The service at Fogare is absolutely amazing! The Cuban waitress was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive she truly made me feel valued and cared for throughout the entire experience. The host was just as kind and professional. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt inviting and special.
I started with the appetizer: morcilla in a spring roll. What a creative and bold idea! I loved how the chef reinvented traditional morcilla into something so unique and modern. The crispiness of the spring roll combined with the rich, flavorful filling was such an unexpected but delicious combination. It honestly took me out of this world such a memorable and elevated twist on a classic ingredient.
The octopus with potatoes was another standout. The octopus was perfectly tender not chewy at all and paired beautifully with the potatoes. The flavors were balanced, comforting, and sophisticated at the same time. You can tell the kitchen really pays attention to detail.
And last but definitely not least: the Duck Cannelloni. If you've ever been hesitant to try duck, this is the place to do it! The duck was shredded, incredibly tender, and full of flavor without being overpowering. The texture made it approachable and absolutely delicious.
To close , I had the Pavlova for dessert and wow! As a gift . It was the perfect sweet ending. Light, airy, and beautifully presented, with that delicate crunch on the outside and soft marshmallow texture inside. The fresh fruit and cream balanced the sweetness perfectly. It felt elegant, refreshing, and not too heavy exactly what you want after such an incredible meal.

Overall, an outstanding dining experience from start to finish. I can't wait to go back!
I had to come back to Fogare and this time I went for dinner! And once again, it did not disappoint.
I started with the oysters, and they were absolutely delicious. The sauce they paired them with was a perfect match fresh, flavorful, and beautifully balanced. You could really taste the quality. Such a great way to begin the meal!
For my main course, I had the salmon with mashed potatoes and caramelized carrots. Everything was cooked perfectly. The salmon was tender and flaky, the mashed potatoes were smooth and comforting, and the caramelized carrots added the perfect touch of sweetness. The whole dish felt elegant yet satisfying.
Of course, I had champagne again because I love champagne! It just makes the experience feel even more special and celebratory.
This time, I noticed my waitress's name was Ainara, and she was wonderful attentive, friendly, and professional. I also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, who was very pleasant and welcoming. Once again, the customer service was outstanding. Everyone truly makes you feel appreciated.
Dinner had a different vibe compared to when I went for lunch around 12pm (it was quiet and empty then). This time it was much busier, but even with the crowd, the service remained excellent and organized. That says a lot about the team!
To finish, they treated me to another dessert the original flan. It had that classic caramel flavor, smooth texture, and just the right sweetness. The perfect traditional ending to a beautiful dinner.
Fogare continues to impress me. I'll definitely keep coming back! read more
