The restaurant was beautiful, and I loved the decor. The service was a bit slow considering it was lunchtime and our group was the only one there. However, the waiter was knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. The appetizers were delicious. I was a bit disappointed with my carbonara, though. I was excited that it was finished in a cheese wheel, but overall it tasted bland. Also, the bacon was brought out afterward and was pretty much burnt. After recommendations from our friends we finally got to try 450Gradi and we are very pleased. The atmosphere was lovely: high ceilings, cool colors, lovely seating. The staff was incredible: our server Amanda and her back, Chris, were pleasant, knowledgable, efficient, and delightful. The tuna tartare was a unique presentation, served on crunchy black rice with tender slices of avodado and a sauce of balsamic vinegar. It came with a "show" (as several dishes do) under a glass dome filled with smoke that Amanda lifted and it wafted up and enhanced the flavors of the dish. The beef carpaccio was also elegant and delicious with shaved parmasan and fresh arugala. The salmon with pistaccio sauce topping on a bed of squid ink risotto also had a sauce, perhaps with hints of saffron. The papardelle short rib came in a large crock with a topping of pizza dough, and again another "show" as Amanda fired up her torch and crisped up the dough topping. With such abundant food we had no room for dessert, perhaps next time, which will be soon. As every Michelin judge will telll you, certain areas and features must also be perfect. In this case from the very beginning the bread service (a Michelin necessity) was top notch: crispy triangles of foccacia served with an olive tapanade and olive oil. Finally, the Michelin judges always check out the restrooms and in this case they were impeccable and expremely pleasant. What a great find. read more

First the girl was awesome Cani I think and a man that served us they were so good . I had the Gradi OmG! The sauce the chewy crusty dough Lord perfect , like on point. The salami or prosciutto I think either, was delicious the pesto had a spice where you couldn't see it but the whole bite bang! with a huge burrata in the m middle , the best. My wife had the Farsita sorry about pronounced like that, was delicious arugula and prosciutto wow very good same chewy crust some burnt yummmmm ! We had a bottle of pinot grigio, very crispy cold and well presented ice bucket ! Good wind prices too by the glass or bottle. And last the desert! I have had many but the pistachio cake with the pistacho ice cream has to be the best period . Wow good is not enough to describe it cold w that ice cream w pieces of pistacho but you wont notice it. The amazing food is what saved this review from a one star. Having worked in the restaurant business for 4 years, the service was ATROCIOUS. I always tip 20%+ when a server does his job well, 18% when they only take our order and provide the simple tasks of filling up our water when down. NO EXCEPTIONS, because I know what it's like to be a server. This experience had neither of that. Not only did our server greet us with dirty plates from the other table in his hand, asking what we'd like to eat with no formal introduction, as if we were a chore rather than guests and he needed to get it over with, but we only saw him 2 times during the 2 hours we were there. I asked him what the specials were and he stated four words "Tortellini and Octopus Luciano". The manager had to come back out and explain the menu and provide us with the separate specials menu. It basically all started when we asked for a Coke Zero and a Diet Coke, but he came back with 2 Diet Cokes and didn't know the difference (and it honestly wasn't a big deal to us, we'll drink anything we didn't care. He was just annoyed and never came back. I believe it was a language barrier because he didn't speak English well, almost little to none. I don't understand how people become servers at restaurants if they don't speak English (we are Colombian by the way but had family from Croatia with us so English is preferred in order for them to feel included)). The server only came back to deliver our drinks and prepare the pasta (which he obviously did not want to do by the look on his face). We technically had the manager take our order and bring us the check, while the busser did all the work. The busser served us four dirty plates, forks and knives, on THREE separate occasions. He was vividly annoyed because I asked him to make sure the utensils didn't have dry crusty food all over the whole neck of knife on the third and final attempt lol... It's weird because you'd think after the first dirty utensil, he'd double check not to do it again. But instead, with food all over his pants and shirt untucked, he gave attitude for us not wanting to use dirty plates and utensils. *No lie guys: 1 Dirty Plate, then disgusting fork and knife with dried aged food all over it, then he gave my mom a dirty knife. I hope that's not extra, but I mean come on lol... All in all, I'd love to give the restaurant a try again, because the food was excellent. 9/10 times I will never complain about the food industry because I've worked in it myself. But the fact that the server didn't tell us his name, didn't bother to serve us properly (took them 20 minutes to take our order after ordering our drinks), and had no type of personality on MOTHERS DAY says a lot. This was that 1/10 experience for me. We spent near $400; I think it'd be nice to have service that also matches the price of the food. read more

This place was amazing! Food, service, and ambiance were great. Definitely a semi-casual semi formal restaurant. It is quite small and seating arrangements could feel a bit compact. We were greeted by a lady who only spoke Spanish the entire time we were there. Good thing my husband and I could understand a tad lol My husband and I sat outside or they refer it to as the "garden". It is literally situated infront of the restaurant with plants and tables and the artificial green grass wall with a Tv/screen/monitor for the aesthetic. Our server Lester came around and Enzo warmly welcomed us. Definitely would love to come back here again. The only thing is I was kind of sad and disappointed about was when they didn't give us our left over pizza. We asked them to have it boxed but it never came back to us. Top 3 best Neapolitan style restaurants I've ever tried! Wasn't really expecting anything extraordinary but man these guys do not mess around when it comes to pizza and pasta. I'm a huge pizza fan and with that being said I've tried so many pizzas throughout my life I can tell if it's good just by looking at it. This pizza was bursting with flavor. The cheese, the sauce, the meat and all the rest of the ingredients created a top notch unique and superior flavor. Same goes with the pasta, it had similar ingredients like the pizza. The truffle flavor was legit! It tasted like the real stuff. These foods are so addicting it's no joke! Besides the amazing flavors of the food they also provide a show for you. At times the music paired well with the mood of the restaurant. Later, it was changed to loud "club-ish" music. The genre isn't so much the issue at all. In fact, it got darker outside, which may be the reason for the atmosphere shift. However, the music volume kept changing and ultimately it was too loud to enjoy a conversation. Drinks: 10/10. Choosing random restaurant's through AAdvantage Dining and this establishment caught my attention as it has one in Italy. Booked through Open Table and we headed our way for lunch. Upon arrival in the middle of lunch area in Miami; wow establishment was EMPTY! I am talking about 12:30 PM lunch. We still decided to go in. Tiny Wine List Menu as the one in Italy has a huge variety (disappointed). Not many vintages on their Wine List so we decided to get 2 Red Sangria which were very yummy! Not strong but perfect balance. For appetizer: * Octopus Carpaccio was very different as the appetizer came out warm instead of cold. Flavors were okay but nothing out of this world. For Main Dishes: * Carbonara al Tartufo was delicious! Show at the table sucked! I wished they added grated Pecorino instead of Parmesan. Every single swirl was totally worth it! * Ravioli Al Tartufo was a tiny dish but full of explosive truffle flavors. Sauce for both dishes were on point. I normally have dessert but while having our main dishes there was absolutely no air conditioner in the establishment. Asked for the checked and left. Waiter was a little rude at the beginning; far end he got a little better but not worth coming back! Also it is very expensive! Making a reservation was easy. There were several times available. We arrived at 8.00 and our table was ready upon arrival. As soon as we sat down, water service and menus were promptly distributed. What we ordered: Octopus, focaccia 450, pizza capricciosa, spaghetti carbonara truffle (show), and lastly, chefs candy, pasta stuffed with gorgonzola and pear. Appetizers were good... the octopus alla Luciana was good ... sauce is southern Italy inspired. I would say that is similar to a putanesca. Pizza was light, and the dough was thin but flavourful. On the downside, the bottom does get soggy. Carbonara pasta was okay but not great, according to my friend, who is a carbonara aficionado. Also, the chefs candy dish was okay but not memorable. The wine list is simple but complete. Lots of good options. The service was a bit relaxed after appetizers, but we kinda like being able to talk and relax at the table without so many interruptions. I've not made a review in a while, to be jinete the reason being is that i have not found a place that has inspired be to do one, Until recently. I picked a place to take a family Memebr who came with his wife and wanted to go out to dinner late at night, 9:30 pm to be precise and we thought it'd be impossible given that most kitchens close at 10 or 11 We found this place to be open late and we gave it a try. We order appetizers first. We had the octopus carpaccio and the provoletta with toast or melted cheese and toast. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you this the best appetizers I've had in many years! The melted cheese was so delicious and the toast was perfected to a crisp. The octopus or polpi melted I. Your mouth it came with a sweet tomato paste that made it just jump in flavors in your mouth The the entrees, the carbonara was so creamy and crispy with its pork and the texture of the pasta was so delicious you can tell it was made in house nothing was reheated or anything and some of us had the filet mignon which was just as good and came with a show that was pretty cool. I highly recommend the carbonara the bacon was crispy and on point the sauce was not overwhelming and the texture was the cherry on top of that dish. Now came the desert .... And on my god if you go and order whatever you want and not what I'm recommending that's fine, it if you don't order the tiramisu .... We have an issue lol. THE BEST IVE EVER HAD PERIOD! The Chantilly cream and the rest of the desert is worth just to visit on it own, also recorded the pistachio cheesecake but please try the tiramisu. They make it right there and it's the best! I don't know how to describe what they do but they basically whip the cream on the spot and kid you it was already 12 am and they did the whole desert on the spot. When you taste it it was like nothing I've ever had in restaurant. So different and not a basic just sugary desert it has every flavor the vanilla the Chantilly the coffee the chocolate everything was felt and appreciated. Finally at the end, we got the bill but slightly mentioned one of us had a bday that Jair passed and everyone even the chef came out to congratulate the bday girl and thanked us for stopping by so late.
