For example, there were a lot of ICE based items tucked away as well as current celebrity crushes who are on everybody's minds. The coolest thing I found was a James Talarico candle but other than that, a lot of the items that were for sale were pretty kitschy and I believe they are the same wholesale items I have seen before. I must shoutout the incredibly helpful service from Audrey who went above and beyond to help me find items for my friend's birthday. She was super sweet, and I would've been wandering around the store aimlessly if it wasn't for her direction. Additionally, she even came up with combination gift ideas which was pretty sick. Atown is lucky to have her! I think my PTSD is no longer because of her assistance. Great store, unfortunately high prices. However, no one does it like Atown!

My fellow friend (white male) checked out right after me and he greeted him! He also asked him how he wanted his items wrapped. (We both had the same items) If the store itself wasn't so nice and full of good merchandise/gifts I would've given it an even lower rating. To management: please know and remind your employees that even a simple hello goes a long way Edit: This seems to be a trend going years back (looking at reviews) with this business and their discriminatory practices. We had such an amazing time on Lake Travis thanks to Willo and Float On. Everything about the…read moreexperience was extremely streamlined from booking to filling out waivers to navigating to the marina. Willo gave superb instructions on operating and piloting the boat including an overview of relevant customs and laws while out on the water. Our group had six adults and one 2-year old and they had plenty of water safety devices for all ages. On a side note, it was wonderful to see how genuinely excited Willo was about Lake Travis once again having a healthy water level after several dry years. In terms of our experience on the lake, we got excellent advice on where to travel based on our team's interests and after following his directions it felt like we had arrived on our own private lake. We probably only saw a handful of other boats during our 3-hour excursion and that was only in passing. The boat came with a Garmin GPS that made it really easy to retrace our steps. For those wondering, there was excellent cell phone service out on the lake and we were able to use our phone GPS, make calls, and stream music. The boat had some nice integrated speakers with Bluetooth connectivity and we were able to jam out to our own tunes. There was also a cool flotation device attached to the back of the boat called the Aqua Lily Pad which we unrolled after anchoring, we had multiple adults laying on it without sinking into the lake. Overall, we could not have asked for a better experience and we would highly recommend booking with Float On.

That level of service carried over to most of the staff on the boat, making the experience even more enjoyable. During the event, I was introduced to Paul, who was seated with a group of friends. He was introduced to me as the boat owner and came across as relaxed and not at all pushy--qualities I appreciate when considering a business, especially since part of my motivation for attending was to explore options for my birthday celebration. Unfortunately, Paul's friends left a negative impression. A couple of them outright refused to acknowledge me, turning away when a gentleman attempted to introduce me. Others made inappropriate jokes about my accent in a condescending and offensive manner. One individual even made vulgar comments, implying that Paul should get my phone number to discuss event planning details later, which was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. While the event itself was enjoyable, the boat ride interesting, the behavior of those around the boat owner and the fact that the boat owner never replied to my text message trying to discuss my event, was disappointing and detracted from my overall experience. This experience left me with a negative impression of the boat's management, and I strongly feel that they are not welcoming to immigrants. The group consisted of older white men whose behavior was filled with prejudice and hostility. And for that reason I felt compelled to post a review discouraging people like me- and those against this type of behavior - to stay away and make better choices. We can use our money to invest in a much better experience elsewhere I left the boat traumatized and truly disgusted by those old men behaviors. Do better!

We were stressed, scrambling to get everything together, and honestly weren't sure if we'd even be able to make it happen. Then we found Shoreline Boat Rentals, and Captain Dave completely saved the day. From the beginning until the moment we said goodbye, Dave's customer service was second to none. Even with such short notice, he had the yacht cleaned, prepped, and ready to go. When we arrived, he had a checklist ready to make sure we didn't forget anything in our vehicles before we left the dock. It sounds simple, but when you're trying to organize a bachelor party, little things like that make a huge difference. He took all the stress off our shoulders so we could focus on having fun. The yacht itself was absolutely beautiful--honestly, the pictures on the website don't do it justice. It's even more impressive in person, and it was spotless from front to back. What impressed me most was Dave's attention to detail. I needed a screwdriver to fix one of our water guns, and before I knew it, Dave showed up with one and even fixed it for me. That's the kind of customer service you just don't see very often. Once we got to Devil's Cove, Dave went above and beyond. He helped grill burgers, made sure everyone had food, drinks, and plenty of ice, and kept checking in to make sure everyone was having a great time. It honestly felt like his mission was to take all the thinking out of the day so we could just relax and enjoy ourselves--and he absolutely accomplished that. Safety was also a top priority. Before we left the dock, Dave clearly explained the rules while the boat was underway and while it was anchored. Everything was straightforward, easy to understand, and he made sure everyone stayed safe without taking away from the fun. Pulling into Devil's Cove was one of the highlights of the day. We cruised in with the music playing, the yacht looked incredible, and it definitely turned some heads to get the attention we wanted! It made for an unforgettable bachelor party. Captain Dave didn't just provide a yacht--he created an experience. He turned what could have been a stressful, last-minute situation into one of the best days we've had together. 10/10 across the board: customer service, professionalism, cleanliness, safety, and the overall experience. Whenever I'm back at Lake Travis, I'm booking with Shoreline Boat Rentals again. I won't even look at another company. Captain Dave earned a customer for life. Highly, highly recommend!

They had the novel idea of finding used and old frames and matting and framing art for relatively cheap. I once paid $200+ to frame a piece of art at Michael's - NEVER AGAIN! You supply the art, they work with you to pick out an awesome used frame and then you pick it up in a week or two. They have taken on specialty work, framing a huge piece of art for us that now hangs in our bedroom. The owners are young, creative and very friendly. For an average sized poster frame, you can walk out here for under $40. You are welcome.
