At no point did an employee announce hey we're closed but we can go ahead and check you out. They just let us walk out after we put our things back and didn't say a word. Not great customer service. I spoke with April about my free goodie. And she asked what I'd like. I wasn't sure what I wanted, so she listed a few items. I eventually decided on 3 chocolate dipped strawberries. The strawberries were made fresh, and they did need set so the chocolate would dry. So I sat down on their couch that they have in their lobby. My strawberries were done in about 10 minutes. I spoke with April a little bit. I was so grateful and appreciative with these gorgeous large chocolate dipped strawberries, AND THEY WERE FREE! I think this location is a new location for them. When I raised the issue, instead of acknowledging the discrepancy or offering to remake the arrangement, Lynsey tried gaslighting saying that the flowers were beautiful and offered to pick up the bouquet & refund the money. They also knew the flowers were a gift for a friend's cancer surgery. They have no accountability or compassion. If you're spending serious money on flowers for a special occasion, I'd strongly caution against ordering here. What you see is not what you get. 1st image is what was delivered, 2nd image is what I thought I was purchasing.
