Imagine the perfect sandwich and beverage in the midst of quiet people as you hum along to an outstanding set of old school tunes. This is The Goat, situated in the outskirts of Boulder-proper and with almost ample parking. And if you also buying a car next door at Green Eyes Motors, you're in for a treat. Between the peaceful and straight forward buying process and this lovely cafe, I couldn't be happier. The furniture here at The Goat is comfy while the long table brings about a community feel. I had the Turkey Panini, Noosa Coconut Yogurt and a SanPelligrino Aranciata Rosa. I'm so happy I wandered to this part of town for a car and a meal :) LOVE IT!

This spot is awesome! Go get you some coffee! Even the burritos are awesome, especially for being pre made. The staff is really cool and will converse with you as well. Definitely will be back next time in Boulder!

This is in an interesting location, I was confused when I pulled into the parking lot of what looked to be a coffee shop and used car dealership. And I was right! The building is split by a small divider, on the left side a small car dealership and on the right "The Baby Goat" as it says from the outside, but is indeed The Laughing Goat. The door to get to the coffee shop is the same door used to enter the dealership. As far as a coffee shop, it serves its purpose. Espressos, cortados, etc. I got an iced matcha latte and sat down to do some work on my laptop. They have an open WiFi network (so no WiFi password). The place is small and relatively quiet, but I couldn't help feeling like I was in the lobby of the car dealership. My matcha latte was also very powdery and chalk-like tasting. Not twrrible, but I probably won't be back.

I love stopping at the goat on my way to work, or during the work day if I need a quiet spot to work away from the office. Staff is friendly, there is always plenty of parking, and while they do a brisk volume, they're quick and there is always plenty of seating since most of the customers are getting their Joe to-go. Glad there is such a nice cafe in a place that is otherwise void of coffee shops and restaurants!

Cortado - looks pretty but the espresso was not extracted well and the milk was pretty thin. Will try again another day.

So glad this place is still going strong after all these years!…read more I love this place! They have amazing sandwiches.... Their hummus sandwich is probably one of my favorite sandwiches around! I also really like the Vegan and gluten free protein bars and no bake cookies. Their vegan biscuits for breakfast are delicious too! This place definitely doesn't disappoint. Always friendly. Cheerful, inviting spot.

Suggested rating: 4 stars Good food, clean space, friendly staff, and fair prices. The turkey sandwich alone is worth a return trip. Review: Solid lunch spot, would go back. We found Naked Lunch through Yelp AI after touring Celestial Seasonings nearby, and it delivered. The menu is bigger than you'd expect. Hot sandwiches like the Reuben, Banh Mi, and Spicy Turkey. Cold sandwiches on ciabatta like the Turkey, Italian, Brie + Apple, and a Hummus option. Salads too, including a Michigander with goat cheese, apples, and dried cherries. I went with the turkey on ciabatta with Swiss, Dijon mustard, cucumbers, mixed greens, and pickled red onions. The bread was soft and fresh, not the dry ciabatta you get at a lot of places. One of the better turkey sandwiches I've had in a long time. The vibe inside is casual and fun. Colorado Avalanche flag hanging up, chalkboard menus, fresh flowers on the tables. They have draft beer on tap and cocktails too. Wasn't crowded when we went, so we grabbed a spot inside where it was nice and quiet. Restrooms were spotless. Easy parking right out front. Four of us ate for $66 total. Sandwiches run $13-$15 and the salads are around $11-$14. Hard to beat for the quality. Staff was friendly, patient, and brought food to our table. Next time I'm trying the Cobberado salad. If you're near Celestial Seasonings, stop here for lunch.

The service was amazing and the entire staff was so knowledgeable about the menu. Every time they would bring us something, they explained each ingredient and the person that made it. The drinks were definitely expensive, but we were happy to pay for a quality experience at an upscale restaurant. We ordered multiple appetizers, had several drinks, sat at the bar for quite a while, and honestly about to leave thinking this was a place we would probably come back to. That changed the second the bill arrived. Buried into the check was a 7% "kitchen surcharge." In other words, the restaurant decided to pass along kitchen payroll costs directly onto the customer without being upfront about it. If you're not paying close attention, you could easily end up tipping on top of that surcharge as well, essentially paying an extra hidden fee without realizing it. At a restaurant positioning itself as upscale and classy, this came across as incredibly tacky and cheap. Pay your staff properly and price your menu accordingly instead of sneaking surprise fees onto the bill at the very end. That's not hospitality. That's the kind of nickel and diming people expect from budget airlines, not a supposedly high end dining experience. It completely ruined what had otherwise been a nice night. We were seriously considering coming back before this happened. Now we won't return.

Prior to entering, we heard it may be run by a cult, however, we did not look into it as it was quite literally the only place on all of Pearl street open for breakfast other than Snooze which we were banned from as my sister as meeting friends there. We were a bit skeptical the whole dining process but the food and drinks were honestly delicious. We got the iced mint mocha which was so delicious, green tea, yogurt parfait, breakfast sandwich, and spinwich. All of the ingredients were fresh, well prepared, and tasty. Once we left, we read about the background history and some of the values of the twelve tribes associated with the Yellow Deii. Had we known the tribe and beliefs it is linked to, we likely would not have eaten here.

And they do a damn good job of it! The cool thing is that it's a sandwich shop AND a Häagen Dazs ice cream store rolled up into one. Has to be one of the only places in the country of its kind! Savory or sweet, you'll find something you love here. The menu boasts sandwiches, soups, salads, breakfast, kids meals, and of course the full Häagen Dazs menu. Italian Stallion // ham, pepperoni, salami, provolone, lettuce, tomato, red onion, balsamic vinaigrette, yellow mustard & mayo on marbled rye. The Italian American favorite. All the salty and tangy notes were hit. I don't love the bread choice personally, but to each their own! I just think it would've been even more flavorful on the Ciabatta roll. Now I'm a little biased because I grew up in the Häagen Dazs world. My family owned two shops until I was 18! They have some unique flavors on hand that I haven't seen in store or other brick and mortars. I loved the selection they have on site here. Plus, the employees will happily sample whatever flavor you want to try! Huge store with lots of space to sit. Easy ordering process for either the deli or the ice cream. And seriously, some of the most friendly employees I've seen in a hot minute. For something quick and on the go, Lindsay's Boulder Deli gets my stamp of approval. And if you're lucky enough to run into Lindsay herself, you're sure in for a treat!
