Went to Marble Falls to shop for my Cape Cod trip. Thought I'd find some cute summer dresses, tops & accessories. Loved all the stores. They're adorable & friendly service made me want to go back. Met the nicest Peruvian ladies at Olas. And the ladies at Oil Tap were wonderful as well. Lovely town with good Christian vaules. It's no wonder those stores were packed with repeat customers. But this store, yikes. The sales associate or owner was unprofessional. She was watching something on her phone, standing at the register like a teenager but she was a grown woman. I asked her if she had any silk scarves & her reply was "we only have name brand scarves". I played it off and replied "oh, the logo ones. Ok, no worries, thank you ". Then a couple other people walked in & she's was purposely extra friendly with her customer service & they just walked out haha. I saw a top that I liked in black & asked if she had any other colors. She proceeded to to tell me it's just a boutique store. Sorry, I'm 47yrs old & not only lived all over the US, I've traveled the world. I know what a boutique is. In fact I LOVE boutiques. Hence why I went to Marble Falls to shop & not a mall. As I was walking out, I noticed floral scarves . Compared to the other stores, this store has cheap looking clothing anyhow. It's try to be high end vintage but it gives a cheap vibe due to the cluttered esthetics. Spent a lot of money at other establishments where I was treated with kindness & like a human. As I see other reviews where people were treated poorly, I pray the good Lord blesses this woman to understand her prejudices. I know I look young but that's no reason to treat people differently. Little did she know, I was wearing a hat from a Member's only golf club, my outfit was expensive vintage and jewelry bought in Paris. In my line of work, I also understand quality of service, as I deal with very wealthy clients who spend over 70k on vacations. I was very capable & willing to spend money. But not where I felt unwanted for no reason at all. It's not that hard to put on a smile & be kind to everyone. I don't need validation from anyone but posting this to warn others to have good discernment when walking into this store. If the vibe is off, you're probably right. read more

I love this boutique! So many wonderful clothing options, some vintage jewelry and some stylish heels. Had a wonderful time going through the racks and looking at all that this boutique offers. With that being said the whole little shopping center this boutique is in, gives you a small town feel. Being from a big city, I welcome it. Plenty gives you the cute style of a big city but it's located in the small town area of Marble Falls. Vanessa, will give you many recommendations and in this boutique can dress you from head to toe, accessories and all. I've shopped online with her, she's sent me picture text messages of new items and all in all can style you virtually. Super cute, trendy boutique I stumbled across while visiting Marble Falls area last week. It's way more upscale and higher quality than Forever 21 or Lulus but not as expensive as the boutiques I'm used to on the west coast. And they carry Filthy Mouth!! I ended up scoring high waisted leather leggings, the perfect summer dress and guitar string bracelets. First day I wore them I got a ton of compliments and people Keep asking where I got it. (One part of me wants to tell them and the other part of me loves how exclusive the pieces are and that no one else has it) lol. Visiting from San Antonio during 4th of July weekend and stopped by this place trying to find a gift for a friend. There were some nice earrings displayed in a niche against the wall, but had no price tags. I asked the young lady if she knew the price, and she said she didn't know since they were supposed to price them the next day. I asked if she could find out as I was particularly interested in a set. She said she would try to contact and ask the owner. I waited and kept looking around, trying to give her some time. After a while, I heard her talk to customers, so I later asked about the earrings to see if there was an update. She said she couldn't find the owner and no way to sell them to me, so I left without a pair of earrings. So, why in the world would they display merchandise without knowing the prices, especially during a busy summer season with expected higher volume? Lack of service and lack of planning puts this "boutique" at a one star, but I would really like to give them no stars. read more

Was casually shopping with my daughter in tow on a quiet morning at the Galleria. They have a beautiful pink chair sitting out on the front sidewalk with a sign stating for "display only". I assumed this meant "not for sale". My daughter was enthralled with the princess chair and climbed in. I was then verbally attacked by the sales lady for not reading the sign because it was not to be sat in. I apologized and told her my confusion but she was belligerent and very rude.
