Imma sucker for bagels as my #1 breakfast choice so I was glad to find another highly rated bagel shop near me!! Service was friendly and reasonably quick. We came on a Saturday around 1030AM and there was only one party ahead of us. All bagel options were available. I got the Heavenly Veggie bagel on an asiago, and my husband got a sausage, egg & cheese on a sesame seed. SO fricken YUMMY. I also took a spinach parm bagel home which I would get as my primary choice next time. Parking lot is a bit small, and the shop is kinda hidden in the corner, but highly recommend going!! Fresh baked bagels on a Sunday morning is one of the best things. Stopped by for a Bacon, Egg and Cheese and it was delicious! I opted to add chive cream cheese and that put it over the top! The bagel itself was well made and the fillings made it a great meal. Service was friendly and attentive! This will be a short review compared to my usual reviews. I was driving around this morning and saw a sign that said "Buy One Sandwich, Get One Free." It caught my attention, so I pulled over to check the place out. I went up to the counter and asked if I could get the sandwich deal, but the guy told me it's only for lunch. I let him know they should really make that clearer on the sign--because that was the only reason I stopped in. I was a little irritated but decided to at least try something, so I ordered a jalapeño cheese bagel with plain cream cheese. It was fine. Nothing to write home about. The flavor was okay, texture was decent, but the cream cheese was too whipped for my taste. I like a little more substance to it. So yeah, an annoying experience and just an average bagel. I give this place an "eh" review--and I won't be back. read more

Stopped in while our car was getting some work done, picked up a veggie deluxe on a sesame bagel, a veggie omelette sandwich on a jalapeno cheese bagel, and a house special ice coffee. Every bite and every sip was delicious! The veggie deluxe is perfectly seasoned with super fresh veggies, the omelette sandwich was hot and cheesy. The house iced coffee was sweet and strong. 11/10 on food and service! The ladies working the counter were friendly and efficient, absolutely busting those orders out and taking the time to answer questions about the menu. I just discovered this bagel shop today. Totally awesome since there really isn't any bagel places on this side of Buena Park. I got the Works bagel with lox cream cheese and it was delicious. They are also having a buy 1 get 1 free lunch sandwich so I took advantage of that as well. Great bagels. Great prices. Fresh juices. This will be my go to bagel shop now. So close! read more

This is a small hidden gem! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place is nice and clean, and the staff is always super friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Their selection of bagels is awesome and they're fresh. This is def one of my favorite bagel shops and I make sure to stop by for a sandwich or bagel whenever I am remotely close. They have a great selection of breakfast sandwiches and even their rolls are made fresh in house. Super yummy, huge variety of bagels and they are all chewy and crunchy just how a bagel should be! Service was super fast and welcoming. I got the heavenly veggie on the works bagel and it was so good. Also, we got the egg, sausage and cheese bagel and the chocolate chip bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Next time I'd probably just get the regular cream cheese, but the strawberry sure is popular because the party behind us also got the same thing! We also tried the house special iced coffee which is similar to a Vietnamese coffee just with added half and half! They also sell their cream cheeses in little tubs in the fridge! You have an option to dine in or take out as well. Definitely will be coming back. read more

Today I ordered my bagel to-go (with cheese on side) and literally laughed when I saw my cream cheese. Again, we are being rationed. They literally hollowed out the center to not give a full serving. Cream cheese is the best part and I just don't know if I can give any more chances to a $14 SIMPLE bagel and drink combo. There wasn't even enough cream cheese to cover both sides of my bagel and it's EXTREMELY thin. I would need double this amount to actually have it the way I want. This is pathetic. Someone was literally trained to scoop out the inside and not just fill it up, it's silly when you really think about it. So bummed because I truly love the cinnamon glazed bagel.

It's on the sweeter side and has a floral aftertaste, but the flavors mix really well together. I typically get their matcha drinks or teas because I'm not a fan of coffee, but my friends that are coffee fiends are fans of the various coffee drinks here. Compared to other cafes, I feel like the cost of the drinks is standard, but the prepared food and pastries are on the steeper side. Still a great spot, I enjoy coming for the atmosphere and biscuits!

While it does require more preparation, it would make a noticeable difference. Ripe bananas are naturally sweeter, and removing the strings would eliminate much of the bitterness while creating a smoother, creamier syrup and cold foam. I also ordered the regular Matcha Latte, and personally, I found it more enjoyable than the Banana Matcha. That said, my all-time favorite drink here is still the Butter Honey Latte. It's incredibly creamy, rich, and full of flavor. I highly recommend giving that one a try!

We ordered patbingsu, bungeoppang (Korean fish-shaped pastry), and an iced café latte. All three items were placed together on one tray. Before eating, I took a picture to post on Instagram. Then, when I picked up the iced latte to take a sip, the lid came off because it had not been properly secured, and the entire drink spilled all over my clothes. I immediately told the staff that the lid had not been properly closed. Instead of apologizing or offering any help, the employees insisted that they had definitely closed it properly and that they had heard the lid "click." They basically said it was not their fault. What was even more upsetting was that they then walked into the kitchen and left us without offering any assistance at all. We asked for something to clean up the mess, but they told us that the tissues were outside and that it was self-service. They simply handed me a mop and expected me to clean everything myself. I was honestly shocked by the lack of basic courtesy and customer service. I went to the restroom and tried to clean my clothes with water as best I could. When I came back out, I saw the two employees inside the kitchen laughing and chatting together. At that point, I was extremely upset. Despite everything, I stayed because my friend had traveled a long way and had really wanted to try the patbingsu and bungeoppang. We tried to enjoy our food, but the whole experience left a very unpleasant impression. Later, when I looked again at the latte photo I had taken for Instagram before the spill, I could clearly see that the lid was not properly sealed. I don't usually write negative reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that I felt I needed to share it. Mistakes can happen, and I would have understood if the staff had simply apologized and tried to help. What was most upsetting was the attitude afterward -- no apology, no assistance, and no basic courtesy. I will not be returning to this location.

They then Say oh sorry that's just scam website that's tied to our business Call your bank. After we ordered, the food took a while to come out. When the food did come out, it was sloppy which is why I guessed they put it in a small box looking thing. The taste was alright. Nothing amazing. It is not the best for people with sensitive stomachs. The place isn't that bad but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

It was cooked unevenly. One side was soft while the other side was hard, and it tasted like it had been sitting out for a day or two. For a bagel shop, I expected much better quality. Honestly, I can get a whole pack of softer, fresher bagels from Costco for about the same price as one bagel here. I really wanted to love this place because the customer service and filling were great, but the quality of the bagel was very unsatisfying. Sadly, I don't think I'll be returning.

They always have a wide variety of donuts to choose from. I was overwhelmed by the many different unique options. I tried their Dubai Biscoff one which had some cream in between. It was glazed on top. The texture when I bit into it was divine. It had the perfect of cream, crunch and softness. It was also the perfect amount of sweetness. I shared one with one other person and we both loved it. Old Ferry is mostly all speciality donuts so they run a little higher in price but you can't get their unique flavors anywhere else so its a nice treat. They make them different everyday.
