Love how quaint and cute this place is! It's located at the Source and unfortunately, parking can be annoying here so proceed with caution. Value? I think it's a smidge overpriced when it comes to the drinks. As for the food, I thought it was fair. The flavors were definitely there. I ordered a kimchi bulgogi sandwich and that's definitely the one to go for. The lemonade was delicious too!! I wish it had more for the price point though. It's a place to visit for the vibes as they offer a Photo Booth. Service? Good honestly! You can tell the coworkers enjoy their job here :) I love seeing people getting along and still making the effort to treat customers with that same dignity. We were greeted upon entering, received no pressure to place an order, were promptly assisted, and got our food in a timely manner. One minor detail, the napkin dispenser blends in on the counter. My dingus self didn't see it originally so here's my heads up to others looking at the self serve counter wondering the same thing haha. Oops Cool place with good food. Go with company though!!
This Korean egg sandwich shop at The Source OC is pretty good and the sandwiches are filling! They're located on the first floor of the mall and the workers did a good job making our sandwiches. They have a good selection of sandwiches to choose from, I decided to get the Kimchi Bulgogi Egg Sandwich and it was tasty! Each bite was flavorful and savory. They didn't skim on the portions and I thoroughly enjoyed the sandwich!

This was odd to me and the guy took our order instead. Me and my best friend did nothing except look at the menu so we don't know what happened there. After we ordered, the food took a while to come out. When the food did come out, it was sloppy which is why I guessed they put it in a small box looking thing. The taste was alright. Nothing amazing. It is not the best for people with sensitive stomachs. The place isn't that bad but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The sandwich's came out exactly like the photos they have on their walls however what the photo doesn't show is that the stuffing doesn't extend to the end/bottom of the bread. The bread is split into 2 to create a pocket then the eggs and meat lays within the pocket. Because of this, once you reach the bottom, you're left only with bread, so the ration is definitely off. I don't think you get your bang for your buck here especially if you're paying extra for the more popular options. But I do think it's a great option for something quick, tasty, and filling!

Just a heads-up for parents: the sauce can be a little spicy for kids, so I definitely recommend asking for it on the side. Otherwise, it's a fantastic post-competition meal!

I am writing to bring a serious issue regarding a to-go order I placed today for a bulgogi sandwich. Upon trying to eat the sandwich at home, I found that the outside of the brioche bread tasted strongly of cleaning chemicals or perfume. The taste was so persistent that I was unable to finish it. While I was in the store waiting for my order, I noticed a bottle of Fabuloso cleaning spray on a front table and a staff member using it near the window area, which I suspect may have contaminated the food or packaging. I attempted to call the store using the phone number on my receipt to discuss this matter, but the call went unanswered. I also looked for a contact form on their website but could not find one. This was a highly unpleasant and concerning experience, and I wanted to ensure management was made aware of it. Unfortunately I will not be coming back here.

I am writing this review in order to prevent this from happening again. I walked in to the restaurant morning time with my husband, and ordered the original and ham&cheese sandwich. We got our sandwiches in about 15-20min. As we got our sandwiches, the first thing I noticed was the taste and smell of dishwashing soap from both my husband and mine's sandwiches. Last time when we went we didn't have this issue, and we really enjoyed our food. However, this time it was hard to finish the sandwiches because of the dishwashing soap scent and taste from the bread. Overall, pretty sad experience but not gonna lie the sandwich itself is pretty good portion size and yummy.
Not once has this place disappointed me. It's been consistent ever since I started coming here years ago. The sauce adds a great kick to the eggs and cheese. The amount of egg and cheese makes it worth the price and more. The bread is so soft and adds the perfect touch of sweetness to the combo. It's a melt in your mouth experience that I enjoy every single time. One ham and cheese sandwich is $12.50 ($13.59 after taxes).
Located on the 1st floor of The Source. I didn't get a chance to personally try their sandwiches but my son got the bulgogi egg sandwich which he stated was delicious. Ordering was quick and easy but it did take quite awhile for the food to come out. It was smoky and smelled of fried foods so we waited outside awhile that took the food to come out.
Flippoly in Buena Park was pretty good! The sandwiches were creative, delicious, and perfectly made, and tho I didn't get drinks, they looked delicious as well. I'll have to try them next time. Fast service and a fun, modern vibe make it a great spot for a quick bite. It is a bit pricy for an egg sandwich but I guess egg prices have been up lol

Good Egg Sandwiches at FlipPoly - The Source Tried the Good Egg Sandwiches at FlipPoly in The Source, and they did NOT disappoint! The sandwiches are definitely on the pricey side, but honestly, they're worth it. The flavors were delicious, satisfying, and definitely hit the spot! I'd say this is perfect for a little cheat-day treat--something you enjoy without feeling guilty because sometimes you just have to treat yourself! A little pricey, but worth the splurge. I'd definitely come back when I'm craving a good, indulgent sandwich! read more
Came out of curiosity and ordered the hash brown sandwich & sister ordered kimchi bulgogi. Let me tell you if you watch Korean drama you've seen these sandwiches!! Honestly one of the stingiest places I've been to. I asked for an extra cardboard holder for the sandwich and they said it costs 25 cents and they don't give them out for free. I also ordered a cup of ice water, but it never came. I asked again and they said they would bring it out, yet it still never arrived even by the end of the meal. The food itself is actually pretty decent, but the service is terrible. Good food can't really make up for that kind of experience. read more

Had the bacon sando, it was very tasty but I wish the bacon was crispier and that there was more and more evenly spaced out. Personally felt like it was on the oily side and had too much sauce which made the bread a bit damper than I prefer. But hard to go wrong with a korean egg sandwich with a tasty sauce. read more
Pretty good drinks. Located inside the source mall so it is a nice place to stop by while shopping around the area. I personally liked the peachade drink which is pretty much flavored soda :) also like the dalgona milk tea and coffee as a small pick me up. Service can be a hit or miss though. read more

Finally got to try this korean style breakfast sandwich place! Located in the Source where it can get busy on the weekends. I ordered the Bulgogi BBQ to share with my sister. It was a sharable size. Good thing we shared because I don't think I would be able to finish the sandwich by myself. The egg was airy and fluffy where the bulgogi added a hint of savoriness and sweetness. The decor of the place is really cute and pink. I think there are also photobooths where you can take photos. read more

It was around 8:30pm and I was running around to food places at The Source to see if I could find trays or plates to serve a birthday cake. I saw flippoly had some on the side with their counter of napkins, utensils, and straws. I asked the lady at the counter if I could take some. I was going to take at least 14 trays and I offered to buy something to cover the cost of the materials, but she said it's okay and that I could take as many as I like. She was very generous and very kind. We always loved coming here and the employees are always kind. Their drinks like the tonic drinks are sweet, but I love it. Their sandwiches are great, especially for sharing with friends, so you can try other great food at The Source. This place is a sandwich/drink cafe and its small, but cozy. If they're busy like any other place, the wait can be a while for the sandwiches. Tried Flip Poly for the first time after seeing the hype, and the sandwich definitely looks impressive -- just check out the size and that thick, golden toast! I ordered the premium egg sandwich with beef and cheese, and while the presentation was great for a photo, the flavor didn't quite match up. The bread was fluffy but a bit too thick and dry on the edges. The beef was decent but needed more seasoning or sauce to balance it out. The egg and cheese were the best parts -- soft and melty, but overall the sandwich felt a little one-note. Not a bad stop if you're nearby and curious, but for the price, I expected more flavor and balance. Worth a try once, but not sure I'd go out of my way again. read more

Service was fast and attentive! I had a flip poly sand which during covid time and this is the 1st time i've gotten it since and I am still blown away by how good it is! The bread compliments the egg well and the dalgona coffee was a good amount of sweetness. The photo booth was down but hopefully next time I will be able to use it! read more
The music is way too loud in here but the egg sandwiches are so good! It reminds me of eggdrop in South Korea. Not as good but it's the closest we get here. There's been an increase in their prices because of the egg shortage. I wish they had an online ordering system because it takes a while for the food to come out and it would be convenient to just grab and go because the music is too loud inside. They're on DoorDash but with increased prices. They have a photobooth inside and it's only $5 so you can take photos while you're waiting. read more
This is a solid spot for a quick lunch at The Source. They also have AC blasting in the store so that was nice to enjoy while eating since it was extremely hot. I got the regular egg sandwich and at about $10, the price is pretty steep but it was a large enough portion to justify. Each sandwich is made fresh to order as well! They also have a photo booth in there which is a great alternative to Life 4 Cuts since you get 2 prints for $5. read more

Flippoly is open daily until 9PM, and they're serving thick, buttery sandwiches all day long. Located on the first floor of The Source in Buena Park, this place is a gem. I ordered the Bulgogi BBQ sandwich and it blew me away. The brioche is buttery and golden, the bulgogi is tender and flavorful and the combo of melty cheddar, fluffy scrambled eggs and sweet-spicy house sauce is everything I didn't know I needed. It's $12.50, but honestly, it's huge and loaded with flavor. Totally worth it. They've also got a great drink selection. I tried the Dalgona Foam Coffee, and it was the perfect sweet and creamy treat to balance out the richness of the sandwich. They offer milk teas, lattes, lemonades, frappes, and a whole lineup of creative Dalgona-based drinks. The staff was quick, the photo booth inside is a cute bonus, and I'm already planning to come back and try the kimchi version next. So happy to finally try out this place! It's located inside The Source in Buena Park, so after doing some shopping my friend and I stopped by for a quick snack. We went on a weekday so there was only two other people in the establishment. Waited for less than 5 minutes for our sandwich after ordering at the counter. There's also a cute photobooth inside if you wanted to do something else while waiting for your order. What we got: - Bulgogi BBQ: egg and bulgogi on soft, pillowy bread with a creamy sauce. The bread was buttered to perfection and omg maybe it's because I haven't had eggs in a while but I thought this combo worked really well. My friend and I split this sandwich and it wasn't too difficult to cut into two though it was a bit messy! It was so satisfying and flavorful and I can see myself getting it again I'm already planning on which sandwich I'm getting next time I visit! It's pricey for a sandwich, but I think it's worth it as every bite I had was delicious. I think I'll get the kimchi bulgogi next time or their angus beef sandwich if they still have it :) read more

First off, this place is inside a Korean Mall/plaza. We parked in the parking structure and were able to walk straight there. Loved that this business was open on Thanksgiving day. Inside is cute with an IG- worthy floral wall and also has photo booth where customers can add their photos to the business wall/windows. The two gals got our drinks and food ready quickly. It is on the pricey side in my opinion, but the sandwiches do fill you up. The brioche bread is super fluffy, eggs were light, the sauce does have a kick to it. If the bacon pieces were cut in half, it would make eating cleaner, and I wouldn't have had to much through all the bacon in the first few bites since they were full slices. Pro-tip: grab the forks as well. read more

I really liked: (in order) Hashbrown Bulgogi BBQ Angus Beef Sandwich Bacon Cheese Blue Lemonade Flippoly serves up some seriously large #goodeats. The Hashbrown stands out with a distinct flavor that sets it apart from the other sandwiches, making it more than just a side. The Bulgogi BBQ Sandwich is packed with savory goodness, with a slightly spicy mayo that complements the bulgogi perfectly. The bread is super soft, the cheese is rich and flavorful, and everything comes together really well. The Angus Beef Sandwich isn't listed on the main menu but has its own display, which the cashier helpfully pointed out when we asked for recommendations. The Bacon Cheese sandwich is another solid option, delivering on that classic, indulgent flavor. To drink, the Blue Lemonade is more like a blue Sprite than a true lemonade, not very tart, but light, refreshing, and enjoyable. Service was decent, with the cashier being helpful in guiding us to options we might have missed. However, the cleanliness could use some improvement. Even though they had only been open for an hour, and we seemed to be the first customers of the day, the benches were already a little dirty. I was in the hunt for some kind of breakfast type grub after charging my EV. Just around the corner was The Source offering these egg sandwiches with awesome reviews. This fluffy, soft toasty grilled bread housed this hit and fluffy egg heaven with cheese and house sauce. Every bite was heaven!!! I highly r commend it! I'm sure the other sandwiches are comprable in taste! The dalgona coffee on the other hand, just another coffee beverage. The only thing special about this particular drink was the crunchy, sugary toppings. Although it added texture to your sips, the big chunks definitely wasn't going thru the straw. And the photo/rendering of the drink didn't match what I received. The menu photo showed a heaping topping of the crunch stuff. I think I would have decided to save 50 cents and went with the foamy dalgona I'm much more familiar with. Once I got closer to the counter to order, I was greeted by the only staff. She's the cashier and cook! Isn't the cook supposed to wear a hair net or head covering? That's just me being picky or is that a requirement? It wasn't busy at all. But there was one guest that came in just for the aerial photo booth. There's also another standard photo booth in there too. It's in a quite location on the first floor, totally away from the food courts on the second and third floors. When you walk in, they've got a wireless speaker giving some BGM entertaining the dine in guests. read more
One of my favorite Egg Sandwich spots to go to. I especially love coming here after going to church. Me and my sister came here after church for brunch. I typically order the Bulgogi Sandwich but this time I decided to go with the Ham & Cheese Sandwich. We waited for about 10 minutes as there were a few parties ahead of us. Cute spot for Korean style breakfast sandwiches! It's fairly small inside with a couple tables for seating, but it is clean and nicely decorated. The wait was around 30 minutes for our sandwiches since it was all made to order. I got the ham and cheese sandwich without the sweet mayo and a matcha latte. The sandwich itself is really good, I loved how fluffy and soft the eggs were and the brioche bread was thickly cut and perfectly toasted. The spicy mayo was essential to balance out the richness of the egg and cheese. The matcha latte on the other hand was sooo disappointing, I could tell it wasn't going to be good by the barely green color of the drink. It was way too sweet yet also had a bad bitterness at the end, there was no matcha flavor at all. 0 stars on the drink :( I would skip the drinks here, they are overpriced compared to the $10 sandwiches. The staff was nice and working as fast as they could to send out the sandwiches, so if I don't consider the drink I ordered, I'll give this spot a 4. read more
I tried the Bulgogi Kimchi sandwich, and overall, it was pretty good. The bread was well toasted and lightly buttered, which added a nice touch. The meat was flavorful and cooked well, not tough at all. I really liked the kimchi in the sandwich because it wasn't overly fermented, which kept it from overpowering the other flavors. The white sauce was a nice balance, lightly sweet and savory. I deducted one star because the meat and kimchi were only on the top half of the sandwich. It was my first time here. I wanted the Bulgogi BBQ Sandwich, but they ran out because it was during the dinner rush hour. So I ordered the Angus Beef Sandwich instead. The sandwiches are bigger than the average size. My order came out in about 5 mins. So the service AND the sandwich were good. I just wish they keep a good stock of bulgogi. Anyway, you can give them a try and see what you think of it. read more

The ratio of ham to the bread and egg was a bit unbalanced (c'mon, just one thin slice of ham?!), but everything else worked pretty well! Very tasty egg sandwiches!! We were in the area and looking for something a little different for dinner. I opted for a bulgogi sandwich for dinner and grabbed a bacon to have the next day. The bulgogi was great. I got the sauce on the side which I think made it better as I am not a huge lover of mayo and my sister's had quite a lot. The bacon one was good. The egg is expertly cooked, nice and soft and no brown eggs! The bread was super soft and toasted. The service was good. The lady working the front was nice. But there was quite a wait when it didn't seem to be super busy. Between my sister and my order there was about a 10 minute wait so that was a lot because if she waited for me to get mine, her eggs would be getting cold. Something to keep in mind if going with a group. Everything is cooked to order but you will wait for it. Overall good and I would return. read more

Why is it so sweet?????? Felt like I was eating an egg sandwich made with 75% sugar. There's a decent egg portion, but when you reach the end of the sandwich, it's all bread. The hash brown could have been crispier. My boyfriend couldn't even finish his sandwich and threw it away because it was way too sweet. I'm expecting a savory egg sandwich, not a sugar overload. The dalgona coffee also wasn't very coffee forward and tasted like sugar milk. read more

I eve live it's freshly made since it tasted pretty fresh. Also I remember you can watch the making process as it's open kitchen.
How much are the photos?

Are there any dairy free options? Is the egg and brioche toast made with any dairy ingredients?
I came in to order and saw the bread in crates from their shipments. It does have dairy. It is bread after all. And no dairy free options.
