It has been a couple months since I had my carpet installation. I usually wait to see if a big commitment like this will withstand what the company says it will. They did not disappoint!! The customer service for my needs(house full of furkids) they helped me choose what was best for me and of course my budget. From start to finish they have been awesome. I had just your basic stinky cheap flip carpet with no character and guess what?! They put a lip on the stairs carpet which I did not expect,was not charged extra and it looks like a fancy (to me) stair way. I love it. They were on time,friendly and the carpet installers were very respectful for the time I needed to leave to take my grandson to school and pick him up. Look no further for your flooring needs... Flooring Direct is the best around! We wanted really durable yet closer to natural wood-looking floors for our new house. Billy helped us pick out a beautiful laminate material that was water resistant. Soon after, Billy delivered the unfortunate news that, due to COVID-19 and general shortages, the material we had picked out wouldn't be available for about 6-8 weeks after our original installation date. We were bummed. However, Billy went out of his way and worked with one of the companies to nail down the exact options that would be in stock for our scheduled installation date. We found one that we fell in love with and we were full steam ahead! Edgar and Franky installed our new floors and baseboards on our entire 1st floor in just 4 days!!! These two were so awesome to work with and we felt extremely comfortable with them doing what they needed to do to get the job done. A whole day was spent just in prep and pouring a bit of concrete to make sure the ground would be level.. such attention to detail! They were professional but still easy to talk to, as if we had known them for a while.They even brought minor things to our attention and asked how we wanted to proceed just to make sure we were completely satisfied. I just wanted to give a shout out to Flooring Direct and Bill Norris. I recently had my whole house ripped up and redone with LVP and new baseboards. I had tile, carpet, vinyl, and hardwood in my house before the demo. Bill's team is polite and cleaned up after themselves every day. About 1500sf took 4 days from start to finish and I was in the house while they worked. The price they gave me is what I paid and I couldn't be happier. read more

They stuck with it and got the materials despite the obstacles. The contractor that they work with was fantastic - a father and his two adult sons. Here is the picture of phase two. We hadn't originally planned this, but we were so happy with the stairs, I got inspired to do the living/dining areas. Thankfully the same flooring was available. Similar to another reviewer, absolutely terrible customer service. "Ghosted" is not quite the right word. Every time you call, they tell you they'll check on your quote / job request / material order, and that they'll call you right back, and they never do. I've called 10 times over a 6 month period and emailed to no avail, they just delay, and claim the owner isn't in and he has the information. Apparently the owner is never in, and they never make note that you called. Astoundingly inefficient and ineffective. It's a cheap quote for a reason - you most likely won't get the job done. read more

Went in and met the owner Bill and asked for a rough quote based on sq ft and other job essentials. Good selection of plank tiles and information regarding the job! Bill pointed out things the old tile company were doing wrong and assured me his crews would do the job right! He then asked if I would like an in home estimate and I said great!! Bill, you never showed up! Called the shop and said you wouldn't be in for a couple of hours. I see you've done that to other people from their reviews. Quit wasting people's time! I'm astounded to see so many 5 star reviews. My experience, which is still ongoing, has been atrocious. Bill has been full of excuses since we made the deal to start the job. His tile guy was 3 hours late the first day, and 2 hours late the second day. He left the job for a few hours, leaving his apprentice here cleaning. I picked out a laminate that matched my hardwood... and then he tells me he can't get that, so I pick the next best thing. He was supposed to start yesterday, called and said he could not because the rain had him behind on other jobs. Then he was supposed to start today, and he says his guy called off sick. It's after 10am, and he still hasn't started the laminate job. I've done MY part. I was ready exactly when I said I would be, and I paid my deposit in cash the day he started. If you choose to use his services, be prepared to get jerked around. Edit: Job finally finished. The work is good, the hassle I went through to get it done made it a 2 star affair. I think he has too much work and when he gets behind, he screws the small job client. read more

We found them to have a great selection of flooring to choose from and Robert and Bill are very well versed in helping you make appropriate selections. We replaced all flooring in our two story home. We were, of course, dreading the turmoil caused in embarking on such an endeavor. The demolition crew showed up first. The crew headed by Huber was very mindful of the mess that can be made.
