Horrible service!!! I will be taking my business else where. Wish I could post this without giving even 1 star, more like a negative star. Remodeling in our master bath and wanted specific tile. The past few weeks we've been coming in trying to get samples and each time the store has been out of samples. We finally decided on tile and flooring we wanted, we come in and they're out of the tile! They recommend in an alternate tile that is a lot more expensive, when I asked if they can give us the same price, price match, of the original we wanted, we were told no, it's a 40 cent difference. I explained how we remodeled one bathroom last year and bought all of our supplies and tile from here and that this year it seems like their inventory is low and shelves are empty and how disappointed I was. They basically gave me an I don't care attitude and this was a manager that I was speaking to! They really gave the impression that they don't care. I was even willing to drive to their Fullerton location but was informed that store is also out of the selection we wanted. Truly disappointed with the store's lack of professionalism and customer service. They obviously don't care about losing business. We have 2 other bathrooms we plan on re modeling and I will not be bringing my business to floor and décor! I would rather drive all the way to Anaheim to buy my tile and stone. We have been to this location several times for design ideas and product for multiple projects that we hired contractors to do. Yesterday we went to this location again, this time to take the tile/backsplash class to learn how to do a kitchen backsplash project ourselves. We were delighted with Amer, who did the class demonstration, allowed us to be hands on and answered all of our questions. After the class he patiently walked us to each item we needed to do the install and continued to provide excellent information for our DYI project. We left the store with all the supplies we need and the confidence that we can complete this project ourselves. My husband and I had selected tile for a new shower and went today to finalize our selection. How lucky, how blessed we were to have Aaron be our sales rep!! He spent an hour and 1/2 with us, patiently answering our questions and finding the correct pieces that we needed. He loaded our card and unloaded when we changed our mind and without any negative facial expressions!! He was NEVER without a smile!! OMG, such a delight and very professional!! Salutations! We are currently renovating the downstairs bathroom and our installers chipped the tile we purchased 5 years ago. In a panic I walked into Floor & Decor and with the help of Jaelynn #59883 who was courteous and helpful researched our order. However, after she exhausted all avenues researching the tile that was purchased 5 years ago, she called Tony #40877, the assistant manager to further assist us. Tony went over and beyond with exceptional service and was able to locate the tile purchase! Sadly, the tile was no longer avaliable- but Tony took the time to find the size and color of a matching tile These two really helped me out today! read more

We visited the Norco, CA store on Sunday, July 14th and wanted a tile that they didn't have stock of in the store at Norco. But we really wanted this floor and so our Sales Associate, Josh L., began a search of all other stores and coordinated the shipment from multiple other stores to Norco. It was not easy as he had to call each store to check their stock, then had to send the orders via email to each store and then enter all the calculations to ensure we were getting exactly what we needed and were not being overcharged. He double and triple checked his numbers, our order and even sent the emails right then and there so we could rest assured that it was all going to be processed perfectly. He was wonderful to work with and really knew his stuff. If you have a complicated order, ask for Josh L. - you won't regret it. We can't thank him enough for ensuring that we will get the floor we had our heart set on. Thank you Josh! I hope corporate recognizes you for your incredible patience and customer service. The day I came in to make my purchase the employees we asked for assistance had zero knowledge or common sense. Very little assistance and then a couple items I wanted that they said was in stock, was then told it wasn't in stock after waiting for 30 minutes. The tile I purchased they said I couldn't pick up for an hour and a half. So I decided to pick up a different day. I'm now here and told it will be at least 40 minutes to pick up. This was the worst store I have been to! I was very disappointed! I was going in to look and purchase some items for my home, like normal. I requested someone to help me in the hardwood section. I sat waiting FOREVER patiently. The associate called 3 times for someone to come help. I started getting frustrated, and another employee ask if I need help, I told him I did and that I had been waiting a while already, and he said he would find someone... I continued to wait and wait and no one still showed up. I gave up and walked out. Poor customer service and obviously they didn't care, let alone want my business. Additionally, I found that the prices are more expensive at this location than the Moreno Valley and some other locations. Also the selections are a lot smaller than the other locations as well. Save yourself the trip, time, energy, and money and go to a different location. I will never be coming back to this location sorry! read more

Service has deteriorated in this store markedly over the last three years. They sell items that are due " in a couple days" and move the date 3 weeks. They do not do basic services they say they can do like cutting material down when asked to do it. They are at best comparable to a typical big box retailer. read more

They tagged the wrong tile name to the wrong tile floor display & we ended up with the wrong tile. We double checked & triple checked the name according to the display & boxes, when all along it was tagged wrong. The floor was was layed and we didn't notice till the installer installed it and Floor & Decor could not make their mistake right. Big lesson learned. I normally do not do reviews on yelp. However, I thought this review was necessary to speak about Amanda at the design center. My sister and I recently visited the store with our 80-year-old parents. They need new flooring, because their carpet had become a trip hazard. Amanda was absolutely amazing, and she helped us every step of the way. I live in Las Vegas so one week I flew out and my sister and I took my parents to this floor and decor in Norco. We were able to choose the tile we wanted and then made an appointment with the design center/Amanda to purchase our choice of tile, grout, and baseboard. She was diligent in her job crossed off every T & dotted every I. She even called back to make sure the tile was in stock before we purchased, and they had enough for our order. She confirmed and verified they had it. This past Monday, she called me, and left a voice message stating that they didn't have enough of the tile, and they would have to order the amount that they were short. I was a little shocked, because I know she had confirmed it. I am sure a another customer came in, and wanted the same tile. They pulled from our order that was already paid in full. This was not Amanda's fault, it is the employee that thought it was ok to pull tile from an order already paid for, and that is not ok. I just spoke with Amanda, and she is going above & beyond to make this right. We are installing in May, and I know I will have the tile needed, because she is amazing at what she does. I trust her completely to make this right. If you need flooring I recommend going to Floor and Decor, and have Amanda help you. She cares about her job, and goes above & beyond to meet the customers needs. Thanks Amanda for being such a wonderful employee & person. Floor and Decor should give you a promotion & raise so you don't take your skills elsewhere. read more

We bought what we thought to be beautiful flooring, spending lots of money with this company. WHILE installing and after, the floor began to crack, peel and break. The product was NOT the quality product that we were told, for the price that was paid the quality was horrible. We mentioned the issue to floor and decor and they insisted that we hire a flooring inspector with outrageous credentials in order to receive our refund. So now we are expected to pay for this inspector, tear up the floor, purchase new flooring, and re install it. They do not want to assist us until we get this inspector. The difficulty we are experiencing is unacceptable from this company. Please do not waste your time or money at Floor an Decor! read more

I paid for apprx 500 sq feet of laminate. However, I did not pick it up at the time of purchase. Sometime that week I changed my mind on the color, so I canceled that order and placed another one. About five days later I had my order picked up by my installer. I gave the installer my paperwork and he and one of the floor and decor employees loaded the product in his truck. About two hours into the job, I decided to look at the installation and to my surprise, the wrong floor was being installed! Floor and Decor gave my installer the first floor, not the second one. To make a long story short, I'm reminded everyday that I should have checked the order myself; however, Floor and Decor should have presented the right product for pick up. read more

I was in here with my husband earlier today, we were so excited to make our purchase with the confidence of knowing that we had found the floor that would be right for our family room. To our disappointment, it was such a shame that everyone we encountered during our short stay there was so bothered by us, our questions, or our presence. Is it because of the fact we were gay...I don't know but it was like everyone was so bothered by our questions. From the woman who was handling our return of our floor sample who was kind of rude in her tone with handling our transaction, to the guy who [helped] (for lack of better words) with our questions we had with our flooring. He seemed so bothered with the few questions we had, and his "oh well" answers quickly dampened our mood. Sucks, there was so much beautiful flooring here, but the staff here just seems so unhappy that they took it out on us? We decided to leave in search of flooring options elsewhere, hopefully where our business is appreciated. read more

I love this store their prices are good. Only down fall is their is the kids they call designers. I have had 3 kids over the years. One time they so over allotted me tile backer board and grout I ended up returning 1/2 the load. Hated it I took it up to Big Bear. Next time I got a kid that had only been working there a month. the next time I got a girl that had been doing it about 2 months. Professional is someone who goes to school not someone on their 1st job. This last time the girl was very nice but again only working for Floor decor for 6 months. I just told her what I wanted she could not really help me design like I said she has not education in that field. We shall see how it turns out. You are wasting good money, and getting way less better service if you choose to go anywhere else besides here for flooring. (I really wanted to open this review up by saying "IF YOU BLOW YOUR GOOD MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE FOR FLOORING, THEN YOU'RE AN IDIOT!", but I'm getting mellower as I review more and more). Here's why. I can't remember dude's name right off, and when I find it, I'll put it on here, but I was helped by an honest, highly-trained employee who spent about 8-10 minutes during a busy day helping me choose the right laminate flooring. Furthermore, I came in for the cheapest one (49 cents a square foot), and wasn't talked up to a higher-priced store. He let me know that if the floor wasn't going to receive heavy traffic, that I'd be fine with the 49 cent flooring! (I was a salesman back in my college days, and let me tell you, the manager would have STRANGLED ME RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER had I not talked him out of buying the cheapest brand...You think I'm KIDDING??!!) But back to this store... So great, I got an awesome value; but get this, the same guy offered to come and help me put the floor up if I had troubles. I live in CRESTLINE, and that's about an HOUR DRIVE AWAY!!! Had a been a knockout blonde, then I would have figured dude was trying to "wedge his tool in my tight flooring", but no; I'm a dopey dude and his offer was out of sincere professionalism, and desire to see a customer well-treated. I priced shopped BIG TIME before coming here, and the BEST laminate flooring deal I came upon was 75 cents a square foot. So you know why I rolled down the hill an hour for 49 cents a square foot. You'll be saving tons of money, getting AWESOME advice, and receiving great service if you bring your "This Old House" can down to the store in Corona. OH!!!!! I almost forgot! My first contact with them by phone was with a lady named Kari (I think!), and she took 2 of my high-question volume calls with nothing but professionalism. Heck, she even put me on hold and went over to where the flooring was to make sure there was enough for me to come down there for. From the first phone call to the taking of the receipt, I had one of the best buying experiences at this store.....And the floor looks fine! read more

BY FAR THE BEST..... Floor & Decor I have EVER been to and each time i have gone in, the employees there are always with a smile and so high energy and each time i have gone in i have had no problem getting the help that i needed. Couple times that i've went in there there was this new hire girl that has helped me both times and I've got to say, Floor & Decor know how to train their workers. I asked this girl how long she had been working there cause she sounded so professional and so sure about how the store worked. She said she had only worked there for two weeks. With the help of other employees and this new hire girl named Odalys (Oh Dallas), i was able to remodel my bathroom and kitchen. Looks amazing thanks to Floor & Decor. read more
