Now for the donuts: Chocolate Raised: The donut itself was surprisingly light, airy, and soft with a nice chew. The texture was exactly what I want from a raised donut. Instead, it had an artificial sweetness that left me wanting to move on after just a couple of bites. Cronut: It's essentially a glazed croissant, and that's exactly what it tasted like. The outside had a nice crispness, the inside was flaky and buttery, and the glaze added just enough sweetness.
