So of course I took that as a sign. Also I spotted a dress that I liked from Christmas too, but it wasn't on sale or clearance, but I got it anyway. The jeans are embroidered all the way down both legs. Really gorgeous blue flowers. The dress is a full length very full with tank top like straps. Very happy with both in style and fit. Customer service was nice. I asked if the dressing room was open, and she said yes. The room I was in was clean and large enough to try on clothes. I did see some other outfits, and dresses that I liked too, but for now, its just going to be the jeans and dress.

Never have I experienced such bad customer service at a store... This one tops it for sure, and it's the worst in the women's department and based on the reviews, it seems like no one is doing ANYTHING to address this problem. I was in LINE with an associate who was helping someone else, and right after they finished, she just left the station without acknowledging me and letting me know that she would be busy and wouldn't be able to assist me. After waiting a bit and realizing she wouldn't be coming back, I asked her if she could assist me, but she said that wasn't her department so she couldn't. I find another associate to help me and on my way out, I see that same previous associate AT THAT SAME COUNTER THAT SHE SAID SHE COULDN'T HELP ME AT with ANOTHER customer. This is unacceptable and so disrespectful. Not only did she ignore me while I was clearly waiting for her help, she straight up lied to me that this wasn't her department and right after she said that, helped another customer at that same counter. I've had another rude experience before this as well, but this one was so absurd I had to share my experience. However, Pat in the bag department has always been helpful and I haven't had any issues with the men's department so far either. But with the horrible customer service I've experienced, I would give this Dillard's 0 stars if I could

I just want to say, they are off of 620, so you think it would be easy to find. But it's a little bit of a maze. It's almost like you're going to the hotel that is there, but then swing around to the back of the hotel. Once you find it, you'll know the next time. It's a little confusing. The parking lot right in front is somewhat small. But there is some parking to the side of the building before you drive to the front of the building. They also have handicap parking spots available too. I did take a video of the parking lot. As you enter, to the left is women's clothing. On the right is beautiful dish ware sets. Towards the back they have hand bags, and kitchen ware. In the back right corner is books and in the middle on the right is kids clothing and men's. They do have a lot of jewelry in the middle, and that's where the cashiers are to check out customers. Places like this seem like they move inventory pretty quickly. So if you see something, buy it up. Might not be there the next time. I bet they get a lot of new inventory often. (Although I don't know for sure) Racks are pretty organized by size. So it makes it easy to go through. I did see some high end brand names. I'm glad I was able to check them out. I think it's geared towards older customers. Not exactly what I would be looking for. But now I know.

But, as I picked up my son's suit that he wanted to wear for his upcoming wedding, I was treated in such an abrupt and rude manner by the guy who was the salesman who originally helped my son. I get the sales guy might be nervous about this whole epidemic. But you till don't shut doors in your customer's face. You dont give curt clipped answers that end in a take it or leave it tone. You "at the very least" acknowledge the social rules have been temporarily changed and at the very least apologize for not being able to provide the expected level of customer service. Maybe you might offer a complimentary shirt or tie? Being kind isn't so out of reach. Not that theyre worried whether my son's suit will look nice for him on his special day. but my wife will finish altering my son's suit for him and we'll make sure it will all work out.

We picked up the items a few days later and immediately packed for a trip. Yes, our fault for not verifying, as we were in a hurry. However... the pants had not been altered and created a severe privacy issue on a cruise ship. I also think the suit jacket was not altered. We took the items back after the cruise, where the saleswoman and a different salesman were at the counter. He was very apologetic, and she just gasped. The buttons have been placed on the pants, now, yet the snafu and her service left such an impression. Never this location again.
