The Parmesan fries are extremely good and crispy. And all the drinks are extremely good. The decor inside is very nice and fitting of a elegant hotel. The people working were extremely helpful and brought everything out pretty quick. Overall, this is a great place to visit if you're looking for something extremely calm to just relaxing. Music is a little low, but I think it adds to the atmosphere.

Another review from late Feb that was stuck in my drafts during our staycation in Irvine. What a nice surprise this was inside the Irvine Marriott. I am glad we ended up trying Floe Lounge. Service was excellent and the selection and quality of food matches the service. Burger is not really my go-to but when I asked the server what their popular dishes are and what is his favorite - he said the speakeasy burger and chicken wings. These 2 items were indeed excellent and will order them again if we happen to be in the area.

REALLY GOOD HOTEL FOOD!!! I've been to this hotel twice and absolutely loved their food both times! I've never actually sat and ate at FLOE Lounge, but a portion of their menu is at their hotel speakeasy, Y.N.K. and at the Topgolf Swing Suite also located in the Irvine Marriott hotel. OK so favorites... if you love avocado toasts and grilled cheese, the OC Grilled Cheese is made for you! It's the best of both those worlds and I absolutely loved it so much that I ordered it twice! I also love the pub pretzel bites with cheese. I looooove a good pub pretzie and I like that it comes in sticks so you don't have to worry about pulling it apart when sharing with friends! My last recommendation is the ahi poke nachos. There's not much to say other than they are amazing! For drinks, ngl I had so many different ones, but they were all delicious. Their bartenders are top notch so you can't go wrong with whatever you choose! Please visit the lounge or book time in the Topgolf Swing Suite. You definitely will NOT regret it!

We stayed at the Irvine Marriott and stumbled upon Floe, the in-hotel restaurant/lounge. It was big and alot of seating. The restaurant was nice and the atmosphere was good. This restaurant has fantastic food and the service was really good!! I was very happy and pleased with this place. We had the chicken wings- great! We had the pizza- fantastic! I had the eggs and steelcut oatmeal. The oatmeal was plentiful and thick and tasted well. I enjoyed each bit of it. I wish this place was closer to me, but I will be back to the hotel and area.

While there are some really top-notch eateries near the Marriott hotel, their resident eatery is no slouch. FLOE's team is friendly and helpful. The food is tasty and well portioned. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was actually, I ate every last bite.

Harvest Salad with Ahi tuna, chicken wings and wine!

I came here on a Saturday night with my hubby. Vanessa was our server, she totally got our vibe and did a great job while letting us enjoy ourselves. The food was delicious, we ordered the chicken wings with the sauces on the side; crispy and tasty, just to die for. For the entrees, we ordered two Harvest Salad with the ahi tuna add on. Nice seared on the ahi and it had a nice layer of sesame seeds. I typically don't order salad but this was a good one. They had live music for the icing on the cake. A chill atmosphere for a Saturday night!

FLOE is the bar/lounge at the Irvine Marriott at Von Karman & Michelson. They have an outdoor patio with fireplace tables as well as indoor seating and bar seating. Food is also served. I've been here a few times before and after b'ness events. The service is always friendly and efficient. In addition, the areas are all clean inc the restrooms. If you need to meet someone for a drink or a snack by John Wayne Aiport, FLOE does the trick.

My mom had her birthday celebration here with her coworkers. We sat by the fire which was nice since it was so cold when we came. We ordered some food, cocktails, and patron shots. The staff was friendly and pleasant. However, service was really slow. The drinks and food came out every 30 or more minutes. We were just lounging around the whole night so the wait didn't seem that long. I definitely recommend coming up to the bar to order your drinks. It's still slow, but a bit faster than them coming to your table. Other than that, the place is lovely. We really enjoyed our time there.

Asian citrus salmon

I ordered a Asian citrus salmon. It's a good portion. Food is good. If you are traveling here and looking for Asian flavor dish, you can give it a try.

Strawberry & kale salad

This was my first time here, if there was a lunch rush, I missed it (thankfully). I sat at the bar, had a Sculpin and a salad. The salad was fresh, I'd recommend the dressing on the side, it was a lovely and bright vinaigrette. The service was prompt and friendly. My only critique would be to take it easy on the raw red onion, otherwise, a tasty lunch.

Ordered poke flown fresh from Hawaii Had the Caesar salad that was so good! Also ordered pretzel with side of Dijon mustard

Chicken was overly salty, Cesar salad was really a garden salad, veggies were undercooked and brown rice was hard.

Do they have virtual golf?

Do they take reservations ? Ive been trying to call and the number doesn't connect. I called the hotel and they were really confused on who im trying to reach.... Can we just walk in with like 10 people?

No reservations, but you likely won't have an issue just walking in. It's pretty spacious.

There is plenty of seating and a room that has more seating inside. For food we ordered bone marrow bibimbap, potato korokke, caviar cones, uni unagi chawanmushi, and for dessert, a banana miso cake! The bone marrow bibimbap was well flavored! After allowing us to take pictures, the server helped us scrap the bone marrow and mix the dish together. I enjoyed it a lot, however the rice was a bit hard for my liking. My favorite was the uni unagi chawanmushi which is a steamed egg with uni unagi on top! I loved that one and wished I had ordered more of it. The caviar cones were really tasty as well and there is a little bit of spice in it! Would definitely recommend try it! The potato korokke was also delicious! The sauce went great with it and it was fried perfectly (crispy and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside). I also loved the flavor of the banana miso cake. The ice cream went great with the warm banana cake and the presentation was wonderful. Will definitely be ordering this dessert again!

Everything is very upscale. It is on the smaller side but surprisingly the restaurant was mostly empty. I have had this restaurant bookmarked since it opened but never had the chance to go. Happy I got to give it a shot, and I will definitely be coming back! Service was great. Very attentive server, busser, and bartender. Drinks 5/5: They have a full bar and they drinks are very well crafted. I ordered the Blue-Eyed Girl and the bartender mentioned the blueberry syrup being made from scratch. FOOD: Keep in mind that all of the dishes come with portions of 3 pcs - SPICY TUNA ON PUFFED RICE 5/5: So flavorful, not too much eel sauce as some places, and I loved that it was served on a rice cracker. Light and airy. - TRUFFLE POMME FRITES 5/5: Served piping hot and so fresh with just the right amount of truffle. - WAGYU SLIDERS 4.5/5: Tender and so flavorful. The buns were very slightly on the dry side but not very noticeable. - CAVIAR CONES 5/5: 3 cones for $18 is a steal! The creme fraise paired so well with the caviar. - HAMACHI CRUDO 5/5 - RAW OYSTERS 4.5/5: These were dressed very well. - BONE MARROW BIBIMBAP 5/5: Came out hot, crispy, and so good! The server was so sweet and brought us an additional bone marrow because our original piece barely had any. We were celebrating two birthdays and they offered two choice desserts on the house: - BANANA MISO CAKE 5/5 - CIR SORBET 5/5: The sorbet was so refreshing Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed everything here and on top of that, the menu was very decently priced. I am definitely coming back.

5 Stars -- A Truly Special Date Night Experience!…read more My husband and I had the most fantastic date night at The Red Room! This was our second visit, and somehow we loved it even more than the first. We started with the short rib arancini, followed by the short rib pappardelle for me and the short ribs for my husband. Everything was absolutely delicious. The service was phenomenal, just as it was during our first visit, and the ambiance is truly something special. What sets The Red Room apart is the entire experience. You almost forget you're in Orange County. There's an authentic, intimate, old-world charm that makes you feel like you've been transported somewhere else entirely. Domenico, the owner, even sings! He personally greets his guests and follows up before and after their visits. That level of genuine hospitality is so rare these days. You can tell he absolutely loves what he does. We've had so many date nights where the food was mediocre, the atmosphere was forgettable, and we left wondering why we bothered going out. The Red Room is the complete opposite. It's an experience worth getting dressed up and going out for. Part of me wants to keep this hidden gem a secret so we can still get reservations, but a place this wonderful deserves to be celebrated. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Price increases in our past three years are certainly expected, however, the hike since April's menu to yesterday (10/3/2026), seems unreasonable. The Churrasco entree (Cuban herb chimichurri with sharp citrus notes) for $50 gives you a very thin skirt steak with a corn cob, white rice, and black beans in a skinny ramekin (tiny, tall egg cup in this instance), whose price seems unjustified. However, $44 dollars would make more sense, including the value-add of the remarkable ambiance and terrific service. The next time, I will ask them how many ounces meat dishes before ordering to negotiate price to product. Be certain to ask for your corn cob to be served off-the-cob: it has sprinkled cotija cheese and a thin coat of unseasoned enchilada sauce on it. The *curved blade of the steak knife that comes with this entree is almost impossible to cut the kernels off of the cob without making a disaster. I asked for more of the churrasco sauce, with a citrus tang that was served minimally, under the skirt steak -- it was also outstanding with the corn and white rice.

Our server was initially prompt, but as the evening passed, we saw him less and less as the tables began to fill to the point we had to ask other waiters to refill our water. We ordered a bunch of entrees and sides to sample the menu. I ordered the Chef's Special which included a hanger steak, broccoli, and roasted potatoes, along with a side of the Chorizo Mac n Cheese. The consensus was that the food lacked seasoning. The sauces that were served with the dishes enhanced the flavor and added the needed seasoning. What I want to highlight is that they had cooked my steak just as I wanted (rare) and the broccoli was just how I liked it. Price is a bit steep, but you're paying for the aesthetic and atmosphere. Overall, while I'd be open to trying it again, it wouldn't be my first choice for Cuban food.
