This is a boutique with style lovely lovely clothes and very hip looking dresses shoes assessories and tights which I purschased. It is a store that caters to the young crowd if you know what I mean but some dresses can be used by any age group. The sales ladies are very informative on the quality and where the clothes they have on the rack comes from. It is a quality store not expensive not cheap in between I would say. A sweet little place to buy nice and well made clothes. Located at the Hill Country Galleria a favorite place to shop very hip for any type of clothing you desire. Recommend this location. read more

I shopped here for the first time a few weeks ago. I was so impressed with the great clothing and shoes especially considering the very modest price points. Everything is reasonably priced but still has that "boutique, exclusive vibe that you won't see every other person in town wearing" like other moderately priced clothing chains like H&M, etc. I bought a pair of shoes which I wore for the first time last night and they were so incredibly comfortable. The accessories, especially necklaces and earrings, are all so fabulous. The great thing about this place is that anyone of any age range can find great pieces here. This is definitely going to be my new shopping spree location. I highly recommend visiting this great boutique. read more

Five stars all around! I've been a loyal Fab'rik customer for years. Every time I come in there is something new to look at and try on. The clothes have an edgy, relaxed and fashion forward feel to them. Not only are the clothes and brands great but the accessories are too! I have always had great customer experience as well. The items are cute so I wish I could give more stars unfortunately the staff is useless. I've been to this store twice the first time I got a hello but nothing after that. I literally looked around the store for 20 mins and none of the 4 girls working asked if they could help. I came back today because I remembered a pair of shoes that caught my eye. This time it was a Friday evening, 2 girls were working and there was no one else in the store but me. Again nobody tried to help me. After I tried on a pair of shoes and decided to buy them then finally a sales associate, I believe her name was Jenna, interacted with me. She was friendly. However the entire time the girl that appeared to be the manager was too busy on the computer or bagging up the trash to acknowledge me or the then 3 other people that walked into the store while I was checking out. I wish I could make this store a regular place I shop at but unfortunately I'd rather take my business some place that doesn't make me feel like a nuisance. read more

YAY Fab'rik is in Austin! I moved to Austin a few months ago from Atlanta, GA where there were several Fab'rik boutiques. I loved this store and was sad to leave it along with a few other of my favs behind! But now I am super happy to have found a piece of ATL in ATX! Fabrik has become my favorite boutique in the Lakeway area. I usually pop by in the mornings while my kids are in school, and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful if I ask for them to style an outfit. Last time I went I was shopping for three specific looks (girls night out, date night, and comfy mom outfit). The woman working helped me find great options and then helped me accessorize with jewelry, cute lace bralettes, and comfy shoes . All the jewelry I bought has brought new life to items I already had at home.. The girls also suggested ways I could mix some of my new items with pieces we all have at home to create even more outfits. Fabrik is a store you really should visit! read more

I have slowly realized this is my favorite little shop around the hill country. The pieces are unique whether it's jewelry or dresses. I usually leave with something. It seems they don't carry a lot of sizes in each piece so it feels as though everyone won't be wearing my same outfit. Quality of clothes are great. i hit fab'rik every time i'm in austin (which is quite often - i'm from there). it's my go-to shop for up to the minute fashions.... fashions that i really want to rock, but don't want to spend a fortune on. the quality is great though, despite the modest price tags. i always walk out with cute tops, a dress or two, and great accessories (jewelry & purses are my favorites, but they have great belts & shoes too). my husband used to shop there, but they have done away with the mens section - so now it's mine all mine! the staff has been helpful and friendly every time I have stopped in to shop. so go shop fab'rik - right now! read more

The clothes are decent- 3 out of 5 times I can find something I really want to buy. The shoes are cute and cheap. The store is clean. The downfall is the staff. The girls who work there, and I've been to Fab'rik on and off for the past four years, are more or less snobby and rude. My last experience at Fab'rik the cashier was extremely rude and unfriendly, making me feel really uncomfortable when I tried to be friendly to her. This just made me realize that I no longer want to spend my money somewhere where I am not treated correctly. Like it or not, customer service is a huge factor when it comes to choosing where you're going to spend your money-- and being looked and talked down to is not a good business strategy. I really thought fab'rik was going to be another boutique that costs an arm and leg. I was wrong & so happy! You can find amazing deals!! The girls there really help you as well, I needed their opinion and they told me the honest truth rather than just try to milk me for all I'm worth. When I walked in this store, I wasn't greeted by anyone working there. They just gave me a glare and continued what they were doing. The staff is rude, and unprofessional. Walked in with my sibling to try on some dresses, and was in a rush to leave after the dresses didn't work. When picking up my stuff from the floor which I had sat in a pile I accidentally grabbed a necklace and walked out. 10 minutes later, reached into my pocket in order to get my keys and noticed the necklace. Walked back and called the store to return it, when I walked in, the staff was rude and accusatory as if I had done that on purpose. Not only did the staff make rude comments but then went to stores surrounding it that are locally owned and asked if any of them knew me, which they did because we all attend the same school. Made them look up my phone number and name to which she was going to use to call me with and spread to other stores. Bottom line: they are rude, unprofessional, and do not have the capability to correctly handle difficult situations read more
