Found this place through Yelp when we were looking for shaved ice. This matcha-concept spot is located in a secure parking plaza. From drinks to desserts, everything is dominated by matcha, and they also offer a selection of pastries. The decor is super cozy, modern, and minimalist. One thing that really stood out is the photo box inside the premise, which makes the place even more fun. There are also both indoor and outdoor seating options. Order is through the counter and once it is ready, the staff will deliver right to your table. We chose the small Matcha Bingsoo, topped with red bean and mochi. Definitely a place I would recommend to any matcha lover! And importantly, don't forget to have your parking ticket validated for free parking.
I love that they have a single serve bingsoo here! Their Korean shaved ice is yummy, they have a lot of flavors available to choose from. I ordered their mango one, and though it's on the sweeter side, the taste did not miss. It's clean inside the dessert shop and they have a nice patio outside for people to lounge in as well. The workers and baristas handled their orders and customers really well during the order rush that and ensured that desserts came out in a timely manner.

There is also a big public parking structure near by.

Parking is validated up to 2 hours Ordered the Double Cloud Matcha w/ oat milk ($9.15 after tax). Good balance of matcha and sweetness. There's also a photo booth inside the cafe. The cashier was friendly and welcoming! Will def be back to try more of the menu, esp the bingsoo!
Nice place to grab a quick beverage or bingsoo (a shaved ice) treat. My choice today was the Mango bingsoo. The interiors is very relaxed with nice music inside. Very welcoming and polite.

Tip: They offer validated parking for up to 2 hours in the adjacent parking lot!
I personally think this place is super solid. Their matcha is pretty good and their bingoo has the toppings layered in between instead just on the top so I thought it was very tasty. Their double matcha & all their bingsoos were good. they have a lot of indoor and outdoor seating, parking lot and they open late! only thing is they don't open on Sundays :(

Stopped by as I was in the area and had a pretty good experience. Floe is located in the corner of the plaza, they offer free validation for the lot too. They've got a bunch of outdoor and indoor seating, and it's got a cute IG-worthy vibe no matter where you sit. Service was not the best, I was the only person inside and there was at least 5 people behind the counter, and not one person was willing to help, so I tried to use the self-serve screen. Unfortunately the self-serve doesn't allow you to order baked goods, so I had to flag someone to help with ordering those (at which point I just asked if we could ring everything up in-person). I also had to correct the staff several times as there were errors with ringing up the order. Once I got the order, things did improve. The strawberry matcha (with oat milk) was really good, the matcha tasted fresh and the strawberry wasn't too sweet. Their Almond Croissant is good too, but I just wish they had some more filling because that stuff was great. Their chocolate chip cookie wasn't anything to write home about though. Overall this felt like a 3.5/5 experience, but I'm rounding down because of the bizarre service and how off-putting that was. I'm willing to give this place another shot and even try their bingsoo next time, because the matcha was solid.
I loved the dessert so much I already came back a second time, and I'll keep coming back! clean vibes, lots of seating, great price, good quality dessert, and soooo tasty!!! mango bingsoo: sooo tasty!!! must get. there's mango on the bottom and top so you get all the yummy stuff throughout the entire dessert! biscoff: a little coffee flavor with Biscoff! SO GOOD! the servers were sooo sweet!

FLOE. Reviews were high, so checked it out. Unique, kind of like Korean shaved ice. Lovely texture. Got the mango , added mochi on the side. Friendly service. Seating inside and outside. We arrived on the weekend, so we were not charged for parking. (I don't know if it's always free in the weekend ? ). Doesn't look like there is any nearby parking. So that can be a huge CON. They had a photo booth. I think it was $10, my wife wanted to do it since we had our nephew baby Q. Overall excellent mango shaved ice. read more

We were looking for something sweet after dinner and came across Floe. The shop has a nice setup with both indoor and outdoor seating, making it a pleasant spot to enjoy dessert. We ordered the small Mango Bingsoo ($8.50) and added a side of azuki beans ($0.50). I was happy to find that the mango was layered throughout the dessert and not just placed on top. The portion was refreshing and satisfying. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the cheesecake topping paired with the shaved ice. It didn't quite work for me, but it definitely wasn't a deal breaker. Overall, it was a nice post-dinner treat and I'd be interested in coming back to try some of their matcha drinks. read more

I was in the mood for a cold dessert but ice cream is too heavy and I already had yogurt recently. This place popped up and I thought 'hey shaved ice sounds like a happy medium.' I don't eat shaved ice very often so I'm not sure if $8 is a justifiable price for a small bingsoo. I do admit that their shaved ice is pretty good. I had the Coffee Biscoff (one of their popular choices) which has the 2 things I like. It was super soft and the biscoff topping added a nice texture. I love that the restaurant itself is clean and modern. Decent parking outside. read more

Had the mango bingsoo at floe! The mango was actually sweet (not sour at all), and the bingsoo itself was so niceee. The shaved ice was super thin, milky, and literally melted in your mouth like snow. They also added little cheesecake bits, which made it even better & gave it a creamy richness. The vibes here are really cute too!! Good amount of seating, chill atmosphere, and there's even a photo booth inside which makes it such a fun hangout spot. I love grapes and this dessert was so delicious and refreshing! Not too sweet and perfectly flavored like green grapes. This large bingsoo is good to share for about 3-4 people. It was 18 dollars though, I wish the price was slightly less but I think it was worth it for the special flavor and experience! Love the aesthetics here! It feels so charming. The warm fairy lights strung overhead give the patio a cozy, twinkly glow. Inside is bright, modern, and full of cute decor. Plus, there's a photo booth! Ordering is easy peasy: Just tap what you want and pay on the kiosk. There's minimal interaction with staff. We like the Mango Bingsoo and Sweet Corn Bingsoo for their fluffy ice & layers of toppings! The Strawberry Matcha was a bit on the watery side (maybe we should've adjusted the sweetness?) but the Double Matcha Cloud (less sweet) was great and matcha-forward. This place is so cute!! They have a photo booth to take pictures and it gets you 50% off if you post your order on social media. They also validate parking (up to 2 hours free) so it's a good spot for the parking in the area by the hospital. I think they mentioned hospital staff also gets 50% off drinks. They have a lot of promos posted on their Instagram randomly so be sure to check. I got an Ube Matcha, half sweetened, and I liked the flavors. It was a perfect sweetness for me since I don't like a lot of sweet items, and the ube flavor comes through nicely. The staff is super helpful when ordering, or you can order at the kiosk on the side. There's a lot of seating to study or chat with friends, and they also have wifi. I had a magical experience at Floe - Matcha & Bingsoo Cafe (Fullerton). I ordered the Strawberry Matcha ($7). It's Ceremonial Grade Matcha, Milk, and Strawberries! It's AMAZING! I couldn't stop smiling as I sipped this very fresh, chill drink. (Important: Customer Parking is free with validation for two hours. The lot uses automated cylinder barrier gates that don't accept cash. Remember to validate your ticket at this business's counter.) I arrived at Floe - Matcha & Bingsoo Cafe (Fullerton) on Thursday (around 9:30AM - Opening Time). Free Parking requires validation, but it's surprisingly easy and simple. This business is located by the Providence Patio. I quickly found parking. Staff is professional and welcoming. Staff is polite and diligent. Staff happily, quickly validated my Parking Ticket. My drink took one minute and 45 seconds. Very fast!! As mentioned, I ordered the Strawberry Matcha ($7). It's one of the best!! The matcha is very high quality, and it flowed like silk. I embraced its clean, earthy taste. And the strawberry purée added the perfect balance of sweetness. The strawberries tasted fresh (not processed), and I happily embraced it. I felt happy. On ambiance, Floe - Matcha & Bingsoo Cafe (Fullerton) is gorgeous. The front patio is enchanting with its greenery and twinkling lights. And everything felt clean & welcoming. There's also utility at Floe - Matcha & Bingsoo Cafe (Fullerton). There's customer internet with password; details are posted by the counter. There's also a self-service water station, and there's a gender neutral restroom. However, I was only able to find one electrical outlet for devices. When I asked Staff if there were more electrical outlets, Staff appeared confused. Regardless, it's a lovely place. Overall, I found unexpected magic at Floe - Matcha & Bingsoo Cafe (Fullerton). I went with a friend today and they happen to have a buy two, get a third free for wearing green promotion. We got a regular matcha latte, a double matcha latte, and an ube matcha latte, all with oat milk. The drinks came out quickly and had a decent matcha flavor. I was especially surprised by the ube matcha latte. The ube flavor was subtle, which I appreciated since I'm not the biggest ube fan. That said, someone expecting a strong ube punch might be a little disappointed. Everything was prepared fast, which is nice since the parking lot charges after the first 10 minutes ($10/hour, up to $40/day). Luckily, you can validate parking with a purchase, which helps. Overall, it's a solid spot for a quick matcha fix with a clean, aesthetic space and both indoor and outdoor seating. read more
I wanted a sweet treat late at night, and since this place closes at 9 pm we rushed to get there so we could try their drinks and bingsoo. Their bingsoo comes in two sizes, and even the small size is really filling. We tried the Double Matcha, which was so good, and the Violet Coconut Cloud, which was alright. I think it could have been better because I wish the bingsoo had more flavor throughout instead of most of it being on the top. Toward the bottom it was mostly just syrup, and I also wish there were more cheesecake bites mixed in. There's a self-order kiosk to place your order, but the staff are nice and helpful if you have any questions. The inside is clean with a lot of open space, which makes it a comfortable place to sit and enjoy the dessert. Their prices are pretty fair, and I would definitely come back to try some of the other bingsoo flavors the next time I'm craving a sweet treat. read more

Amazing coffee, desserts, service, and eating area! Everything was appropriately priced for the quality. I would recommend getting some of the sweetened condensed milk to put over the matcha bingsoo, it makes the flavor pop! We also received some amazing Banana ice cream from a very delightful and kind worker! They were very polite and made the experience even better! Will be coming here again! :) read more
