Ordered a bouquet of pink and white roses and three balloons online for my mother's birthday and they are gorgeous! The flowers are fresh and were arranged beautifully. The florist (who I believe is named Anthony) was super helpful over the phone as I asked for him to deliver the bouquet between 10 and 11am. He made sure that the bouquet would arrive on time and even offered to send me a picture of the bouquet before it reached my home. He is clearly passionate about his work and it truly shows. My great uncle passed away, and so we wanted an arrangement of flowers for the casket. The morning of the funeral we went to Floral Explosion and I spoke with Antoine, I gave him my price range and immediately he started working on it. We were also running late for the funeral, but immediately Antoine started on the job and it was excellent. My uncle recently passed away so I came here personally for an arrangement on a stand for the funeral service. I was referred here by family members and also checked the reviews which seemed amazing. I selected the "divine light" cross arrangement from their website which I paid $200 cash for. It was supposed to be approximately 22 1/2" W x 36" H. When it was delivered the arrangement I ordered was about only 2/3 the size specified. It barely looked like a cross and was very sloppily put together unlike the neat photo advertised. I would never come here again. If they are not capable of executing what they advertise, they should specify so. read more

I was on the phone with a loved one late at night and once we got off the phone it occurred to me that I wanted to get her flowers. So I was looking for a loca flower delivery business and I come across this one. I was a bit iffy about it given that it was my first time doing something like this but I ended up doing it and placing my order for same day delivery. The flowers arrived to my loved ones house relatively fast and she was so happy. The flowers were very beautiful and better than what I expected. Would definitely recommend ordering from this place. It took a couple of calls and messages to get someone on the phone, but when I did they were super responsive. I'm not sure if I spoke with the owner, but according to my great aunt - who is 92 - the stargazer lilies that were delivered were just stunning. She could not have been happier! I ordered a set of two malas for a very special occasion. I was skeptical about ordering it here because they had no samples to show me but they promised they knew what they were doing and said they did it all the time, that they guaranteed I would love it. When I ordered the malas, I told the guy what a special event this was and I needed it to be fancy. I was so disappointed when I picked up the malas, they were just made, the guy I spoke to wasnt there, it looked like malas I could have made at home by myself, the two flowers hanging down from the middle he promised was not done, no glitter, nothing fancy, super disappointed! I felt that I did not get my monies worth at all and I feel like I overpaid for something I could have done on my own. I had an incredible experience with this flower shop. From the easy online ordering system to the very personal customer service going forward, the experience was great. I had a special request for an early delivery on Valentine's Day. Even though it was outside of their normal delivery hours, they made a special exception for me and helped me deliver a special surprise. The flowers and balloons both looked great. Well, I needed to send flowers and liked what I read and saw on their website. I was driving and needed to take care of this so I called (hands free), to place my order. A gentleman answered the phone and I said I wanted to send flowers for a funeral and he asked if I can hold for a second. Well, that second was a full FIVE minutes, I know because I thought that was more than enough time to get back to a customer. I just hung up and found another florist when I got home. I don't know about how others feel about service, but to keep someone hanging on the phone after they tell you they want to give you money, which I would say, is the reason they are there in the first place, tell a lot about the people running the business. And the thing here is that he probably thinks the call was dropped and not for a minute thinks that it was his fault that I wasn't there, when, well maybe I should say IF he ever did get back to me. read more

So I decided to surprise my little cousin with a corsage for her prom with is today. I argued with 1800 flowers because I never received my Mother's day flowers. 1800 flowers said they received confirmation from their florist that the flowers were delivered. I was very upset and demanded a refund. Today (a week later) I received a phone call from a women telling me my flowers were left at 788. The second floor of a church. The woman said the address on the card said 792. The person who ever was at 792 directed the driver to 788, thinking the flowers were for someone at 788. And he just left them there. My address is 729. And I would assume the same way this stranger was nice enough to call me (sorry it's a week later) the driver/delivery person should have done the same. The woman informed me the flowers are now dead and offered me the vase. I was disappointed I never received my flower's from my son. I'm not meeting a stranger for a vase. The woman gave me the info left on the package for the florist. Tonight I called floral explosion to complain about the negligence on the part of their delivery person. Anthony, tried to explain to me that someone must have called and changed the address. Never knew this company existed until today. I never moved and 800 Flower's has my correct address. I also called 1800 Flower's to inform them of the negligence on the part of Floral Explosion. I hope no one else's special occasion is ruined by this delivery person. read more
