Wow. This is the best service ever! I started writing this before even trying the food because I'm so impressed. My mother in law wanted to get bahn mi and I found this place of yelp and was very curious that they have a ton of review for a sandwich place. There was no wait. The person who was behind the cashier suggested #1, #5 and #6. He was so friendly! He even gave us jasmine teas for free because he said the wait might be 20 minutes. He also offered for us to just sit in our cars and he'll drop off our food. When we got our food he also gave us 3 free muffins!!! I'm so impressed it so rare to get this service nowadays. The bahn mis are delicious!! Everyone support this place!

Pros: -An absolutely AMAZING owner. My fiancé and I visited this local shop during off peak hours and the owner was a true gem. He took the time to explain the menu to us and provide us recommendations based on our preferences. He was gracious enough to gift us chocolate sweets, bananas, and jasmine teas while we waited for him to make the sandwiches. -ALL sandwiches are made to order!!! You can't get fresher than that! -Large menu with a little something for everybody. Although you can't go wrong with the beef sandwich. -Locally owned small business. Got to support local! Cons: -take out only, so no dine in seating available.

We stopped by the store first the first time after shopping at nearby Home Depot. It has very good rating and was convenient to get some sandwiches to go. The store was packed with lots of goodies, slightly overwhelming yet very well organized. The owner/manager was kind, courteous, and helpful. He told me the top 3 most popular items and I got them to go. He explained the surcharge for credit card which I totally understand and gladly paid cash. Amazing service: He offered me free iced teas while we waited in the car, and delivered the sandwiches to my car. He also sneaked in some other free goodies into our togo bag. Very generous and very willing to go extra miles to make customers feeling delightful. The sandwiches are pretty good, and the price is a very good value.

5 star experience all around .. probably the most friendly owners that I've ever met in a place .. I placed my order over the phone and was told to be ready in about 20 minutes for pick up. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly face and a super cool owner that went out of his way to make sure that me and my son had everything we needed for a good dinner. bbq sandwich = 9/10 excellent taste and flavor. Veggie n avocado = 9/10 fresh and crunchy .. house special bahn mi = 9/10 traditional and delicious . Not only did they give us free drinks and juice for my son he had finished practice. They also gave us half of a cherry pie that would still warm to get home and have for dessert. How cool is that? Keep up the good work guys and I love it when the hospitality is great..

Had such a great experience at Sandwich House that I felt it deserved a shoutout. From the moment we walked in, the owner made us feel genuinely welcome. While we were waiting, he went out of his way to offer us free tea, which was such a thoughtful touch. It didn't stop there--he also surprised us with a complimentary cupcake for dessert and even gave us fresh calamansi, which added a unique and refreshing twist to the whole visit. We ordered the house special sandwich along with coffee, and both hit the spot. The sandwich was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care, while the coffee paired perfectly and rounded everything out. It's not just the food here--it's the hospitality that really stands out. You can tell they truly care about their customers, and that kind of experience is hard to come by. Definitely looking forward to coming back.

This place is so tiny but do not let the size fool you. The man running this shop has excellent customer service! He took our order quickly and then told us we could wait in the comfort of our car. He then gave us 2 drinks on the house (free). Gupys he was pretty quick with our order. He met us at our car & kindly, & appreciatively delivered our sandwiches. He truly was a delight. Like a main reason to go back. Then we got home, & seriously we found 2 baby oranges, 2 baby bananas and 4 cookies, 2 different kinds! For $18 we got a ton of food! And a ton of precious service.

We ordered the house special bánh mì on both a French roll and a croissant. Both had a great balance of meat, pickled veggies, and pâté. It also included egg, which I haven't seen on a bánh mì on the East Coast before and was a pleasant, delicious surprise. The Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk was very strong, in the best way. The service was outstanding. The owners were incredibly welcoming and even gave us iced jasmine tea made from fresh loose tea leaves on the house while we waited for the sandwiches. The shop is located in a corner spot of the plaza with a parking lot available. There are also three dedicated parking spots for Sandwich House Customers, so definitely should be able to find a spot. The shop itself feels very homey. It's take-out only with no dine-in seating, which is the only downside.

Sandwich House is always delicious and their service is superb! Today we tried the Grilled Beef and Grilled Chicken Banh mi. Both have very flavorful protein, but I prefer the House Classic with Pate on it. The pate is just that delicious! They do offer small cans for sale, and today I saw a new green one that supposedly has even more flavor. $7 for the red one and $7.50 for a green can. They do also offer catering. Large orders need to be placed at least one day in advance with a 50% deposit.

PARKING (5/5): They have 3 spaces coned off for 20 minute parking specifically for "SANDWICH HOUSE CUSTOMERS ONLY" so you'll probably always have a front row spot! AMBIANCE (4/5): This place is SMALL! It's TO GO orders only. Standing room only! They sell various Asian snacks and food items so if you don't want to stop by an Asian market, you can quickly grab some staples here! It's hard to see where to order since the entire place is lined with goodies for purchase, but you'll find it! SERVICE (5/5): You can BARELY see the man behind the counter because of all the goodies here, but you'll find him! Because this place is so small, after I ordered he offered to bring it to my car, what service! It was also my first time here so he gave me a free Iced Jasmine Green Tea on the house. I'm assuming the man I spoke to was the owner, he is literally the SWEETEST and so FRIENDLY. Just based on that alone, I'd 100% be back to support this small business. Orders take about 10 minutes, which seems like a long time for a sandwich, but totally worth it! Just be patient. FOOD (5/5): $6 COFFEE WITH CONDENSED MILK (traditional Vietnamese coffee): OMG IT WAS AMAZING! I love strong coffee and this was better than any other place I've had Vietnamese coffee by far! $9 HOUSE SPECIAL: I had to get the special for my first time! It comes with pate, which is my FAVORITE! OVERALL (5/5): I was debating going to the famous "Lee's Sandwiches" since I was passing it and it was the closest, but decided to look up a new place to try and boy am I glad I did! This was SO MUCH BETTER than Lee's. If you're ever in the area, come here! Support a small business and experience the amazing customer service and most of all, CHEAP PRICES, GREAT FOOD to back it up!

    Got a lil pastry!

PLEASE stop by and get a sandwich here! The owner is super sweet and cool! Definitely a nice little stop-by sandwich shop! Came for a sandwich, left with pastry's, fruit, tea and a hand sanitizer hehehe!

    Snacks and tea too lol

    |[ w h o l e s o m e i n t h e w a l l ]| Amazing. Hole in the wall banh mi shop, the reviews are accurate-- super fresh ingredients and 10/5 hospitality! Avocado veggie croissant was sooooooo good!! The flavor was perfectly blended and the peppers weren't too spicy either. |[ m a d e t o p e r f e c t i o n ]| We also loved the house special banh mi, and how soft the toasted bread was. Pleasantly surprised that the layer of mayo was light also (I forgot to request no mayo), it was so meticulously made and we are in love. Black iced tea was also refreshing, freshly brewed! |[ t h a n k u ]| Take out only but that's exactly what we wanted, little snack storefront, and the gentleman who helped us was like the best grandpa we never had. He even brought our food out to the car!! Please never change, we'll be back! :)

I really appreciated the fries actually not tasting soggy despite the seasoning on top. The chicken bowl with eggs were delicious too. I liked the coleslaw they included as well. It had a nice black pepper flavor to it that made everything taste a bit more brightened. I wish it gave me a no rice / all slaw option. I also liked the lack of sour / mayo laden nature of typical coleslaw. This, I wouldn't mind eating all the time. I usually otherwise can't stand coleslaws. The service was friendly and efficient. The pricing was reasonable for the amount of food I got. The place had good parking and the online ordering went through without a hitch. Looking forward to returning again in the future.

TOGO'S recently revamped their rewards program so that whenever you accumulate 50 points, you earn…read morea $5 off reward. Points round up if the subtotal ends in a half dollar or more. As part of this revamping process, TOGO'S migrated their rewards system to a different platform, and if you successfully migrated your account over, you get a $2 off reward that is valid for 2 weeks. My $2 off reward was going to expire in 2 days, and I was planning a quick trip to the area to visit a couple other businesses in the same intersection, both of which had offers that were going to expire the same day or the following day as well. I normally wouldn't go this far for a TOGO, but was definitely willing to make an exception this time around. This TOGO'S in Cypress is located on the southwest corner of Katella and Knott. The dining space inside is quite ample, much larger than the Long Beach location I must say! There was a large family sitting in the far corner on the left hand side, but towards the right, there was an employee, Logan, who was ready to assist me. As I was looking at the menu, I didn't like how the menu was kind of scrambled around. What do I mean by this? So I was intending to get a mini 3" sandwich to redeem my $2 off since percentage wise, that'd be really good savings there. The right side of the menu specifies the sandwiches that can be made miniature, but the sandwiches are denoted by their assigned numbers. The numbered sandwiches aren't in any particular order, so without Logan's help, I would have had to bounce back and forth between different sides of the menu to understand which sandwiches come in a 3" size, and for how much? Such a cumbersome way to present that part of the menu that I really wish TOGO'S would consider reformatting the menu for ease of readability. But I'm starting to digress. Logan did help me out by specifying the four mini sandwiches that I was initially looking at. I thought about the #3 Turkey and Cheddar, but once he told me the #20 was Albacore Tuna, I decided to go with that. Tuna sandwich for less than $4? Count me in! Logan asked me a couple questions: What type of bread, and would I like all the produce? Since I'm trying to get more whole grains and vegetables in my diet, I said whole wheat and yes, respectively, to his questions. However, Logan was trying pretty hard to sell me on a kids meal, which also comes with chips and a bottled water, despite me not being a kid, except maybe at heart lol. I did ask him how much a Kids Meal was, and he had to go to the register to look it up. It was a couple dollars more than a mini Albacore Tuna sandwich, but since I was planning to get food at a neighboring eatery, I passed on the kids meal and settled for the mini sandwich. While Logan was crafting my sandwich, he asked his co-worker, or maybe supervisor, Brian, to ring me up. After scanning my QR code for the migration offer, the $2 came off, no problem, and I paid. Shortly after I paid, Logan had my sandwich ready in a takeout bag. I asked for a water cup, and he gave me one, no problem as well. I took the sandwich and water cup to a table by the window to enjoy, but the first thing I noticed was a small piece of bread stuck to the outside of the wrapper?! Well, not so great presentation up front, but after unwrapping the sandwich, I found the #20 Albacore Tuna to be quite good! Unfortunately, it seemed Logan missed a few of the vegetables like the olives, jalapenos, and the cucumbers, which you can request in the TOGO'S app. Kind of disappointing, especially since he asked if I'd like all the vegetables before crafting my sandwich, but I suppose for those three in particular, you have to proactively ask? Nevertheless, I enjoyed the tuna in this sandwich, and there was still a good helping of vegetables in the sandwich otherwise. However, $5.75 for a mini is still kind of steep for such a small, but mighty, sandwich. Like I said earlier in the review, there are plenty of tables for customers to sit at, so unless an entire baseball team and their parents are there to celebrate a big W on the field, I doubt you'd see a full house in this TOGO'S. Overall, TOGO'S is still a good solid spot for sandwiches even if they're a little pricier than Jersey Mike's or Subway, but they do stuff the sandos with good quality ingredients! Also, despite the hard, but rather unsuccessful selling job, Logan was still a pretty cool employee to do business with.
