We came into Fleet Feet looking specifically for quality shoes for my husband while he waits for spine surgery, and we did find a pair that worked for him. The quality of the shoes was excellent, which is why we chose this store in the first place. Cam helped us, and the shopping process itself was quick and straightforward. We were in and out in about 10 minutes with what we needed. The selection, however, was not as broad as I expected. They did not have the wide shoes that had been recommended, only the regular version, so that's what we ended up purchasing. The overall atmosphere also did not feel very welcoming or friendly toward us. There wasn't much interaction, warmth, or even a simple smile during our visit. If you're looking for a highly personable customer service experience, this may not be the place for that. After years of having new balance dad shoes, I finally went to Fleet Feet to get fitted and really find a shoe that fits me and what I want to use it for. I'd like to especially commend David for the help and patience he had with working to find me the ideal shoe. I went in to the store having thought that On Cloud shoes wouldn't be for me and after all the testing and trying on shoes (and running outside on the sidewalk)....I ended up with On Cloudmonsters. I was recommended to fleet feet by a friend who recently ran the Boston marathon and swore by them. I knew I needed some new running shoes and wanted to get some that were designed for my feet and Fleet Feet did not disappoint! The staff was very friendly and Nathan in particular worked with me on finding the best shoe. He was super helpful, clear, and informative. He gave me a breakdown of my feet and how I walk/run and even gave me some history on the shoes he brought out to try. All in all he found some awesome shoes and inserts for me and that night I had one of my best runs because of them!! P.S. give Nathan a raise he's great!! read more

One of the worst customer service experiences I've had in awhile. Went to try on a couple shoes for upcoming race but was completely ignored for a least 10-15 minutes. Then approached the front desk and was told they would take my name down for the next available associate. I tried to explain that I didn't need a foot scan and just needed a shoe I could try on, but front desk guy was new and said he wasn't sure if he could do that. So after another 15-20 minutes of waiting decided to leave. Was never acknowledged by associate and seemed if you weren't getting a foot scan that you didn't exist. Needless to say, I will be purchasing shoes from somewhere else. read more

I bought some new running shoes yesterday. I've got all kinds of back issues and J'Lane Took extra time to fit me perfectly. I did the iFit scan where I learned I have high arches and wide-ish feet. I bought some fantastic shoes and walked out in them looking like a champion. You might pay a tiny bit more for the customer service but believe me it's worth it if you exercise at all or have any kind of back issues. They have brands like Brooks, Saucony, Hoka, ON, Altra, Mizuno, Nike and more. They also have Lululemon and other athletic gear. Do your body a favor and go buy a new pair of running shoes. I also bought the insoles because my bones are like an old grandmothers and I need all the support I can get. With these shoes on, my body thinks I am 10 years younger. read more

I have really mulled over my experience with a sales person at this location where I bought my sneakers several weeks ago. He was super unfriendly and not warm at all and he pointed out after my feet were scanned that I have wide ankles. Not sure why he needed to mention this as I already know this about myself and is irrelevant. I'm not an athlete and I'm not thin, but am active and average five miles a day via walking. I sure hope the employees of Fleet Fleet are not all discriminatory toward people who have different bodies and that this was an isolated incident. Sadly, I did not feel welcome in this store.
