Just went in for my first time to this shop. While it's really cute and the clothes and jewelry are nice, the two young girls working there were extremely rude. Not only did they completely ignore me but when I asked for help they seemed to not be bothered from stopping their conversation about their boyfriends. It made me so uncomfortable and angry that I left and I won't be going back. read more

My daughter and I walked in the store to see what the store had to offer. We had never been there. As we walked in, the salesperson failed to even say a polite hello, how are you. I decided okay let's give them a chance. The owner was present and I passed by her and she failed to even say a word to us!! Another lady walks who happened to be blonde and blue eyes and they were falling all over her. I could not believe that they had just DISCRIMINATED us. I was appalled!! I stopped in here on my way to Two Saints from Dripping. On the way, our baby had an accident that left him covered in poo. We had to strip him down and clean him up. I had a Mommy Fail and forgot to pack an extra change of clothes for him, so I ran into Oh Yeah to see if they sold baby clothes. Sure enough they did! I told the salesgirl what happened and that I desperately needed an outfit. She was so sweet and offered me a discount to help with the cost of buying the emergency outfit. They even provided me with a trashbag to contain with the soiled clothes. Great service! read more

Beyond disappointed in this store. Have shopped here many years. Purchased my daughter a back pack and lunch box set for school. Ordered early before school started, the zipper broke the second week of school! It took me a week or so to get in to return it as it was over $100 for both and the monograming! I was told pretty much sorry and what did she want her to do with it? Even tried to say it still functioned with one zipper still unable to move! Lol.. She also told me my 2nd grader should only use one side of the Zipper ??? Really on a $75.00 backpack. Ridiculous.. I was appalled that I was not even offered a partial store credit!!! I was offered a free monogram, on another new back pack!! It's very apparent they will not stand behind the things they sell.
