coffees so that made our drinks total out to 12 dollars each. the redeeming part was the black sesame flavor was good and it didn't taste too sweet. i usually dont like to leave a negative review, but this place was really not worth the high price point :( they should really let all the lattes come with coffee as the standard and also disclose that paying extra for espresso includes a double shot read more

Gabee is family owned with such a warm, welcoming feel. Once you enter, it feels cozy. There is ample indoor seating. A quiet place perfect for studying or working. The customers seem like they frequent this place. Our server was friendly and helpful. My iced lavender latte was excellent. I can tell the gentleman making my drink made it with great attention and care. The price point was reasonable. I'm so happy to have found this place. I'm so disappointed and don't usually like to post bad review but I don't want others to assume that this is the '2nd best coffee shop in Boulder. Misled by this review, we walked here from our hotel thinking it's a nice cafe. More than a mile with our dog. Boulder quickly got gross including homeless and garbage everywhere. We made it here but sorry to say, it's a grungy strip mall coffee shop. Not quite Dunkin' Donuts but similar feel. The coffee is average at best. Drive here if you must or don't. Everyone should go here! I had the chestnut latte with coffee (they have a not coffee version too) and it was insanely good. My husband had the cold brew and at first was caught off guard by the flavor (he said it had tea vibes) but said it really grew on him and he loved it by the end. Gabee is awesome! I was visiting Boulder for a couple weeks and stopped by this cafe a few times, mainly because of its proximity to the climbing gym. The sweet potato latte is very novel and very good, and their mochas are not too sweet but also very flavorful (and super cute - see latte art). New fav coffee shop alert! This place was such a delightful find. It's a great stop-and-go kinda place or just hang out with your friends. I am so happy to have discovered Gabee because there's not enough cute cafes in Boulder, and definitely no where you can find a SWEET POTATO LATTE (!!!!!!) I was skeptical at first, but get it with a shot of espresso and you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. Also, the multigrain latte with an espresso shot is my new favorite treat - it's earthy, not too sweet, and just so soothing to my soul. Their green tea latte was also excellent.
