They didn't have a huge selection of sizes in person for the sale panties which was surprising, and they could use some full-length and angled mirrors in the fitting room area. But aside from that the service and cleanliness of the store were great. I was helped by Leyla and Sara and I chatted while I was perusing. It was not until I opened my trunk at the Domain that realized that I had gotten large socks instead of medium one. Good news...there was another Lululemon at the Domain. As I walked into Lululemon Domain, I immediately noticed that the store was densely packed with customers and a long check-out line. In order to defer the long, meandering check-out line, I decided to check the sales racks. While the Domain store had a larger variety of sales items, I did not find any item I wanted to purchase. By the time, I finished combing through the sales racks, the line had decreased. After scanning the SKU#, the sales associate said she was able to locate 9 pairs of socks in store. Then she went off to secure one of the nine sets of socks. In no time, she came back with the size medium socks. She rang me up rather quickly and offered me reusable shopping bag. This was an even exchange at $0 cost to me. In addition, I was captivated by the big screen behind the registers. As a side note, I love their reusable bags. Often, I carry my gym items in the Lululemon bags. You can use them as a lunch bag, grocery shopping bag or on a picnic. They are extremely portable. My sales associate gave me one of the new designs in red.

This store has an easy-to-follow layout, but I noticed it is different from the others in Austin. Curious. Most of the displays were in good condition, and the clothing was in good order, easy to find sizes. I noticed there were places in the store with large open floor areas. It looked very odd. You can see it in my photos. The floor isn't very attractive, so it really stands out. I saw a few employees walking around the floor, but no one approached me to see if I needed any help. In all, there's nothing special about this location. It's your average Old Navy.

There was a great selection of my favorite brands, including Converse, Skechers, and Rocket Dog! My husband needed assistance with his shoes. The store manager, Tony, was very knowledgeable regarding the makeup of the shoes, and how it affected shock absorption by the joints and back. I was additionally impressed when he answered all of my questions regarding Skechers, and the various ones offered in their store. My husband also needed some insoles for added comfort and Tony assisted in choosing the right ones for the shoes he picked out. This kind of service should be the norm everywhere and not the exception. Because of our experience, I will be returning to this store for future shoe purchases.
