Parking is horrendous but if you're patient, you should be able to get a spot within 15 minutes. Once you get Park, you will go to the lines that are set up outside that wraparound several lanes. The lines outside are at least 35 to 45 minutes just to get into the inside line. When you get to the front, let them know if you're going to be dining in or taking out or visiting the coffee shop. I advised that everyone who is not dining in immediately go to the bakery to the left, this is because you can always get your coffee or beverages after you get your pastries with little to no wait (5-10 mins) at the coffee shop. The bakery and cakey lines are packed. Take the time to look at all of the displays to find out what you may want before you get to the front. Know that people behind you are waiting on you so be mindful of that. Before I even get to the front, I have looked at all of the pastries to determine how many of each one that I want to try. There are so many options. I had a wonderful person named Brianna helped me she was new and in training and she did an excellent wonderful job helping us get our pastry order. She smiled. She had really good customer service and she clarified my order before she went to gather all of the things and packaged them up. Once you're done getting everything packaged up, you meet them at the payment counter to the left, which is between the bakery and the bakery counters. After you pay for your food, you're welcome to go get your beverages at the coffee shop, but the line there is not long at all. Overall, I highly recommend visiting Portos if you like baked items and pastries. They do have a restaurant that I have not tried yet, but the the pastries are what I come for.
