Maybe at some point this store was great, but my recent experience with this place has been a headache from the beginning. The time to receive our flooring was ridiculous and the cherry on top was the unprofessionalism the whole situation was dealt with. The communication was the absolute worst, customer service wasn't any better and instead of trying to be helpful we got scolded for contacting the manufacturer directly. Not to purchase additional material, but to simply get an exchange since we got sent the wrong shade on accident. If the communication was there we would have reached out to this business directly, but it hasn't been, so we saved ourselves the headache and contacted the manufacturer. Never will be spending our money here or recommending it to anyone. read more

My fiancé and I walked in ready to spend money on a tile floor. We already had a model in mind and saw that Super Floor Store carried American Olean product. We asked if they could check if they have a specific model, and the older lady who helped us did not seem to want to assist customers. Nevertheless I mentioned I could buy the product online so maybe there is a chance you can order it, if you just please check. She then came back and said "if you can buy it online then why are you here". Immediately that turned me off, and I mentioned I want to support local businesses. She called me wife and I both sick and wanted to call the cops. She then called Dave Phillips instead of the cops. In todays time you need to have proper customer service in order to sustain business. If you review the video she also kept yelling to take off your mask. We wear our masks for protection. My wife and I came to Arizona Tile in Murrietta where the service was great, and they took $12k of our money. My recommendation, don't have someone who has an extremely poor attitude pushing sales. I met Dave the owner back in 2016. I purchased new flooring for my entire house. He was knowledgeable, informative, pleasant to speak with and is an all around great guy. His team installed vinyl wood flooring and carpet in no time at all. And all at an incredible price. He's a patriot and goes out of his way for military and first responders which much appreciated. Several years later in 2019 I used Super Floor Store again when I did some minor remodeling. Again Dave came through like a champ. And now in 2024 I'm returning to replace our entire kitchen flooring that was damaged by a slab leak. Super Floor Store, the place of people who cannot measure correctly. These guys incorrectly measured my staircase to place down new carpet on it. Towards the end of the staircase you can see that these perfectionists didn't have enough to cover the whole thing. So they decided to cut some squares out and piece them together and turned my staircase into a monstrosity. We tried to contact them after writing multiple reviews about this but never answered, so I guess this is the peak of their quality. read more

Super Floor's pricing and customer service are excellent. I had a molding/painting project running parallel to ordering 2 rooms of carpet from Super Floor Store. My molding/paint contractor ran past schedule while my carpet arrived when promised by Owner Dave P. I asked if it was possible for him to store the carpet until my contractor finished the molding/paint work. Dave was very gracious and ended up storing the carpet for almost 3 weeks. We've had our carpeting for 3 years now. I was very happy at first as it laid nicely and was beautiful carpeting. Recently, I noticed rippling in a few of the rooms and called in someone to see if it needing stretching. Seems to soon for that but you never know. What we found was that the carpet wasn't even attached to the tacking on the floor and it lifted right up along the edging. To say the least, I'm a bit disappointed. I shopped around in the hopes of getting a decent price on hardwood to redo my stairs and I couldn't believe how much lower the price was from this store. Install was fast. We had to wait on our materials. Daves team install our floors in June. In July called dave hes hard to get a hold of. we had him back out because our floors started to make a cracking noise and the t molding started to lift. Dave did come out. Said the floor is making that noise because it's been hot. That the wood is expanding. He also said he would send some out to fix the t molding. Never did. He's never around when you call the store, it's always his wife or daughter. Now our floors are buckling on the stairs and coming apart and you can feel the crackling under your feet. It's just getting worse. When my husband mention court. Dave was all over it. He brought a Rep out to look at the floors. Its now Jan. Dave sent out his installer to fix the issues. However Its been a week since they were out. Our floors T molding is lifting again. Now we are having issues with another section of the floor. We are calling another floor company. This is crap!! What a waist of $$$$$. If I were you. I would go somewhere else. Or do it yourself. read more

We went to the store and liked their products and the prices were good. Unfortunately the owner Dave, kept on screwing up when it came to instalation of the wood floors. First, he mesured and did it wrong, when the guy that did the labor showed up at our house, he had instructions to do an entryway, not a hallway plus baseboards. We ask for padding for the floors, and halfway through the installation we noticed that they didn't installed the padding. We were short on the wood, because he measured wrong, and we had to wait a few days to get the missing wood in order to finish the job. Then, Dave took it upon himself to choose the baseboards! I was so upset, and I told him that absolutely no, I needed to pick it myself, which he sounded like he didn't want to take the time to show me samples. When the installer was there, we realized that Dave never delivered the glue, so another day of waiting. After the installation was done, we found that a piece of the wood came off, called Dave to have it repaired and he promised to send someone to fix it the same day, nobody showed up until 3 weeks later, and Dave just left us hanging dry while he was on his luxurious vacation. Needless to say, great prices, extremely poor customer service from the owner himself. Never again. read more
