So I have a 12 year old daughter and she LOVES fidget toys and squishes especially the NeeDoh ones! And so we went to learning express after eating Panera bread (so delicious) and they didn't have the NeeDohs, but they did have the butter squishy which she also really wanted and they had these like squishy ducks and like a bear! She really wanted the butter so I said ok sure! But she was still a little disappointed so on easter I decided to look there for squishys and NeeDohs for her Easter basket but they only had the really crappy cheap squishys :( But the employee told me to follow them on Facebook and instagram to see when they restock which was very helpful! So I followed them and the next week I look at there Facebook post from 1 hour ago and they say they have NeeDohs! So I immediately drive there and they do have Needohs! So I look and I want to get 2 nice cubes and 2 nice bergs for her and my other daughter but the limit was 3 per person! that's the only reason I gave them a 4 and not 5 stars. and that's my review have a blessed day! read more

I have shopped here before and great store! But....we walked in this evening about 7pm. We saw people in the store and assumed they were open. I looked for store hours on the door but didn't see any. None of the employees said a word when we walked in. We were shopping for about 15 minutes to be told by the employees that they have been closed for about 20 minutes. The other person decided to check out at that point. I voiced to my husband I'm just going to put my stuff back and not buy anything because I was a little annoyed. At no point did an employee announce hey we're closed but we can go ahead and check you out. They just let us walk out after we put our things back and didn't say a word. Not great customer service. But the learning express actually has most of their items less expensive than what you'd find on Amazon! Learning Express is my favorite shop for gifts for the kiddos! As their name implies they sell lots of Eco friendly, educational and skill building toys plus lots of other items any kid under 13 could wish for. The first time I shopped here was with my Mom who purchased Ezy Rollers (a cool scooter like recumbent bike without the chains) for my nieces and nephew. Since, then I have been back numerous times for Birthday and Christmas gifts. Today I stopped in looking for 2 specific items. They had the All Duct Out Kit (8 rolls of colorful and animal print duct tape plus supplies for making belts, earrings, etc..) and called their Brodie location to find the item they were sold out of and had them hold it for me. I decided to check out this store to find gifts for nephews and nieces. As I walked in they have a barrage of toys ranging from newborn to teenage selections of many toys videos cds game programs and stuff toys that go beyond....eco friendly safe toys for youngsters. Happy place with children checking out scooters to dolls. The facts are shopping here I needed help with a gremlin type that speaks and do commands kind of like the old 80s Ferbe toys. Many high tech toys impressive but you may have to call ahead to see if Learning Express carries what you seek. I am about 16 miles from my home so driving to this location wasn't a hardship to me. A dog friendly place and lots of stuff bears a plus with a special sweet free gift wrapping. I do know that now a days toys are not that cheap if you want quality toys for your children it is kind of pricy but worth it if you want safe Eco friendly items. So I was surprised by the wonderful friendly staff eager to assist you. I truly liked this nice sweet place and wil return to shop for other items I need for later birthdays and Christmas. I bought an expensive icee machine and it did not work. They were DELIGHTFUL and I had NO problem returning it. (I did not even have a receipt!! She actually explained to me that several had been returned for the same reason. I could not have had a better experience and my 7 grandchildren had so much fun shopping for fidgets! Of the many bad places for this to happen, the absolute 100% worst is a toy store approximately 25 miles from any other where the Legos (already on a par, per ounce, with many precious metals) are sold at a 50 percent markup. The choice is yours. Pay $150 for the Imperial shuttle (available at the Lego store, 45 minutes away, for two-thirds that). Or hog tie your son and get him out of there in a fireman's carry. Let me first say that I am very budget conscious so I usually do not shop for toys outside of WalMart or Target. I wandered in this store just to look and was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable prices and wide range of price points( you can buy a small toy for $.50). There is so much here that you won't find at the big box stores and the service is insane! I was in a bind yesterday, it was my daughters 6 th birthday and before driving up there I wanted to know their selection on an item, they sent me some pics to my phone. When I came to purchase they credited me for a coupon I didn't have and offered to wrap for me for free, something they always do. I LOVE this place and will be coming back for sure. read more
