What a difference when you work with someone who actually knows about flooring. Their 52 years of experience is hard to find in this area. Family run, professional & friendly. Thank you Dave! read more

Maybe at some point this store was great, but my recent experience with this place has been a headache from the beginning. The time to receive our flooring was ridiculous and the cherry on top was the unprofessionalism the whole situation was dealt with. The communication was the absolute worst, customer service wasn't any better and instead of trying to be helpful we got scolded for contacting the manufacturer directly. Not to purchase additional material, but to simply get an exchange since we got sent the wrong shade on accident. If the communication was there we would have reached out to this business directly, but it hasn't been, so we saved ourselves the headache and contacted the manufacturer. Never will be spending our money here or recommending it to anyone. read more

Excellent work for a good price. Dave and his crew are fast, friendly and professional. Rick does fantastic work. He went out of his way to satisfy our requests, and work around our hectic family, furniture, etc. We had new floors done throughout our entire house (LVP, carpet), and could not be more pleased. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality flooring at a reasonable price. read more

Wonderful service done in a timely matter. Professional team with transparent pricing. Family owned and locally operated for 20 years!

From the moment we stepped into The Super Floor Store to explore flooring options, our experience has been outstanding from start to finish. We chose COREtec LVP, and Dave and his team handled everything with professionalism and care, resolving a few issues along the way. We're thrilled with the results and grateful for helping make our home beautiful! read more

My fiancé and I walked in ready to spend money on a tile floor. We already had a model in mind and saw that Super Floor Store carried American Olean product. We asked if they could check if they have a specific model, and the older lady who helped us did not seem to want to assist customers. Nevertheless I mentioned I could buy the product online so maybe there is a chance you can order it, if you just please check. She then came back and said "if you can buy it online then why are you here". Immediately that turned me off, and I mentioned I want to support local businesses. She called me wife and I both sick and wanted to call the cops. She then called Dave Phillips instead of the cops. In todays time you need to have proper customer service in order to sustain business. If you review the video she also kept yelling to take off your mask. We wear our masks for protection. My wife and I came to Arizona Tile in Murrietta where the service was great, and they took $12k of our money. My recommendation, don't have someone who has an extremely poor attitude pushing sales. I understand people have bad days, but don't bring it to work, and always support your customers needs. Thank you, Rico read more

I met Dave the owner back in 2016. I purchased new flooring for my entire house. He was knowledgeable, informative, pleasant to speak with and is an all around great guy. His team installed vinyl wood flooring and carpet in no time at all. And all at an incredible price. He's a patriot and goes out of his way for military and first responders which much appreciated. Several years later in 2019 I used Super Floor Store again when I did some minor remodeling. Again Dave came through like a champ. And now in 2024 I'm returning to replace our entire kitchen flooring that was damaged by a slab leak. I trust Dave and Super Floor Store for all my flooring needs and would absolutely recommend him to anyone thinking of getting flooring. Can't say enough about how great I've been treated and the quality of their products. read more

Dave and Vielka were professional and helpful. They helped me choose the perfect tile for my family room and allowed me to take home samples to match with my existing decor. The estimate was reasonable and in my budget. The installer, Nick Castleberry, was fantastic. He respected my privacy and made sure that I had access to needed areas of my house at all times. The flooring looks terrific, and he took the time to plan the pattern so that I didn't have a lot of small pieces on the edges. He was meticulous in laying the tile, and it shows in the end product. I am very pleased with results, and recommend Super Floor Store. read more

Dave is a really nice guy. He takes his time to work with you so you get what you are looking for. We had a little issue after the job was done. They came back a fixed the issue the best they could. Super Floor Store, the place of people who cannot measure correctly. These guys incorrectly measured my staircase to place down new carpet on it. Towards the end of the staircase you can see that these perfectionists didn't have enough to cover the whole thing. So they decided to cut some squares out and piece them together and turned my staircase into a monstrosity. We tried to contact them after writing multiple reviews about this but never answered, so I guess this is the peak of their quality. read more

These guys were fantastic. Dave and his installers were friendly, professional, and all in all, fantastic. The price we were quoted was better than any other we received and the end result was better than we could have hoped for! We love our floors, and are so glad we went with them. Thank You! read more

We've had our carpeting for 3 years now. I was very happy at first as it laid nicely and was beautiful carpeting. Recently, I noticed rippling in a few of the rooms and called in someone to see if it needing stretching. Seems to soon for that but you never know. What we found was that the carpet wasn't even attached to the tacking on the floor and it lifted right up along the edging. To say the least, I'm a bit disappointed. I really like Dave and his family but perhaps they need to hire better carpet layers. read more

Super Floor's pricing and customer service are excellent. I had a molding/painting project running parallel to ordering 2 rooms of carpet from Super Floor Store. My molding/paint contractor ran past schedule while my carpet arrived when promised by Owner Dave P. I asked if it was possible for him to store the carpet until my contractor finished the molding/paint work. Dave was very gracious and ended up storing the carpet for almost 3 weeks. When I let Dave P know that I was ready for the carpet, he got me scheduled and it was installed flawlessly within 2 days. Super Floor Store will be my first choice for any future flooring needs. read more

Super Floor Store is the best! Professional, Trustworthy, Economical, Expedient and Thorough! Dropped in, spoke with Sarah regarding my needs, selected carpet, and within hours I had a complete reasonable estimate and a selection of dates that were available for installation. On the day of installation the team arrived on time; moved our furniture; removed the old carpeting; installed the new carpeting; moved our furniture back; and hauled away all the old carpeting. (smile). Everything went as planned and discussed, with no hassles or glitches! In addition, the install team corrected the substandard carpet installs (speed bumps) in all of my other rooms for a small fee. Highly recommend! read more

I finished my upstairs install a couple of weeks ago, and it was an even better experience than the first time. While we liked our installers on the first floor, Brian and Abel, our installers on the upstairs, were even better. They were so polite and professional. Their craftsmanship was amazing. They were SO CLEAN! They cleaned up everything and stored their tools so as to not inconvenience us when they left for the evening. They made the whole experience as painless as possible. Again, I highly recommend this company. They won't disappoint you. read more

I couldn't recommend this store enough for all your flooring needs! Seriously so happy we found Dave, his lovely wife and daughter to help us upgrade our home. It took us several trips in to the store and a couple of samples to decide and we love our floors. Dave and his wife helped us pick out beautiful hardwood floors for the downstairs and super soft carpet for the stairs and upper floor. It was so refreshing working with a local business who had all the knowledge and all the kindness that they showed us every visit and every step throughout the process. Truly great customer service. I would recommend to everyone person I know to shop here. read more

My husband and I bought a house in Murrieta that had blond carpet, which was not a fit for a family with a basset hound and beagle. :) We knew we wanted a hard wood look type of flooring but had no idea where to go. I did some research and found Super Floor Store--my lucky day!! Dave Phillips and his wife, Vielka, were so welcoming and listened to what I needed for floors in our house. Then they patiently showed me all the possibilities. I decided on a waterproof luxury vinyl. Dave measured our home and ordered the flooring. He was constantly in touch keeping me updated on delivery of the flooring. The work they did has made our house not only functional with the type of floor we needed but soooooooo beautiful, too. I just can't believe how great our house looks because of the flooring AND the baseboards installed--I just can't say enough. If you are looking to have your floors replaced, go see Dave and Vielka!!! They do QUALITY work and are the nicest people you will ever meet!! :) read more

Super Floor Store is hands down the best carpet business I've ever dealt with! They have the best prices...I know I did my homework! Dave was very professional from beginning to end and so kind. Super Floor Store has many floors to choose from. For contractors like me, they have a lot of Wood moldings to match those hard to find moldings for special repairs. They have over 500 moldings in stock. They saved me today because they had a matching stair nosing in their inventory for a repair where my plumber damaged only one piece of stair nosing. Thank you Dave!!! read more

Had two carpet installations about two months apart. Super Floor gave us very good prices on top of the line carpet. Worked with us to make sure we had the exact carpet we were looking for. Came out and personally delivered the carpet when the installer showed up. Made sure we were happy with how the carpet laid on the floor and where the seams were. The installer worked very hard to get it perfect laying the carpet on concrete floor. Would recommend Super Floor owner and installer to anyone wanting carpet. Very pleased. read more

At the end of August I had two days to work on our rental house and get it ready for the next tenant I was not expecting to have to replace the carpet but it was completely destroyed due to dog urine which also destroyed the padding I was referred to David at super floor store By H Ross design I called David Thursday afternoon and he was having new carpet installed within 24 hours at a very competitive price. This is what I call absolute exceptional service. I would recommend the store to anyone!!! read more

Fantastic service from Dave and his wife at this flooring showroom. I shopped around in the hopes of getting a decent price on hardwood to redo my stairs and I couldn't believe how much lower the price was from this store. I almost felt bad that maybe they wouldn't make a profit of my purchase, but that was just too hard to resist. In any case, they got me the exact hardwood I wanted and even delivered it at no extra charge. On top of that, Dave also let me borrow his stair-jig for me to be able to finish my stairs. They get top marks in my books and they'll be my first stop when I redo my 2nd floor. read more

I could not have gotten a better Christmas present this year. Super Floor Store is the best. They should change their name to Super Speed Floors. Their unbelievably efficient crew moved our heavy furniture, professionally installed beautiful hardwood floors and baseboards in just a few days before the Holidays. We could not be happier. Dave and his family are also wonderful to work with. Do not look any further. Their prices are reasonable and they get the job done in no time. Other contractors told us this job might take 10 days - they were done in 4 days! read more

Extremely knowledgeable and very kind service. They were able to find us an installer on relatively short notice and did an excellent job on the install. Install was fast. We had to wait on our materials. Daves team install our floors in June. In July called dave hes hard to get a hold of. we had him back out because our floors started to make a cracking noise and the t molding started to lift. Dave did come out. Said the floor is making that noise because it's been hot. That the wood is expanding. He also said he would send some out to fix the t molding. Never did. He's never around when you call the store, it's always his wife or daughter. Now our floors are buckling on the stairs and coming apart and you can feel the crackling under your feet. It's just getting worse. When my husband mention court. Dave was all over it. He brought a Rep out to look at the floors. Its now Jan. Dave sent out his installer to fix the issues. However Its been a week since they were out. Our floors T molding is lifting again. Now we are having issues with another section of the floor. We are calling another floor company. This is crap!! What a waist of $$$$$. If I were you. I would go somewhere else. Or do it yourself. read more

We went to the store and liked their products and the prices were good. Unfortunately the owner Dave, kept on screwing up when it came to instalation of the wood floors. First, he mesured and did it wrong, when the guy that did the labor showed up at our house, he had instructions to do an entryway, not a hallway plus baseboards. We ask for padding for the floors, and halfway through the installation we noticed that they didn't installed the padding. We were short on the wood, because he measured wrong, and we had to wait a few days to get the missing wood in order to finish the job. Then, Dave took it upon himself to choose the baseboards! I was so upset, and I told him that absolutely no, I needed to pick it myself, which he sounded like he didn't want to take the time to show me samples. When the installer was there, we realized that Dave never delivered the glue, so another day of waiting. After the installation was done, we found that a piece of the wood came off, called Dave to have it repaired and he promised to send someone to fix it the same day, nobody showed up until 3 weeks later, and Dave just left us hanging dry while he was on his luxurious vacation. Needless to say, great prices, extremely poor customer service from the owner himself. Never again. read more

Disregard everything that disa l. Has stated, uploading progress pictures trying to pass them off as the completed product, it's embarrassing what lengths people will go to in order to get money from respectable companies because they are just deadbeats. And to have the audacity to pull the vet card in order to get sympathy is just disgusting, you should be ashamed. I have had my entire house done by Dave and I can't say a negative word about his work, don't listen to the money grabbing deadbeats if that is turning you off from making a purchase, you will not be disappointed. read more

Had a great experience with Super Floor Store. The owner Dave was great to work with. Prices there were also substantially less then competitors on the exact same carpet and vinyl faux wood we selected. The installers were on time, professional, and did a beautiful job. We shopped all over town for carpet and hardwood upgrades for our home. Without a doubt Daves price was the best and there was no game playing with getting to the bottom line. He worked with our very tight schedule to do the work prior to moving into the home and both projects finished on the same day. We were especially big fans of his carpet installers: hard-working, quality work and personable. There was a little bit of an issue with the finish/touch up of our newly-installed hardwood stairs but Dave didn't hesitate to send someone back to address it. He and his wife are very nice to work with and we highly recommend them. read more
