    Rosemary lemonade
    Bridget K.

Let me RAVE about the food here at Floret! I had the portobello mushroom French dip and it was INCREDIBLE! The mushrooms were perfectly cooked, there was a cheese pull, the hoagie was a balance of chewy and crisp, and the au jus was so flavorful I ended up drinking it from the cup. The yam fries on the side were some of the best yam or sweet potato fries I've ever had. Normally I'm not a fan of other types of fries outside traditional potato, but these were fantastic. The dipping sauces, especially the garden aioli, were tasty! I drank the rosemary lemonade which was a delicious beverage to have with my food. It wasn't too sweet and you could smell and taste the rosemary, which was present but not too strong. I finished my meal with the coconut cake and YUM! Whether you love coconut or are not a fan, I think you'll love this cake! Four layers of cake an almond-coconut cream alternated beautifully and was coated with a coconut icing that brought everything together. The mango coulis provided relief and great flavor from the decadent cake. It took a little bit of time to be seated and have my order taken, but it appears there was only 2 people on the floor, and it was a busy Friday evening and each person was taking orders, serving, making drinks, etc.; so they did a good job making it work! They provided their input when I asked for their recommendations. Once I ordered, food came out quickly! The prices seemed reasonable; keep in mind its airport dining prices. They offer both bar and table seating, providing a casual and comfortable environment. If you're at SEATAC airport and are looking for a tasty vegetarian bite to eat, make sure to check out Floret!

Floret is hands down my go-to spot at SEA. I'm usually not someone who eats at airports, but this place is the exception every single time. The food, pastries, and coffee are fantastic. Even the prices are surprisingly reasonable for an airport in one of the most expensive cities in the country. Service is warm, friendly, and very attentive. Truly no different than what you'd expect at a great standalone cafe. Everything we've had has been fresh and delicious. Even if you just stop for a latte, it's worth it. The coffee is consistently excellent. The smoky maple is a favorite and the baristas really know what they're doing. Also worth noting, the cups are genuinely cute, which somehow makes airport coffee even better. The space itself is beautifully designed and provides lots of natural light. There is plenty of seating but the grab-and-go option is quick and efficient without feeling rushed. There is a large bakery case and a great selection of salads and other quick bites.

One of the most exciting parts of traveling for me is stopping at Floret on the way out -- and sometimes even on the way home. It's genuinely one of the highlights of Sea-Tac Airport. Their coffee is consistently excellent. I still miss the lemon crème latte (I wish it weren't seasonal) -- it tastes exactly like a lemon bar in a cup. I also love the smoky maple and lavender fields lattes. Great coffee, fantastic baristas, and honestly the cutest cups. The space itself is beautifully designed and thoughtfully laid out. There's a welcoming sit-down area if you want to stay and eat, as well as a seamless take-out experience that never feels like a rushed airport afterthought. Instead of a cramped window, you're greeted with a gorgeous bakery case, plus a well-curated selection of salads, fruits, juices, and grab-and-go options. Food-wise, everything I've tried has been spot on. The overnight oats and chia seeds with mango purée are one of my favorites, and the "fancy sandwich" (their focaccia, egg, and sauce combo) is delicious and satisfying. I've also had the tofu sandwich on an evening return and can confirm the sweet potato fries always hit. Floret manages to feel calm, nourishing, and genuinely enjoyable -- which is no small feat in an airport. It's a place I actually look forward to visiting every time I travel.

It was a truly wonderful bite before flying out. I miss the mushroom pie already. It was even better than expected. It was served nicely warm with perfectly baked dough and a mushroom filling full of flavor. The egg frittata was also warm and generously sized, especially for an airport meal. At $9, it felt like a great deal. If you like spicy food like I do, adding a little Cholula hot togo packet sauce made it absolutely perfect. Both items were $9 each, very convenient. Even though busy at the airport. This little cozy place staffs are friendly as well.

As far as airport restaurants go, Floret makes fresh, healthy-feeling, and hearty meals. I love Cafe Flora in Seattle and this sister restaurant does it justice for sure. I had the autumn scramble ($20) and it was wonderful. The garlicky greens are also very nice, and the sourdough toast is high quality with a delightful chew. I suppose if I had any nit it would be the tables are so close together and it's kind of expensive, but hey it's Seattle and in the airport, so, it makes sense. Maybe next time I will get to try one of the amazing sounding drinks. The staff were so pleasant :)

The best breakfast brunch lunch - fast grab & go in the airport. Love their robust vegan options. Including their infamous cinnamon roll + coconut cake. Every things I've ordered I loved. Also have coffee, prepared grab & go salad sandwiches and puddings Breakfast burritos and sandwiches too! Service is always quick and friendly Dine plus bar seating

Probably the best breakfast + lunch at SeaTac. The food is fresh made and healthy and flavorful, they also have pastries and healthy snacks for a flight.

Service: we were greeted by Shandra with good humor and a great smile. Come to find out she was also our server. She had great product knowledge and continued with her kindness. She even aided me in getting a wheel chair which I needed to get to my gate. Food: was spectacular. I had the grain bowl with egg. My wife had the French dip. Both plates were vegetarian and/or vegan. We finished off with 2 great drinks. Ambiance: Well it's an airport but still good helpful vibes from staff. I would highly recommend this establishment for good food and great service.

Vegan Bloody Mary. It called my name.

Floret is a go-to for me if I am passing through Sea-Tac. I would rather enjoy a vegan Bloody Mary at Floret while charging my phone and checking emails than at one of the airport lounges where I'm lucky to get some oatmeal or fruit. Floret is super vegan friendly and the service is always top notch. I've never had a bad meal here but, as with anything edible inside an airport, you should brace yourself for the cost of the convenience.

My mom and I stopped in at Floret after a disappointing flight delay, and it totally exceeded our expectations! I love Cafe Flora in Seattle proper, so it wasn't a total surprise that I also loved this spot, but was so elated to find an airport staple for the foreseeable future. We sipped on a rosemary lemonade and lemon drop while we waited for our meals. We split the breakfast sandwich with grits, which was excellent. It was big enough to share and super filling for the price. The service was also impeccable. This is a (not so hidden) gem in SeaTac airport and I would definitely recommend stopping in if you have a chance.

    Blackberry Matcha
    Desiree K. L.

My blackberry matcha was terrific - perfect amount of sweetness, and the matcha was smooth and didn't have that fishy flavor. My partners pumpkin pie latte though, it had no sweetness and very little pumpkin pie flavor. Service was fast and their vibe is cute. So the order was okay, but for the price, we left disappointed.

Well, I had an early flight back to LA and I got myself a lavender ice latte with oat milk. It was popping and the service was quick! Really loved my latte.

Cute restaurant near gate A1 at the SeaTac airport. One of the better food options at the airport. I had breakfast here around 6am and there was plenty of seating. They have both bar seating and table seating available, and you can also do take out. Airport prices but not outrageous. The grits were $7, the cinnamon roll was $12, and the latte was around $8. The cheese grits were surprisingly quite spicy but had good flavor and texture. The portion was on the smaller side. The pumpkin spice latte was delicious and large. The cinnamon roll had lots of frosting, and the roll was dense and had a firmer crust. It was quite large and definitely shareable. The staff was friendly and food came out fast! Small amount of seating inside - maybe 3-4 booths, 2 tables and 6 seats at the bar, but they have more seating outside which was fully enclosed and heated. We snagged the last table inside and ordered chips and queso to start. Frankly made flour tortilla chips that were thick and crunchy - the perfect vessel for the queso sauce which was perfectly cheesy and delish. For dinner my husband got the Barbadilla and I asked our server if he would recommend the lime-cilantro chicken or chicken tinga for the Calabaza Quesadilla and he recommended the chicken tinga - he did not stead me wrong! Huge portions of meat in the quesadilla - I only ate a third and am having the rest for lunch tomorrow. The two servers could not have been nicer or more helpful and our dinner arrived in record time. We spent $65 for our two entrees, appetizer, a coke and a beer before tip. Our server was attentive, present, and genuinely eager to learn and provide a good experience. There was a level of effort there that you don't always see, and I can confidently say there was nothing negative about the service. Now, the food. We started with the Cauliflower Manchurian appetizer, which was the standout of the night, beautifully spiced, well-balanced heat, and exactly what you expect when you go out for Indian cuisine. It delivered flavor and depth. We also enjoyed our Garlic Naan. For our entrees we ordered Prawn Malai Curry and Chicken Saag. The prawns were clean and cooked properly, but the dish overall felt under-seasoned and lacked the heat and boldness typically associated with Indian food. The chicken itself was moist and cooked well, but presentation was noticeably different from the menu photos. The saag, in particular, was more of a purée rather than the textured spinach shown, which was a bit disappointing from a visual and expectation standpoint, And again, it lacked the bold, heat generally associated with Indian Cuisine. Where the experience struggled most, however, was the ambiance. The restaurant felt unusually quiet. ((It was a Thursday Evening around 6pm)) We were one of only two tables dining, and the overall atmosphere came across as somewhat uncomfortable and, at times, a bit eerie. The exterior signage also doesn't align with the cuisine; it gives off more of a fast-food or taco truck impression rather than an inviting Indian dining experience. Additionally, the gold-toned plating and utensils felt more distracting than elevated. The finish appeared worn and tarnished, which unfortunately had the opposite effect of what was likely intended, as it felt more gaudy than refined. Overall, we did have a good experience, largely due to the service and a few highlights in the food. However, the restaurant is still finding its footing. From what I understand, they've only been open about six months, and it shows. With some strategic adjustments, especially in ambiance, branding, and consistency between menu presentation and actual dishes, this place has real potential. I hope the owner takes the opportunity to refine these areas, because there is something here worth building on.
