It was delivered on time and exactly what was ordered. I felt like the price was reasonable as well.

I have used them twice without any issues. Very fast delivery and communication! highly recommended!!

I requested to cancel the order several hours before delivery and I was ignored - feels like a scam to me.

This was the best gift for my little sister turning 21! I don't live in ATX so I just went online and looked for something that could be delivered the same day and Couch Potato came out in my google search. This was the best option, I was able to create a unique gift basket according to my sister's taste, and it was literally delivered within an hour after placing the order online. read more

How have I lived here for so long and not known this place existed? Not only is this place great for the lazy person, it's also great for the busy person. And, dare I say it, the creative person. Want to send someone a gift? Tired of the typical flowers/cookies/cupcakes treatment? BOOM! Couch Potato Austin to the rescue! I recently sent my dear fiance his own personalized gift basket from Couch Potato, and the experience was awesome. I picked all these random things I knew he would like, they put it in a great looking basket for me, delivered it, and texted me on their way to delivering it (with a photo!). AND, they have online ordering that is super convenient and works it's like a dream folks. Also, they emailed me with questions which I greatly appreciated because my cell phone gets horrible service at my job. In a word, winning. And think of the other options. Rainy Sunday? Sick at home? Car in the shop? Couch Potato Austin is your answer. This definitely will not be the last time I use these wonderful folks. read more

Amazing! Finally something great like this has hit Austin. I have never seen anything like this before. I wanted to order a Get Well basket for a family member. I'm located in LA so I needed something that would deliver rather quickly. Couch Potato is amazing. What a great business. I will definitely use them again. Their service is amazing I spoke to Kristin (sp?) she was very helpful. The variety they offer makes their products feel very personal. Easily customizable to fit any personality. They texted me a photo of what the basket looked like before they delivered it. Service is great and on point. Thank you so so much Couch Potato. P.S It's all in the details. Loving the smiley faces on the beer and card. Very nice touches! read more

Great local business to support! WAY better than going through 1800Flowers or any of the typical gift basket franchises that always include waxy looking fruits. Couch Potato ATX has fun, yummy and cute products to offer in the gift baskets. Love it! Thank you! read more

I don't know who isn't using this, but I love it!!! I have been able to send my employees gift baskets and treats while working from home. My employees love it! They are reliable and fun! Super helpful and great customer service! Basket was delivered the same day and was very cute. Would use them again in a second!

Couch Potato ATX's Kristen and her team never fail to deliver the best service. They have a wide selection on the app and have fair pricing. I especially like that they have a selection of local items. If there's ever an issue with timing I'm notified via text or phone call of the delay. Haven't used them for the party or gift basket service yet, but will have to in the future. I highly recommend using Couch Potato ATX for any quick needs! read more

I do not recommend using this service based on time alone! 8:15PM Placed order 8:37PM Per woman who answered, orders are delivered within an hour of placement. 9:37PM Called regarding order status. Woman confirmed order should've already been delivered. She'll contact driver, check, and call me back in 10 minutes. Confirmed I can receive text messages. 9:48PM Called regarding ordered status since woman failed to call. Per woman who answered, driver is on his way. 9:52PM Driver calls. He cannot find the front of the hotel and basically tells me this is my fault (rude and final reason for one star). I go downstairs and meet the driver through a side door. I finally have my order! Lay's STAX Sour Cream & Onion $2.99 Pepperoni Hot Pocket $1.99 IBC Root Beer $1.99 Chicken Ramen in a Cup $1.99 Funyuns $1.79 3 Velveeta Shells & Cheese Cups $5.97 Saltine Crackers $4.99 Tax $1.79 Delivery $5 Total $28.50 read more

Couch potato is great. The wait time for me has always been about 2 hours, maybe once it was 1.5 hours. That's a long time if you really need something but if it is for later it's great! I used to order way before I needed it and so it was never a big deal. I hate the phone so I haven't talked to them but the website works lol. It is good to hear that I can ask for possible other items bc sometimes the items are limited. I assume it just depends on what they have. I never had a rude experience at all though. Once we fell asleep and they left the order at the door which was awesome. Once there was a problem with the card and they let me pay cash. Always real nice ppl. Expensive but that should be expected from a service like this. I can't believe Austin doesn't have more of these yet! read more

They owe me about 300 USD after charging me multiple times when their website said that my card was declined at checkout. This happened about two weeks ago. I have messaged them regularly for a week with no response and I still don't have my money back. Horrible experience. read more

Great selection and super quick delivery! Made it a gift basket for a friend that had just lost her job..... filled with wine and good sweet treats. They added a personalized messaged and delivered the next day. read more

Ugh. I really wanted this to work out for me tonight! I'm literally 3 blocks outside of their delivery area in North Austin and the girl that answered the phone that was way too far North for a Friday night. If your delivery zone changes depending on the day of week, tell me that in the web. Don't get my hopes up here. This sounds like a really great service and I was a customer willing to spend some cash. read more

These folks rock! I needed to get some Mrs. J's to my amazing team in Austin ... and I was sitting in an airport on the other side of the country. I'm definitely missing a few stories here, but here goes... =Work= I own a business here in Austin and CPA has really come through every single time: 1) Once I forgot to pick up powdered sugar for some King Cakes that a customer wanted made for Mari Gras. CPA went to HEB and bought what I needed and delivered it to our production team. 2) Once, I was out of town for the 4th of July and didn't realize that they were closed for the holiday. I left a message and they called me back --and made the emergency delivery to the customer anyway. With a smile. 3) Any time we get a late order and it's inconvenient for me to make the delivery -- CPA is ready and willing to do the run for pretty much the same price as doing it in-house. =Personal= So you've probably seen their website: they deliver all sorts of stuff at gas station prices-- which, in an of itself, is a fantastic service (God knows that they help me keep making responsible choices); but did you know they'll also go to restaurants, order food for you, and bring it to you? Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits delivered?? Yes please. Long story short, Couch Potato Austin has saved me many a client-- and they actually care about doing a damn good job. I've run into few businesses that work this hard to keep their customers happy (I try to be one of them -- and they help make that job easy). I'll continue to use them often :) read more

This business is pretty damn BA. The prices are fair, and I randomly ordered some Goodpops and Chameleon Cold Brew at 845 on Thursday evening because I was feeling particularly lazy. Less than 30 minutes later, everything was here! The deliverer was very friendly, and I'm super pleased with everything. Speedy with great selection. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! read more

These folks are on to something really great! I mean, with all the lazy (and drunk) people in Austin, they stand to make a killing! I first heard about Couch Potato from a coworker who was absolutely adament that I had to try them out. So after a few weeks of thinking it over and perusing their menu, I finally tried them out on a Friday night and was pleasantly surprised at how easy and practical the process was. I ordered a half dozen eggs, a six pack of beer, a pint of milk, and a Boomerang sandwich. Everything arrived within an hour and was delivered by a friendly driver. Everything was packed nicely and the beer arrived ice cold, as did the eggs. The driver was a bit winded because she had to go up a few flights of stairs but was courteous and nice nonetheless. She even gave me a free magnet for my refrigerator! There's no doubt in my mind that Couch Potato is well on its way to becoming a true Austin staple. Give them a try when you're too lazy (or drunk) to head to the store and I'm sure you'll enjoy them as much as I did. They're great people! Five Stars! read more
